  Jamie Akhurst was brilliant. I bought a 2025 Kia Picanto and traded in my old Skoda. I love the new car, it feels good to drive with a sporty feel and small enough for me to park easily. The boot space plenty big enough for a big food shop. He made the whole process seem easy and I had the confidence that the admin was dealt with professionally. There was no hard sell, everything was explained clearly and I would definitely recommend to anyone else considering a new car.

  I had been searching for a new car for quite some time and came across an Audi Q2 sport online at KIA JCB Rainham and booked an appointment as soon as I could.   Great service. In particular there was no hard sale at all. Left to our own thoughts. Dan served us and was really supportive throughout. We ended up getting the car we wanted and Dan kept us informed throughout. Honestly would recommend highly the Kia centre but also more importantly would recommend Dan being the go to person.   Having recently had a car written off in an accident I needed to find a replacement quickly. Online, I found a perfect Kia Approved used car at JCB in Rainham. Despite registering my interest on a Sunday evening, I received a response within an hour, from Kallie. We spoke again the following day and agreed the deal. The help and advice from Kallie (and Jon) throughout the process was first class and much appreciated.   I recently bought a brand new Kia Sportage from Kia Rainham, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Gemma, who looked after me throughout the process, was fantastic. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole buying experience straightforward and stress-free. We was buying the sportage for towing a caravan and she also helped with explaining towing weights that the car could pull and that Kia could also supply and fit our tow bar . At no point did I feel under any pressure, and she made sure I was comfortable with every step of the purchase. I’m absolutely delighted with my new Sportage and would highly recommend Kia Rainham, especially if you get the chance to deal with gemma. Thank you for making what can sometimes be a daunting experience such an enjoyable one!

  I had rented a car through Hertz- no one knew how to charge the Kia EV4 on my POD Solo S3 at home- I called 4 other KIA garages before calling JCB Ebbsfleet and speaking with a very kind gentleman called Ozzie, he was the nicest salesmen I’ve spoken to on the phone! Even though I didn’t get the car here he still did his upmost to help me charge this car! With his help I was finally able to get this car charging at my home after 4 days of trying!! I couldn’t recommend this branch more- so helpful and understanding. I really appreciate it Ozzie!
