  I purchased my K4 initially with Guy as I have brought cars from him for over 30 years, however because he was retiring he handed me over to Gemma, who was nothing but professional, and actually knew more than Guy (manager), she kept me in the loop how finance was going, collection date etcOn collection day she explained the vehicle in detail and I am still finding what buttons do what! Her after sales contact was great, making sure there were no problems and I was still happy with the vehicle. Having been to this dealership for many decades this time was actually enjoyable with the level of expertise in what they were delivering.   If Carlsberg made second-hand car salespeople, they would probably be called Pre-loved Vehicle Specialists and work hereWhile looking for a replacement vehicle, we tried a number of dealerships and websites. We had very particular requirementsgood headroom, comfort, fuel efficiency and, importantly, a vehicle that suited our needs rather than simply being new. Most places seemed to lose interest when they realised we weren't looking to buy a brand-new car. Fortunately, we found Matthew. Matthew is one of the most relaxed, calm and knowledgeable automotive professionals we've encountered. Rather than trying to sell us something, he took the time to understand ourWhylistened carefully to what we actually needed and, with the patience of a saint, helped us work through the options. After a few test drives, we eventually agreed to purchase a Renault Arkana. This is a very well run business, I have experienced far worse service buying a brand-new vehicle from a main dealer. The attention to detail from Matt, Elise and Darryl, the Sales Manager, they really set the scene for an excellent experience. Nothing was too much trouble. There was a minor issue with the vehicle not due to any deficiency of the company which I won't go into here. It was important to us, and we were genuinely impressed by the way it was handled. Rather than making excuses or passing the problem around, the team willingly and professionally adopted a positivecan-doapproach and worked with us to find a solution. We've now enjoyed the car for a month and it's the very pleasant relaxed buying experience that stands out. The car has a full service history, very low mileage and was handed over to us in excellent condition. Most importantly, that minor issue was properly addressed and resolved to our complete satisfaction. We simply cannot fault Mattor, indeed, anyone or anything about JCB Renault Ashford. This is how a business should operate. They take the time to understand yourWhythey work together as a team to match the right vehicle to the customer's needs, and don't resort to pressure selling or any of the behaviour you might traditionally associate with buying a second-hand car.   Tyler responded to my online enquiry straight away. I explained my situation, that I’m just shopping around for quotes at this stage and will be looking to move forward early next month and Tyler was incredibly helpful. Came back with quotes really quickly, and answered all of my questions. Haven’t had such a good experience with other dealerships who have been trying to push a sale despite me explaining I’m not ready to move forward just yet.   I have recently purchased my lovely new car from JCB Tunbridge Wells. Anthony was friendly, approachable and extremely knowledgeable about the car and VW as a car manufacturer. There is a lot of technology within the car which I was not familiar with (having owned a very old car) which was a little daunting however Anthony demonstrated / explained how everything works which really helped to alleviate my anxieties as a self proclaimed technophobe! I had a minor issue with the car following purchase of the vehicle which Anthony resolved very quickly and efficiently! Overall, I found the level of customer service to be very high and I would recommend JCB Tunbridge Wells to anybody thinking of buying a VW vehicle. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from JCB Tunbridge Wells in the future however I’m hoping that I won’t need to do this for a while. Thankyou for all of your help Anthony.

  Recently enquired purchasing a Cupra Tavascan from the Gillingham branch and was looked after by Tyler. He was extremely helpful, friendly and honest (told me it was his first day). He cut his lunch break short, answered all questions and arranged a short notice test drive which was great and I decided to buy a car. The car I drove was great however the colour car I wanted was at Crawley which he is relocated to Gillingham for me to collect. Great experience and Tyler is a credit to the company. Very happy
