When buying either a new or used Volkswagen car, with or without finance, there is a choice of service and maintenance plans available. The choice depends on the age of the vehicle, the point at which you purchase the plan, the power source of the vehicle and your preference as to how you like to pay for servicing. On this page we hope to demystify the array of choices. Our Service and Sales Teams in branch will always be happy to answer any questions you may have, or you may wish to submit an online enquiry.
We always use genuine Volkswagen parts. Our parts and labour come with 2 years warranty and are fitted by our Volkswagen trained technicians.

Volkswagen Fixed Price Service Plans
Standard Plan for vehicles aged 0 - 15 years oldWith a Standard Plan your car receives the recommended service from Volkswagen and highlights any extra work needed to keep it in optimum condition.
This includes 2 services including engine oil and filter changes; 1 pollen filter replacement; inspections to the components recommended by Volkswagen relevant to age and mileage; diagnostic check for software updates and 2 MOTs free of charge for cars aged 7 - 15 years only.
Prices depend on age and model.

Volkswagen Fixed Price Service Plans
Plus Plan for vehicles aged 1 - 15 years old
The Plus Plan ensures your car gets the recommended service from Volkswagen, plus a few extra items that older cars may need to keep them running at their best.
This includes 2 services including engine oil and filter changes; 1 pollen filter replacement; 1 Air Filter change; 1 Spark Plug or Diesel fuel filter change if required; inspections to the components recommended by Volkswagen relevant to age and mileage; diagnostic check for software updates and 2 MOTs free of charge for cars aged 6 - 15 years only.
Prices depend on age of vehicle.

For used vehicles from 3 - 6 years old*
All-in from Volkswagen is exclusively for cars aged between 3 and 6 years old with fewer than 100,000 miles on the clock and with engine size of 2.0L and under.
For just £39.99 per month, over 24 months, or a one off payment of £959.76, you can get up to 2 years Warranty, 2 years of Roadside Assistance, 2 services, and 2 MOTs.
*at point of activation. With a mileage limit of 100,000 miles at point of activation. Excludes electric models and vehicles over 2.0 litre engines. Excludes public and private hire vehicles.

*Plus plan covers two tyres replaced on a like for like basis subject to availability, at a UK Authorised Repairer during workshop hours. Excludes Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles.
Pay monthly option for vehicles under 200,000 miles. Servicing must be carried out at a Volkswagen UK Authorised Repairer, in line with the requirements of the service schedule.
Additional work, including wear and tear, is excluded. Service Plan validity is dependent on required payments received. Volkswagen Financial Services.
