Euro Škoda Worthing is top retailer for the 'Human Touch'

Euro Škoda Worthing has been taking part in a Škoda-lead initiative to train Škoda retailers across the country in product knowledge and customer care. Our staff have been interacting with Škoda's e-learning platform and gaining a greater and wider knowledge of the Škoda brand and its ethos.

Staff are regularly tested by Mystery Shoppers from Škoda UK which tests their knowledge in practice. We are delighted to say that Euro Škoda Worthing was described as 'an asset to Škoda UK' and was awarded £1,000 by their area manager for the team to spend as they wish.
