JCB Volkswagen Van, Camper & California Centre Sittingbourne

Having purchased a fair few vehicles over the years, it's fair to say most experiences with main dealers (including other VW van centres) haven't been that positive. Thankfully, this was not the case with these guys. From the moment I dealt with Andy Rapp at JCB he couldn't do enough to help, and it felt like nothing was too much trouble. I bought a van blind, due to distance and it being a 7 hour round trip, and he was more than happy to run through the condition of the van in detail with me, answering a barrage of questions and requests - It would be an understatement to say he was happy to go well above and beyond to get it right and ensure I was happy with everything. Testament to this is a few days after receiving the van (and inspecting it in detail on drop off/delivery), I noticed a minor bodywork issue that had been missed by both of us. Andy was straight on the phone to put this right, and true to his word, a few days later it was all sorted. If you're an enthusiast, looking for the right van, from someone who actually cares, I would highly recommend Andy at JCB.

Just had my VW Caddy Maxi delivered — I live nearly 3 hours away, so this was my first time having a vehicle delivered, and Andy Rapp made the whole process straightforward from start to finish. I initially enquired on Friday, and by the following Thursday the van was already on my drive. Andy kept me updated throughout, made everything quick and easy, and really went above and beyond. Excellent service all round — I’ll definitely be back when it’s time for my next van.

Couldn't be happier with my how I was treated at the van centre. Andy was my salesperson and he was an absolute gent. Very mannerly and generally a very nice person to deal with. A real old school type of gent. We got our van delivered to Newcastle as we live in Glasgow. I was a bit apprehensive about not seeing the van in person but it was absolutely mint and exactly as described. It even came with some extras that hadn't been listed like the reversing camera. Thanks to Andy for a great experience.

Excellent service especially from Martin Jones who went above and beyond to show case the California's they had on show as I was unable to pop in to have a look straight away. He informed of new arrivals as and when they came in but there was no pressure selling at all - just super helpful at every stage. Bought a brand new T6.1 from JCB Sittingbourne VW Van Centre and can’t recommend them enough. Fantastic 5 star service from start to finish! Well and truly happy with the price for a part exchange on the vehicles and as well as the process getting the contract completed with the guidance that was needed. I ordered a new Multivan from JCB Sittingbourne in October 2023 and was advised the vehicle should be with me in April 2024. Knowing that a global semiconductor issue was impacting delivery times I was amazed when I got a call mid March telling me the Vehicle was on its way to the UK. Andy Rapp and the whole JCB team looked after me from initial order through to delivery last week. Andy is a fantastic ambassador for the VW brand and the JCB family.

Had a really decent conversation with the guy I met this morning. Looked over a few vans and was impressed by the stock but also the wealth of knowledge the salesman had. Not pushy at all but very engaging. With all big purchases I always walk away to have a think and when I explained that I was encouraged to do so. So I will go back and I will buy a new van from these guys.

Having bought a Transporter from these guys I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Andy Rapp was extremely helpful throughout the whole experience. when he said he would ring, he rang, he always replied to my emails promptly even with the most trivial of enquiries ( and there were many of them ). If in time I need to upgrade my vehicle, I will contact them as a first port of call. As for the vehicle, we love it (just as Andy said we would). we have only had it a week or so and all is great. I will leave a review in a years time hopefully with as much praise for it with a note on how the aftersales was. In the meantime, trust these guys (especially Andy, he knows his stuff) 10 out of 10.

I part-exd my vehicle for a lovely VW Caddy max, the whole deal went through so smoothly. Martin was amazing throughout. He eased my mind with any potential issues as the whole deal was done through lockdown with all safety measures in place. They gave me a fair price for my old vehicle and my purchase was as described. Do not hesitate to use this company, highly reccomeded

Just purchased a Transit van.found the service given by Paul Gillham outstanding.There was absolutely no pressure put on me.He explained everything and sent me a video showing all aspects of the van.The company itself has a great reputation and with people like Paul at the end of the phone its sure to continue.

Popped in to get my VW Transporter serviced as it's a local garage to me, the place has a wide range of vehicles and friendly staff who clearly know what they are doing. I was shown exactly what was done to my vehicle and they informed me what would need to be changed/worked on in the future rather than pushing me to spend more money now like most back street garages would do. Overall I am happy with the experience I had, everything was of a reasonable price and I now know my vehicle is fine for another year!
