   Our experts know the latest Volkswagen software inside-out. They use bespoke tools and equipment, and all work is covered with a two-year parts and one-year labour warranty

   This can be for maintenance, services, repairs or new tyres using Volkswagen genuine parts, from any garage within five miles
3. We’ll show you any work required by video
   If an expert identifies an issue, we’ll show you what it is before we put it right
   
4. We’ll keep your car software up-to-date
   Experts can update the software in your car so you can enjoy the best performance and driving dynamics
5. Convenience
   We offer comfortable customer waiting areas with complimentary hot drinks. ​​We currently have a limited fleet of courtesy cars available due to worldwide automotive supply issues.  Please check with your branch for availability.  We also offer online service booking (confirmed by service advisor)

Terms and Conditions

Quotes supplied must be from any VAT registered garage with a UK standard industrial classification UK SIC of 45200, maintenance and repair of motor vehicles and within a 5 mile driving distance from the Volkswagen Authorised repairer premises (participating retailers only). Quotes must be produced in writing (e-mail or printed) using only Volkswagen genuine parts. Part numbers and oil specifications must be detailed (oils and lubricants must meet or exceed the manufacturer's specification for your vehicle).

Like for like content of quote must be for exactly comparable work - we reserve the right to verify this.

We will only price match genuine quotations that are available to any member of the public at the garage's advertised rates and are free from special offers or negotiated discount.

Servicing or repair must be in accordance with manufacturer's guidelines. Tyres quotes must be fully fitted inc VAT, valves, balancing and disposal charges. Tyres must be of identical specification. Quotes must be presented within 30 days of the original quote being issued and before any work is undertaken. Quotes from internet retailers are excluded. Retail customers only. Excludes fleet servicing, maintenance and repairs, accessories, merchandise and body shop work. Excludes AdBlue fluid. Offer may be varied or withdrawn at any time. At participating VW Authorised repairers only. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount. E&OE.
