Had a great service from Russell at JCB van centre. My van had a mot and gear selector replacement. Russell arranged a good will discount for me as my van is low mileage and this was fantastic. Would recommend JCB to anyone as great service and price.

Fantastic service from Dave and his team. My VW transporter was in for service and MOT had a faulty sensor which was replaced under warranty. Quick easy and no hassle. Will definitely use these guys again and no problems in recommending them five star service

Originally been taking my van to SMG cowfold and service and quality has gone downhill , recommend by a freind JCB , I will definitely be using these guys again . Russell went over and above answered all my questions and very informative. Even had a free mini wash and valet ! Thanks guys .

I have used JCB VW Worthing a few times now for work on my van and I can highly recommend them. Rob went out of his way to make sure I was booked in at a time convenient to me. He was fast, efficient and always fixed the issue in good time. Will use again for sure.

We have been using JCB VW Worthing for some time now for our large fleet of vehicles and I can honestly say they are the best garage I have ever dealt with. The service team (Rob, Steve & Russell) go above and beyond to accommodate our needs, always fitting us in to ensure our vehicles are repaired quickly, the workmanship is clean and professional and our vans are always looked after. We always have fantastic service from the team in this garage and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Most importantly they also have amazing coffee whilst you wait. What more could you want :)

Expensive. But worth it for bigger complicated repairs/maintenance as all VW parts and mechanics. Surprisingly they ended up cheaper for discs and pads all round than a quote I got from Kwik fit!

The major service and MOT were fine, but there was a complete lack of urgency in returning my van to me and they didn't seem particularly interested in investigating the additional issues that I highlighted.

Spoke to Katy at vw about a problem I had with an oil leak. Previous place couldn’t identify it. Brought it in straight away and fault was identified within half an hour. Booked for later that week and picked her up today. Katy, Steve and all the technicians have been nothing but brilliant. Katy kept me in touch through the whole process. I’ve found a home for my van to be looked after now and I’m so relieved. Thankyou to all of you at Worthing jcb. Just brilliant.
