Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles UK asked every Van Centre and Authorised Repairer in the country to nominate one person from their business who they thought was head and
shoulders above, stand out, and customer focused, to represent their
best Customer Champion of 2016.
Eurovans Eastbourne's Tom Paddock was one of the Top 20 employees nationally to be nominated and awarded the Customer Champion award. Tom was chosen as he had had a significant impact on customer service and his team, and is a shining example of customer excellence and best practice.
Each winner receives a personal letter from the Head of VW Commercials UK and a £500 gift card.
Not only that, but Tom has recently become the very first qualified After Sales Manager of the Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles network.
