CUPRA 'Up Close' launches
Helping you get the most out of your new CUPRA

From 20th July customers who purchase a new CUPRA can get help and advice on any product or technical functionality with CUPRA Up Close.

CUPRA Up Close gives customers who have recently had their handover the opportunity to get help and guidance on any product or tech-related questions they may have. For example setting up their infotainment, CONNECT services or any driver assistance options.

Customers will be sent an email from CUPRA UK one-to-two-weeks after their handover offering a chance to:

  • Book an appointment with Live Showcase and speak to a host - they can take you on a narrated video tour of the points you want to cover - you can just sit and watch from the comfort of your own home!
  • Self-serve on the CUPRA website - our hub is packed with films and advice
  • Talk to their local Retailer - arrange a call back and we can talk you through, or arrange a visit too if you'd prefer.


It's all about getting the most from every feature of your CUPRA. It's packed full of the very latest technology, so why not use it all?
