Staff at the JCB Group are yet again celebrating after retaining the title of South East’s best Volkswagen (VW) retailer group based on their combined scoring for the third year running, after achieving top positions in national Customer Care and Quality of Service Awards.
The family owned JCB Volkswagen Medway came 12th out of almost 200 Volkswagen dealerships throughout the UK in the VW One Business Awards for 2017, while its Ashford dealership scored 34th place.
The awards are based on Volkswagen’s UK scorecard service, which recognises first-class customer care and excellent repair and maintenance facilities, not just volume of sales.
Managing Director Jonathan Bischoff said: “To be awarded Kent’s best Volkswagen dealership three years in a row is true testament to strength of my staff who, no matter what, go that extra mile to keep on delivering the excellent levels of service our customers rightly expect and deserve from us."

With a localised, personalised service and approachable and knowledgeable staff, it’s no wonder we’re retaining accolades such as this.”
In the groups 20 year existence, Jonathan’s team have sold in excess of 120,000 vehicles and the business has grown to include other car manufacturers, commercial vehicles and parts supply to the trade industry, across 12 sites in Kent and Sussex.

Our customers of course have their role to play in these awards and I’d like to thank them to for returning to us and recommending us to their friends and family.”
