We're delighted to be able to say that we are top achievers in new Volkswagen car sales in our region of southern England.
All Volkswagen car dealerships are rated by the manufacturer on their level of sales, aftersales and customer satisfaction. The 'scorecards' are regularly reviewed by the Volkswagen Group to make sure their dealer groups achieve the highest levels of delivery for which the brand has become known.
We're proud to announce that our team at JCB Medway has been top rated for new car sales, achieving the highest in our Southern region. We're also top sellers of electric cars, namely the ID.3 and ID.4, being praised for our "engaged teams, enthusiasm about the product and great internal processes" which helped deliver a great experience for our customers.
