  I purchased my K4 initially with Guy as I have brought cars from him for over 30 years, however because he was retiring he handed me over to Gemma, who was nothing but professional, and actually knew more than Guy (manager), she kept me in the loop how finance was going, collection date etcOn collection day she explained the vehicle in detail and I am still finding what buttons do what! Her after sales contact was great, making sure there were no problems and I was still happy with the vehicle. Having been to this dealership for many decades this time was actually enjoyable with the level of expertise in what they were delivering. Highly recommend this dealership and a big thank you especially to Gemma and her friendly approach, i will definitely go back in a couple of years. Neil Brown

All the members of staff were very helpful and professional, making the experience of purchasing the car easy.
