It's always a relief when you find a reliable and efficient service for your workhorse - a van. A noisy engine can be quite bothersome, so it's fantastic that these guys were able to resolve the issue. Good service, diagnosed wheel bearings causing the issue. Can't grumble at 215K miles they did well for a 2012 VW T5 Part replaced same day - amazing service!

Although JCB have been polite they have not yet been able to help us get set up with the Seat app. This is something Seat want us to do, but despite 3 100 mile round trips, Seat have not been able to identify where the issue is. Whilst we accept any issues with the computer interface and the car can be very costly for Seat to put right it has now cost us 3 days of lost work and 300 miles worth of fuel, not to mention wear and tear on the car. Even more annoying is the frustration at waiting around for an hour or more at the end of a long day of waiting for nothing to happen to get the car back! JCB have told us that Seat is having issues with this connection thing but they don't seem to be aware or care about the frustration this causes to its customers when there is nothing wrong with the car. They need to get this sorted as I feel there customer satisfaction rating will plummet if they don't

The price I was charged was very nearly double the quote despite no extra work being carried out whatsoever. Fortunately I had a written copy of the quote and it was eventually honoured. Very good service and work carried out perfectly but as no explanation could be given on the huge price increase, I left feeling that I couldn't trust this branch with any future business.

As a vw lover who constantly changes vehicles this centre has been the most helpful with any of my queries the sales staff do a cracking job on information on vehicles the service staff let you know how long the work will take free tea and coffee local drop off to the outlet round the corner and the parts staff know what you need before you do, good stocking levels of vans and parts just a good friendly family atmosphere staff seem happy in their job and this shows with the help they give to customers recommended
