JCB's Nomination For The Engagement Excellence Awards 2019

12/08/19: We’re absolutely delighted to have been nominated and short-listed in this year’s Engagement Excellence Awards 2019!

We’ve been nominated for THREE (yes three!!) awards this year:

Every year, the winners are chosen from hundreds of applications. So, to be chosen is a huge accolade for the JCB Group and is also testament to every person in our business who is a true JCB Ambassador – those people who support all our employee initiatives – whether that’s:

• Completing an employee survey
• Nominating a colleague for a JCB All Stars Award (for going that extra mile)
• Winning an All Stars Award
• Using JCB Connect (our staff intranet) and taking advantage of the discounts
• Recognizing colleagues by sending them an e-Card on the Platform of Praise
• Interacting on our Employee Facebook Group
• Giving feedback on how we can improve our business
• Or just fully supporting everything we do and contributing to making JCB an amazing place to work!

We are pleased to say that our JCB staff really have a voice and a say in how the business grows and progresses. With a very flat structure, management and staff are able to communicate freely and no new idea is ever turned away. Staff can nominate their colleagues for an 'All Star' award, which recognizes actions which may otherwise have gone un-noticed in the day to day running of the business.

The awards ceremony will be taking place on 16^th October 2019 at the amazing Natural History Museum so fingers crossed….!!! We'll keep you posted.
