Online Deposits

With regard to deposits taken online, any distance sale (i.e. not conducted on our business premises) allows customers a 14 day cooling off period during which time a refund can be arranged.

Refunds, once processed can take up to 10 days to show back on the balance of the associated bank account. Please ask for more details.
JCB Administration Charge

The JCB Group charge an administration fee on top of all sales of new & used cars and vans. This covers the cost of an HPI vehicle provenance check (where applicable), an Experian check, a vehicle service history & mileage check (where applicable) , a finance proposal (if applicable), £20 drive away fuel supply and carpet mat set* (or load liner if carpet mats are included**). This allows you to drive away with everything you need to set your car or van on the road in complete confidence. Please ask our staff in the dealerships for more information.
This is currently priced at £199 inc VAT (from 01/06/2020) Euro Commercial Trade Centres is priced at £125 inc VAT.

Vehicle Excise Duty (VED) changes

Vehicles registered from 1st April 2017 are subject to Vehicle Excise Duty (VED) changes which may affect the 'on the road' price of the vehicles shown on our website. For full details see www.gov.uk/newvehicletaxrates or our own web page /news/rfl-tax-changes/
Approved Used Car Sourcing Statement

Dependent on source, some of our branded Approved Used Vehicles may have had multiple users as part of a fleet and/or be ex-business use. In order to meet the brands' strict approved used programme requirements, and to satisfy our own standards, all vehicles are subject to a rigorous Multi-Point Check by our trained Technicians to ensure that they meet the same exacting standards regardless of source. For further details, please consult our showroom staff.

Delivery Service

We endeavour to make sure your new or used vehicle buying experience is convenient and stress free. We are able to offer a delivery service. We can arrange this according to your requirements. Please note that we can only offer this service for UK mainland delivery only. A charge of £1.50 per mile applies.
Retailer Commission Disclosure Statement

Lenders may pay a commission to us for introducing you to them, calculated as a percentage of the amount you borrow. Different lenders may pay different commissions for such introductions and may also provide financial support for our training and marketing. However, any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement, all of which are set by the lender concerned.

All customers are entitled to request the details of the commission earned if they decide to fund their vehicle purchase by means of a finance agreement.

We also receive commission as a proportion of premium paid from our insurance provider if you decide to enter into an agreement with them.
