Andre at JCB Cabs was brilliant from start to finish. We used him to collect our new VW California, and the service was genuinely above and beyond. He was attentive throughout the whole process, kept us informed every step of the way, and sent instructional videos in advance so we knew exactly what to expect when we got the van. That kind of proactive communication is rare and made a real difference, especially on such a significant purchase. What really stood out was his passion for the California, you could tell this wasn’t just a job to him. He clearly loves these vehicles and that enthusiasm was infectious. Then, a little while after our trip, he called to ask how our holiday in the van had gone. That follow-up said everything. No prompting, no reason other than genuine interest. Excellent Service / Diagnostics This is the first time I used this dealership who are true professionals providing an excellent service to VW commercial cliental. I have had an issue with my 73 plate caddy van since 03/2025 which was low 12v battery not diagnosed and repaired correctly by citygate Colindale dealership. The issue was still persistent breaking down constantly therefore I decided to use this dealership who diagnosed and replaced the battery within 2 hours. I would highly recommend this garage for all VW commercial clients although they are based in crawly it’s well worth the travel for the level of service provided by all the staff including the competent technicians beyond expectations This is an excellent representation for VW UK.

Hey Josh in service was excellent today and on Monday when I enquired about bringing vehicle in. Very positive attitude to sorting out fault and kept me updated whilst I was waiting as it could have been fixed all bar an electrical part to order. Have had one other dealing with this service centre and that was all good too in June. Also with a parts enquiry. Thanks. Recommend taking out the All in Warranty too.

A few years ago I contacted Eurovans Crawley regarding a new VW California and spoke with the manager. He listened to my requirements and then put me through to who he said would be the most suitable salesperson to deal with. Well, today I am collecting my 5th new vehicle from them! Vic, the manager, is still there running the show and Mike is still there dealing with my every need. I don’t normally write reviews, however have felt this one is most overdue. I have never witnessed or experienced anywhere else such great customer care. They truly understand what it takes and continue to do so in a most friendly and welcoming environment. During our holidays, the engine warning light on our T6.1 California came on, so we had to find a way to read the error memory at short notice. Although we arrived unannounced and during the workshop's lunch break, we received quick and competent assistance. Thank you again for your efforts – that's what I call excellent customer service!

Been going there for ten years with two campers - the first I bought new from them - and the experience has always been top notch. They have always been accommodating either with a curtesy vehicle or servicing while I wait. The people are very pleasant and struck me as very knowledgeable. I’ve had a couple of VW recalls but other than that everything has been routine and satisfactory. This is the opposite to my wife’s experience dealing with her MB garage.

Having commissioned a bespoke VW Transporter for camping in 2018 which sadly proved too challenging owing to height restrictions and quickly sold, have become very interested in the Grand California since its launch in 2019, so reached out to EuroVans, Ifield who had a particularly interesting pre-owned 2022 GC 600, amongst other incredible pre-owned VW vans as well as new too. We had an excellent experience with this dealership, when purchasing our VW California. Mike Wool kept us fully informed during its production and took lots of time during handover to make sure we knew it's capabilities. We ordered a Cali Beach at the end of Nov 23 and picked it up early March 24. Mike Wool was great and answered all our questions, though we had to chase to get updates on our order. It’s easy to pick up from Eurovans as there is a station (Ifield) opposite the dealership. When we got home we discovered the windscreen and side window blinds were missing - but Mike sorted this for us quickly and they were sent out within a few days.

We ordered our brand new 73 plate red Cali via drive the deal from Mike Wool at Eurovans Crawley. The order went in in November 23 and Mike checked every detail with us, explaining all the options to us before placing the order and taking the deposit. Mike also secured 5 years warranty, servicing and interest free credit without which we could not have afforded our new dream Cali. Mike kept in contact with us updating us on the build and advising us on the right time to sell our old van to dovetail into receiving our new one. His advice and support was invaluable and significantly reduced the stress of swapping over vans and finance. Mike sent us a video of our new van, arranged for it to be treated with diamond brite and fitted in with our timeframe for collection. Mike also arranged for our new van to be delivered to us at home in sheffield, which saved a stressful journey of over 500 miles. We cannot thank Mike and the team at Eurovans Crawley who were always courteous, always did what they said they would do, always got back to us on the phone and who genuinely seemed as excited as we were with our new California. We will definitely recommend Mike and the team to friends and family.

My Van has been in few places but this one is definitely the best in the area. All the warranty issues that the other dealership garage could not find were fixed and it took them only 1 day to rectify all issues. At the same time service carried out. All spot on. Collected my new California Ocean last week from Mike Wool. Order placed with Drive the Deal in Sep and vehicle delivered to the dealer just before Christmas. Everything about the deal was first rate; from the DTD price through to a timely and efficient delivery. Mike was business like and professional and the handover was comprehensive and smoothly undertaken. He even mentioned the ‘controversial’ bellows issue (which VW have fixed) with the advice to report any issue exactly like any other warranty claim. Having driven back to Scotland and now camping in Glencoe I’m delighted with the California, a very relaxing drive and such a flexible accommodation option from mountain to coast! I look forward to many adventures to come.

A fantastic service from start to finish! We collected our Cali Ocean from Mike Wool in March 2023, from ordering to collection, the service was a dream, the easiest purchase we’ve ever made! Mike was great throughout, very helpful with every aspect of the sale, offering advice where needed! Also, It was well worth the 6 hour round trip to collect it ourselves! We recently had an issue with the fuse on the leisure battery. Mike and the guys at EuroVans diagnosed the issue immediately and had it rectified in extra quick time so we could get back on the road. (This was after multiple failed attempts by our local VW dealer). We are very impressed with every aspect of EuroVans Crawley and no doubt we’ll be back in a few years for our next Cali! GREAT SERVICE for my VW California!!!! On Thursday afternoon the orange engine light came on (bottom right screen). I panicked a bit as we are due to go on a family trip to Dorset on Sunday- so called Eurovans Crawley for advice. They suggested calling VW Assist so I called them and they came out within half an hour- did the diagnostics which indicated a faulty particulate matter filter in the exhaust. They said it was ok to drive locally but not a trip to Dorset😬 ….So I called Eurovans first thing Friday explaining the situation— they were very friendly and said they were booked up but if I got the van to them quickly they would try to fit me in By 11am they called me to say they had looked at it and established the new part required— they actually sent someone to collect the part and had the van ready by end afternoon Really first rate service! Thank you to all the team at Eurovans👍

We had a snake escape into the van while transporting to a new home, the lads at Eurovan Crawley were great, able to assist us in removing trims and covers. Snake was found alive and well in the driver's side step. We had tried multiple garages and these fellas were the only ones brave enough to take on the job.

Ben Puttock at JCB Crawley was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was courteous, knowledgeable and straightforward - everything you would want from a salesman. No question was too much trouble. The handover of our new vehicle went like clockwork. Also a shout-out to David in sales who was very patient and helpful in Ben's absence when we called to fathom out how certain things were supposed to work! I had the pleasure of having Ben assigned as my sales representative at VW Crawley van centre( JCB group). Very pleasant experience, Ben was very helpful with keeping me informed as the industry experienced ##s with Covid and parts shortages. Ben helped me change some of the spec 6 months after placing my order, at the original price of order, as Vw had had a price rise after my order was placed. On collection of my California Ben registered the we connect and walked me through the controls and demonstrated how everything worked and sat with me on a test drive until I was comfortable with my vehicle, also phoned the next day to see if I had arrived home safely. I used this van centre because I received what I thought was a good deal at the time, but unfortunately I live 300 miles North of Crawley and won’t be able to use them for my future services

Wow... I just picked up my dream van from David Marney at Eurovans Crawley, SIX months earlier than expected. Ordered in January, picked up on May 20th! David was knowledgable, professional and friendly during the whole process, everything was sent on time, and clearly explained when I was unsure of things. Really happy with the service we got from David M in Sales. He was very friendly, super responsive and very helpful. Felt like we were in good hands, especially as it was a big purchase for us. My partner and I purchased a Transporter from JCB Eurovans back in Feb 22. The sale itself was totally stress free and smoothly handled. Shortly after we had an issue with the sliding door that wasn’t covered under warranty. To their credit JCB Eurovans and in particular Ben P went above and beyond our expectations to have this issue resolved for us. In my opinion post sale customer service is the mark of a Garage, and for this we couldn’t have asked for more.Thank you!

George and his team were incredibly helpful with my van that had been going into limp mode with various warning lights for over a year until I took it to them. His team ran a few tests and honestly admitted that the lights had gone away by themselves....never to return. George then did not charge me a penny - despite test-driving the van and lending me a replacement van for two weeks while they did all the checks. Superb service.

I purchased an Amarok from these guys during lockdown. Its the first time I've purchased a vehicle and paid for it before it having delivered. David in sales was excellent, nothing was to much trouble. He sent me pictures and videos of all areas of the vehicle and answered all the questions I asked about it. I'm glad to say that once delivered I was not disappointed. I can recommend them if your looking for a high quality vehicle.

Absolutely outstanding service! We ordered our Motability VW Shuttle from here and the customer service was friendly and helpful. They weren't pushy at all regarding extras either. Without a doubt the best service we have had regarding purchasing a new vehicle. They had some beautiful VW campers on site too.

I want to share my gratitude to the team here at VW for finding the fault with my van that 2 other garages failed to find .. it was literally driving me crazy for months and cost me over a £1000 having parts changed by other garages to try fix the knocking noise.. I came down here on purpose with my VW transporter as I heard good things about the service of Eurovans in Crawley. I was not disappointed excellent service. Willing to understand the customer's situation and do all in their power to help. Very understanding. Take pride in their work and expect a perfect result in repairs and servicing. They went the extra mile for me to satisfy me and make me happy. I waited in the waiting area for my car's repairs it's clean and well looked after. Everything here screams quality. If you have had some upsets in another area of the UK and you can make the trip, I can only recommend here. It's what I did after a dissatisfaction elsewhere with work carried out. After the service I got I am sure I will be coming here to look after my car's servicing and repairs. It's amazing how a good relationship with the customer and work carried out in a professional manner and that the car is even cleaned after the job is carried out can go such a long way. I am certainly sold, and if you have trouble finding a good place to look after your VW you can look no further.

After my recent experience with JCB Eurovans Crawley I can only describe my experience with them as fantastic. As a massive mountain biking fanatic I need a vehicle that has the ability to carry my bikes and all my gear and as a result found myself looking at purchasing a van of some sort. I popped into the Eurovans site after seeing it online and found myself greeted by friendly and knowledgeable non-pushy staff. I ended up taking a used VW Transporter for a test drive and was impressed with the immaculate condition of the vehicle and how nice it was to drive. Safe to say I ended up purchasing that Transporter and have loved it ever since. I cannot recommend JCB Eurovans Crawley enough!!
