  I recently bought a car from JCB group and genuinely had a great experience. I initially contacted Sanj from whom I had previously bought a car from near to my local area. Sanj introduced me to Ed Wozny, a colleague of his. I was a bit skeptical due to the fact I had previous experience with Sanj, however that was all gone from the minute we spoke. The reassurance, communication and patience from Ed throughout the entire process was excellent, every question I had was answered quickly and clearly, and I never felt pressured at any point. What stood out most was their patience and professionalism. They both took the time to walk me through all my options, made sure I was comfortable with my decision, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Buying a car can sometimes feel overwhelming, but they made it easy and enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for honest service, great communication, and a team that truly cares about their customers. Sanj and Ed are both great salesman. They will look after you throughout the process and handle any concerns. Very welcoming and friendly.   I’ve had a really excellent experience with the aftersales and service team at JCB Volkswagen Ashford. From start to finish, the level of communication has been outstanding, I was kept fully informed throughout, with clear updates at every stage, which made the whole process completely stress-free. The team are not only highly professional but also genuinely friendly, helpful and approachable. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and it’s clear they take real pride in delivering a high standard of customer care. A special mention to Hayley Clark, who was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly helpful, cheerful, and efficient, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. It’s rare to come across such consistently positive service. Overall, a really well-run service department that puts the customer first. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

  Having purchased a fair few vehicles over the years, it's fair to say most experiences with main dealers (including other VW van centres) haven't been that positive. Thankfully, this was not the case with these guys. From the moment I dealt with Andy Rapp at JCB he couldn't do enough to help, and it felt like nothing was too much trouble. I bought a van blind, due to distance and it being a 7 hour round trip, and he was more than happy to run through the condition of the van in detail with me, answering a barrage of questions and requests - It would be an understatement to say he was happy to go well above and beyond to get it right and ensure I was happy with everything. Testament to this is a few days after receiving the van (and inspecting it in detail on drop off/delivery), I noticed a minor bodywork issue that had been missed by both of us. Andy was straight on the phone to put this right, and true to his word, a few days later it was all sorted. If you're an enthusiast, looking for the right van, from someone who actually cares, I would highly recommend Andy at JCB.

  We have recently started a lease deal through the business for an ID Buzz. The process from start to finish was very smooth and stress free, and the support from Sanj was first class throughout.   Having been in to VW Ashford today following a visit to another car dealership nearby and we were really impressed with the exceptional customer service. Scott is clearly extremely knowledgeable about cars in terms of performance, practicality and spec, evidently he has valuable experience of other manufacturers and was able to explain everything in really clear detail. It was so refreshing not to have to go through the clichepushy salesexperience and as a result of that we left feeling very confident about buying our next car through Scott. He blew the rather disinterested competition (a luxury car brand) out of the water - highly recommend!

  Andre at JCB Cabs was brilliant from start to finish. We used him to collect our new VW California, and the service was genuinely above and beyond. He was attentive throughout the whole process, kept us informed every step of the way, and sent instructional videos in advance so we knew exactly what to expect when we got the van. That kind of proactive communication is rare and made a real difference, especially on such a significant purchase. What really stood out was his passion for the California, you could tell this wasn’t just a job to him. He clearly loves these vehicles and that enthusiasm was infectious. We had the pleasure of dealing with Charlotte H. who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the deal; coming in on her day off to accommodate us for a second test drive being one of the many times she did so, and an example of the quality of her service.
