Congratulations to Scott Rowley, one of our Technicians at Euro SKODA, Worthing.
He is one of the UK Finalists in the 2019 National ŠKODA Challenge!
The ŠKODA Challenge takes place each year, and celebrates the very best of the best in the ŠKODA Network. Each finalist gets the opportunity to represent ŠKODA UK in the International Finals in Norway in June 2020!
In order to take part, Scott had to be an accredited specialist in his field. The first round of the competition was online and involved many questions about the job role and the history of ŠKODA. The next round takes place at ŠKODA's National Learning Centre in Milton Keynes in January. Participants will be challenged with tasks to see who really is the best in the UK in their category.
Scott is one of the Network’s UK finalists and will take part in the UK Finals in January 2020.
If successful in January, Scott then goes on to compete against the best ŠKODA employees across the world in February at the International Finals in Norway.
The challenge is set up to enhance employees' personal and career development and encourage passion for the ŠKODA brand.
