Last week at JCB Sittingbourne a long-standing customer of ours, Jonathan Slater collected two new Caddy Vans from us. Jonathan Slater of Varley Systems Engineering Ltd; provides maintenance and service on CNC machine tools for engineering and manufacturing companies predominantly in the Southeast. Varley Systems was set up in 2004. The company deal with Knoll Maschinenbau who provide coolant systems for various machine tools throughout the UK. Currently they have three service engineers, a maintenance engineer and a trainee who cares for customer machinery.
Mr Slater explained that as a company they pride themselves on quality and have found that the Volkswagen Caddy encapsulates this. He described that the Caddy has a good image, which is amplified further through the fact that it has been a reliable work horse for himself and his team during the years. Mr Slater acknowledged that over the years he has built a strong bond with JCB Sittingbourne, routinely getting his vans serviced and replaced by us after 4 to 5 years. In light of this, Mr Slater was extremely pleased that his orders for two new vans had arrived, and he is looking forward to the years ahead dealing with the JCB Group.
