  Superb service and very responsive, helpful salespeople. I had the pleasure of dealing with Sam when it came to buying my new (used) car. I was in a situation where I needed a new car fairly quickly as my existing lease was due to expire. I'd found the car I wanted at JCB Rainham and submitted an enquiry. 5 minutes later I received a call from Sam to tell me the car was all mine if I wanted it and it could be delivered in person to me a couple of days later. Being as I live almost two hours away, the whole process in procuring the car over the phone and email couldn't have been more straightforward. Sam was professional and kept me updated with how everything was going all the way up to delivery. Wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again and would recommend others to do the same.

  Excellent service from Jamie. No pressure. My husband & I went to see Jamie Akhurst at Kia, Rainham to view a stonic car, and he made the whole experience genuinely brilliant. We were a bit reluctant to view as wasn't keen on the colour but Jamie put us at ease and we fell in love with the car. Jamie was patient, thorough and never once did we feel rushed. He was friendly and wanted to get us the best deal for our part exchange, to make us happy. We went off for a test drive alone, and wasn't rushed. All of the paperwork was explained clearly and without any fuss. What really stood out was what happened after the handover. Jamie then offered to spend time to connect my phone, sorting the radio stations, walking her through all the controls etc. That’s made a real difference. He also made a point of emphasising that the relationship doesn’t end at the sale. He offered for us to come back with any questions and said he’d check in to make sure she was getting on well. I drove away feeling relaxed and ready. I Can’t recommend Jamie enoughhe’s exactly the kind of person you want helping you through a new car purchase. I love my car and keep finding new things it does- it's amazing. Thank you Jamie for the excellent service and making the whole experience so easy.

  I purchased my K4 initially with Guy as I have brought cars from him for over 30 years, however because he was retiring he handed me over to Gemma, who was nothing but professional, and actually knew more than Guy (manager), she kept me in the loop how finance was going, collection date etcOn collection day she explained the vehicle in detail and I am still finding what buttons do what! Her after sales contact was great, making sure there were no problems and I was still happy with the vehicle. Having been to this dealership for many decades this time was actually enjoyable with the level of expertise in what they were delivering. All the members of staff were very helpful and professional, making the experience of purchasing the car easy.
