  We bought a used T-Roc from JCB Medway 2 years ago and have now had it serviced and MOT’d there twice. Both the sales (Alex Goodger) and after-sales service have been brilliant, couldn’t fault them on anything at all. We had previous experience of another VW main dealer that was really bad and I’m very happy to say this has been the exact opposite.

  Andre at JCB Cabs was extraordinarily helpful and professional. He supported us throughout the entire process of choosing and purchasing our lovely California T7. Andre is very approachable and was keen on us getting the right vehicle for our needs. He is extremely knowledgeable about all VWs and answered all our questions with the understanding of someone who knows what they are doing. On top of it all, Andre was so friendly and kind, and made us feel at ease in every visit. I absolutely recommend this dealership but above all, look for Andre if you want to have the right support and guidance through the entire purchasing process. Absolutely outstanding!

  Great service this morning, last time I had a long wait due to approval from service plan provider before works could be carried out. I explained this to Vicky and she assured me it wouldn’t be a 4 hour wait. Car was serviced and ready in two hours. This is a good while you wait service, so thanks guys and especially Vicky who totally understood and made sure it wasn’t all morning as before !!

  I have recently purchased my lovely new car from JCB Tunbridge Wells. Anthony was friendly, approachable and extremely knowledgeable about the car and VW as a car manufacturer. There is a lot of technology within the car which I was not familiar with (having owned a very old car) which was a little daunting however Anthony demonstrated / explained how everything works which really helped to alleviate my anxieties as a self proclaimed technophobe! I had a minor issue with the car following purchase of the vehicle which Anthony resolved very quickly and efficiently! Overall, I found the level of customer service to be very high and I would recommend JCB Tunbridge Wells to anybody thinking of buying a VW vehicle. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from JCB Tunbridge Wells in the future however I’m hoping that I won’t need to do this for a while. Thankyou for all of your help Anthony.

  A really good experience when buying my new Golf. Paul from whom I purchased the car was friendly, not a pushy sales person. He worked with me to help me buy the correct car for my needs. A priority being boot space for my dog. Should anyone ask me about buying a VW I will point them in Paul's direction.
