I would wholeheartedly recommend JCB Škoda Worthing, and in particular Andrew Beamish, who handled my purchase. I live in Weston-super-Mare and was searching for a very specific Fabia. I visited a couple of Skoda dealerships with similar cars beforehand. The first, over 100 miles away, lost the sale due to pushy behaviour and poor communication, the car wasn't even valeted, but they were desperate to get me to take the car away that very day. The second dealership’s sales team were, frankly, disappointing. So when I found the right car in Worthing, over three and a half hours away, I was understandably a little hesitant. However, choosing JCB Škoda Worthing turned out to be absolutely the right decision. Andrew couldn’t have been more helpful. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. As a perfect example of his excellent service, he even arranged to post my coat back to me after I accidentally left it in the car! From the moment I walked into the showroom, the atmosphere was relaxed, friendly, and professional. It genuinely felt like a return to how car buying used to b, where the sales team are approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely want to help, rather than making the experience feel like a stressful chore. I honestly cannot praise this dealership highly enough. Thank you to JCB Škoda Worthing, and especially to Andrew Beamish, for such an outstanding experience.

I cannot praise Ben enough - even though he wasn’t able to help find me a car, due to my budget, he was amazing with assisting me (checking all the information etc) for a car another garage did find for me - he went over and above what he needed to do and I’m just sorry that my budget wasn’t higher. I highly recommend Ben and will not hesitate to contact him directly again when I buy my next car!

I collected our 59 plate swb Vw transporter after some substantial repairs, Josh did a fantastic job looking after the initial service and ignition barrel replacement where the visual health check picked to several other items Josh priced the repairs and in a phone call we agreed to have the work undertaken Josh kept us advised of progress as many of the parts needed ordering The final bill was as quoted and included full details of the work undertaken Many thanks to everyone involved, excellent service

Had a fantastic experience at JCB (so much so I was there twice in the same week!) I found Russel and the team to be really friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and creative when it came to getting my VW California back to its best. Highlights for me: - no nonsense conversation with Russel from the outset and everything was understood and agreed ahead of time. (Multiple issues with car that weren't that easy to explain too.) - Friendly greeting upon arrival and then a lift to my other destination in Worthing offered and accepted - Great, timely info on car status and quick turnaround - Cost effective and was able to bring car in again for a full break change same week with a discounted fee - Icing on the cake: even gave the car a clean and buff and, as my wife said, it looked brand new. Would recommend 100%. Nice work JCB (and Russ in particular)

We have been using JCB VW Worthing for some time now for our large fleet of vehicles and I can honestly say they are the best garage I have ever dealt with. The service team (Rob, Steve & Russell) go above and beyond to accommodate our needs, always fitting us in to ensure our vehicles are repaired quickly, the workmanship is clean and professional and our vans are always looked after. We always have fantastic service from the team in this garage and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Most importantly they also have amazing coffee whilst you wait. What more could you want :)

Spoke to Katy at vw about a problem I had with an oil leak. Previous place couldn’t identify it. Brought it in straight away and fault was identified within half an hour. Booked for later that week and picked her up today. Katy, Steve and all the technicians have been nothing but brilliant. Katy kept me in touch through the whole process. I’ve found a home for my van to be looked after now and I’m so relieved. Thankyou to all of you at Worthing jcb. Just brilliant.
