Excellent service from the start to finish. You’re greeted by the staff even walking into the site. Dealt with promptly and given updates if any issues. Good video of the health check. Free coffee :) I was served by Gemma, but just listening to the staff talk to customers they all give excellent customer service. I may have to get another Kia next time just for the customer service.. the car is also great.

JCB KIA Rainham are absolutely fantastic, I purchased my first Kia from them back in 2016 and I’ve now just picked up my 3rd Kia from them. The staff that work here are brilliant, each time I’ve been in the showroom they have taken their time to make sure we have a good chat about what it is I want from a car, given me as many options as possible to think about and have never pressured me into buying a new car. For a few years I always had Gemma as my go to person, she’s awesome and always had my best interest in mind when it came to getting my second Kia. I even recommended her to my sister when she wanted to buy her first car. And again Gemma was great. This year was time for my car to go in and be upgraded to a newer model. Gemma had been on the look out for me but it took some time for the right car within my requirements and budget to turn up. In this time she went on Maternity leave and Jamie took on the hunt for my next car. The first time I met him I was a little unsure of how it would go as I always dealt with Gemma but straight away I felt at ease. We had a good chat about my requirements and spent a long time discussing all my options. He even let my son charge his phone as his battery went flat from playing games, because I was in the showroom for some time. I had lots to think about and Jamie gave me plenty of time to make my decision and also waited for me to come back from a holiday that fell around the same time I was looking for a new car. Even when I got back from holiday and test drove the car there was still no pressure. Jamie checked in a few times to let me know the progress of the car having all its final checks done before I took ownership. On my last visit to the showroom to complete all the paperwork for my new car we was in there first thing and Guy came along and asked myself and my son if we would like a sausage roll from the local bakery as he was doing a breakfast run for all the staff. My son said it was the best sausage roll he’d eaten and could we stop there on the way home, another staff member recommended the brownie’s from the same bakery. All the staff at the showroom are very friendly and Jamie took care of us as much as Gemma always has done. I honestly wouldn’t want to go anywhere else to buy a new car in the future, 3 cars down and I’m sure the 4th Kia with come from JCB Rainham too. Thank you all for being so brilliant. Natalie

Having had a very bad experience at another used car garage I went to JCB kia rainham very nervous but I didn't need to be I cannot explain how professional and helpful Jamie and Jon both have been in helping my find my perfect car which I am in love with. From the moment I called the level of service was on point and then visiting the dealer I was treated with kindness and respect and felt like a valued customer and they completely assured me the car would be ready for me to pick up a week later after a full valet and it was even more perfect, for a used car of 4 years old it's like brand new! Jamie has emailed and called me throughout the process and explained everything thoroughly and to check in that i was happy, etc. Jon was excellent on the day i collected the car, made the process very smooth and made sure I was a happy customer leaving in my new car. I feel if any problems did arise I could easily contact the team to discuss this and it would be sorted. Well, I only went in for a service and to enquire about a service plan.😂 I had the pleasure of being looked after by Tim, who explained everything in detail about the plan and also what was going to happen during my service too. He was really kind, very helpful and smiley. I had agreed to wait while the service was taking place, and I decided to take a look around the cars on display. Jon appeared and showed me around this particular car. I informed Jon if I could get cheaper payments then I might just consider changing but I wasn’t in any rush as I loved my Rio. Well, today just 4 days later, I left the showroom in a lovely new car = opps!! Jon was lovely and couldn’t do enough for me. He was helpful from start to finish and got me a great deal. I was so nervous about driving it on my own, as I’d only briefly driven it a few days before, but Jon took me out for a drive to get used to it and also showed me how all the spec worked etc. Super impressed with the staff service at Kia in Rainham and I would definitely recommend them and return again in the future. Been looking for a car for a while and came across a beauty they had for sale at a very reasonable price compared to other dealerships. I had contact with Grace and Jamie who were very happy to help with all my enquiries and once I had put a deposit down Jamie took control and sorted everything out by phone and email. As I was travelling a long way it was extremely reassuring to have this level of service. The entire experience was easy and they were both a pleasure to deal with, no hard sell for extras and everything done as promised. Collection day was easy, Jamie made everything simple and straightforward. Drove off their forecourt a very happy customer. The free coffee is good as well. I can recommend the service and the constant updates kept everything simple and gave great peace of mind, especially when buying a car.

Bought a Nextbase camera through Kia who installed it. Unfortunately there were problems accessing the necessary App which we understand was a fault of the Nextbase App, not the Kia installation. The technicians at JCB Rainham could not have been more helpful. They did a great job in correcting the fault. Nothing was too much trouble so thank you very much. By the way, the coffee is great.

In January this year I found out I was eligible for a motability car, we popped into Kia on the of chance we could grab some information. We where greeted by Jamie who took the time to discuss with us our options and showed us around some of the vehicles I would be eligible for and also discussed what adaptions are available, we where so impressed with Jamie we actually decided on the day to put in an order. Since our order has been placed Jamie has kept in regular contact updating us every step of the way, ordering any new vehicle is not an immediate buy and patience is required. Jamie is exceptionally professional and has always responded quickly to all my queries regarding our vehicle. Jamie is friendly and welcoming and as a disabled person he just made me feel normal, he always spoke directly with me didn't patronise me or talk to my carer like I wasn't there. I would highly recommend anyone who is new to existing to the scheme to use this brand and dealership and especially seek out Jamie, his high level of service and respect has made me excited about something on my journey learning to live with my disability and not fearful of what to expect. I had an issue with my 2018 Kia Sportage sun roof ( Not Closing ) so I phoned JCB Kia Rainham and was fortunate enough to be put through to Dean who I now know is the after-sales manager. What a great service I received from Dean. I cannot fault his professionalism and his complete customer service approach, he told me to pop down with my car and he would see if he could close it for me. when I arrived he welcomed me with such passion that he wanted to help me resolve my problem. He took the car into the workshop and said go and have a seat and grab a free drink ( Please bare in mind I did not buy the car from JCB Rainham ) 20 minutes later the car was back out with the sunroof closed. Dean explained what had happened and said it would have to be booked into the workshop which he arranged for me and the last thing is all the above is free under the Kia 7 year Warranty. I am sorry that I have gone on a bit but I honestly cannot think off any company I have had dealings with that have given me anywhere near the service I received from Dean. you are a credit to JCB Rainham and I thank you for your help Kind Regards Paul Saunders

I recently purchased a used Kia from Jamie at JCB Kia Rainham and although the car sadly had an issue with the clutch, Jamie dealt with the repairs quickly, keeping me updated at all times, and ensured that I was not inconvenienced by delivering a courtesy car to my door whilst my car was back at the garage. Took the car booked in all explained , kindly given a nice voucher to pop down the road for a Nice pot of Tea and Snack , very nice indeed. They contacted to update me with a slight problem which I agreed for them to sort. Nice clean car. What’s also nice is your Greeted with a smile and a Proper Good Morning Greeting Now that goes a long way in my eyes. They have a Nice coffee machine and waiting area if you don’t want to leave , and a good display of Used Kia Stock. All in all a very Nice experience at Kia Rainham Kent. Today I called in to this Rainham branch for advice on the Daylight running light which no longer worked, after an inspection they said they would check their stock and the part available, when asked if I wanted it done now I readily agreed. I bought a used 3 year old Kia Sportage in Kent last week from another dealer (not a Kia dealership). Three days after purchase on the motorway the EMS signalled a problem. As I was close to Gillingham and didn't feel safe to return home I went to the local Kia dealership. The staff there couldn't have been more helpful and went way beyond what I was hoping for in terms of customer service. Without hesitation the workshop diagnosed the problem as being an overfill of the AdBlu, which must have been done on the service prior to my purchase. They then offered to fix the problem by draining and then refilling the tank to the correct level. This work took around one and half hours and I was kept informed at every stage by the manager and staff on reception , in particular Tim, who was extremely helpful. On completion of the work the service manager. Sam, very kindly took the time to explain fully the intricacies of the car, much of which had not previously been explained at the time of purchase form the original dealer. Overall a very pleasant experience which alleviated the stress caused by the malfunction. I will certainly be using this dealership in the future. Thank you to all!

Had to pop up this tiny review. Never purchased a car from Kia Rainham, but I did need a simple part (nozzle jet). When I arrived the staff where really friendly. I asked for parts and was told it was closed between 1 and 2 for lunch, it was 4 mnutes past 1. I spoke openly to the entire office and said is there anyone who can help me with this simple task. Right down the end a guy called Dean Bell who was a sales guy, immediately offered some help for which you would think someone or everyone would cover the Parts Department whilst it was on lunch. He found my part, we had a little banta and I was on my way. Very friendly people who where happy to think on the fly. Thank you Dean. Would seriously think about coming back in the future if I decided to buy a new car. Customer service excellent.

when my car broke down on me 5 days before Christmas I wasn't holding out much hope for having a car over the festive period, I was wrong, my car was recovered into JCB Rainham KIA on Monday morning, I got a call shortly afterwards from Dean the service manager, to inform me they would have a look and do their best but couldn't make any promises as they were very busy ( as expected ). but on Tuesday lunchtime when I got the call from Dean to say it was fixed and covered by warranty, I have to say i was extremely impressed. 5 hr job they told me, and they found the time to get it done in a day and a half with no notice, no previous booking, just a dead car dumped on the forecourt and even had the time to wash the car afterwards. Dean Bell and his team are not only a credit to JCB Group but a credit to the KIA brand. I sincerely hope senior Management read this and recognise the lengths the team at Kia Rainham went to for customer satisfaction. Dean I cannot thank you and your team enough. I hope you all have a great Christmas and will be seeing you in the future, maybe even for a new KIA in the coming months

Had a fantastic experience with Sanj. He listened to exactly what I needed from a car, suggested several possibilities (all of them great choices) and explained the process thoroughly. He supported me to get the best deal, tried his best to help me with getting rid of my old car but, most importantly, was honest about the options available to me and didn’t make empty promises. He also made time for me around my work so that we could get the best timeframe so that I wasn’t left without a car. Fantastic, helpful service, remembering all the details to make the process smooth. We were looking for a replacement car for my daughter and had been to most of the dealers in Medway . A mixture of experiences from being completely ignored , not taken seriously or overzealous sales persons . Then we went to Kia , never been before and the customer experience is second to none . The showroom is laid out well, bright , vibrant and welcoming. The minute you walk in you are greeted. Not to buy just to browse the showroom cars. Then we spoke to a sales executive named Joel, who again listened and understood the brief of what we were looking for , no pressure but directed us to new models and used alternatives. Very knowledgeable with the products and good advice given . So we ended up buying a Kia Ceed GT S line from the forecourt. Joel was great throughout the whole process keeping us fully updated throughout, great communication, and from start to finish has been excellent .. There was a slight hitch with the log book, this was compensated with a full tank of fuel and new car mats . I would definitely recommend Joel . I saw the kia sportage on their website and called the office straight away. Spoke to Sanjeet and he was attentive, informative and professional from the outset. I planned to go and see the car on the next morning. I met sanjeet and who showed me round the car, told me all about it and how to use automatic car having not driven one since eighties lol. We are very pleased with the service provided by JCB Kia Rainham especially when purchasing our new Kia Rio. Gemma has been very helpful in explaining our options and she took us through the buying procedure in a very efficient manner. I bought my Kia Ceed from JCB 2 years ago and have loved every minute of owning this vehicle. It runs like a dream and I have had no issues, other than a small problem with the paintwork. This was covered by the warranty and was sorted out quickly and it looks perfect now. The staff at Rainham are wonderful. They are friendly and professional and always happy to help. I will continue to have my car serviced here, even though there is another Kia dealership much closer to where I live as I trust them and do not believe they would ever they to recommend any work that was not necessary. As an added bonus, when I picked my car up, it had been valeted and looked fantastic. Thank you.

I bought my Kia from JCB Rainham in November, I dealt with Sanjeet Paddan he was very helpful with the sale and was not to pushy and was he willing to negotiate the price on the car and my PX without any issues it made the whole deal more welcoming and fun. I never leave reviews until i have had the car for a while to see how the after sales are and how a dealer treats you after they have your money in this case all has been good up to this point. i would be happy to give my business to this dealer again and more so if i deal with Sanjeet.

We would never use kia or buy another kia vehicle. Purchased an x demo vehicle also purchased a service package. Collected the car all we recieved free was a bottle of windscreen wash. The car was supposed to be fully valleted and it wasnt. On our 1 servce (2nd for the car due to being a yr old x demo) . When the car was ready for pick up they said right tthat's £326.00 . We have since traded the car in and paid the pcp in full . When we asked for a rebate on the existing service plan we were told that stays with the car. We also have a new toyota when we picked that vehicle up we also recieved an entire cleaning kit. And the service pan which was excellent , ccarwas booked nin and completed in the greed time frame 100% free of charge. That car has since been written off after a car crash and was completely paid off with quite a substantial increase to what we were expecting and we evan recieved not far off the entire cost of the service plan which only had the final service and 1st mot to be completed later this yr. I would never recommend Kia but 100% always recommend Toyota.

Special thank you to Sanjeet Paddan for the guidance in selecting our new Kia Stonic nothing was no problem to him in helping purchase the car ,sort out finance changing my personal number plate from old to new vehicle and making sure the transactions went smoothly. Really recommend the great custom service from all the polite staff. Great to see all the staff in Christmas jumpers for the charity day on 10th December. Highly recommend buying a car from this company ,this is the second time I have used JCB franchise for buying a vehicle and both times have been a pleasant and easy experience. My husband brought a kia sportage 2 weeks ago and chris the sales guy was absolutely brilliant and friendly made us both feel so comfortable and nothing was too much trouble for him. Felt like we had known him for years a real honest genuine guy. This is our 3rd car we have brought from the rainham branch a kia picanto for me and my husband had the kia ceed now upgraded to the sportage and he is so happy with his purchase. To be fair we are big kia fans and there all so friendly at the branch and always make you feel so welcome that's why we would never go elsewhere the level of customer service is second to none. The Kia rep Sanj was so helpful and professional and made the whole process easy especially explaining all the various technical queries. With the 7 year warranty it was the best decision I made.

Sanjay a sales member was amazing and easy to talk to and always friendly and hwent out of his way. He remembered all the information and had a great way of making me laugh and feel relaxed making such a big purchase. I phoned several times and although had trouble getting through at times. Sanjay was always so helpful if it hadn't been for him I probably would have gone to another dealership. He is such an asset to JCB. He should get a pay rise!

Sanj went through all the various aspects of the purchase diligently - from a personalised video of the car, to arranging a Covid-safe test drive, and then going through all the aspects of the purchase paperwork. We had a slight niggle when one of the features of the car was not functioning at the time of collection - but this was swiftly and professionally rectified immediately. Would recommend. I went to Kia about 2 weeks ago to look at new cars. I already had a good idea of what car I was after, as a few of my family members have kia cars. The salesman Sanj went through my requirements and showed me a couple of different models. All of the staff I spoke to were very knowledgeable and helped me with any questions that I had. When I collected my car on 16/09 Sanj went through all of the paperwork to make sure I was completely happy with it. Once that was done he showed me where the service department was. Before walking me to my car, where he explained how to use the centre console, where the fuel cap was and how to open the bonnett. Overall I'm very pleased with my recent purchase and would highly reccomend Kia Rainham.

Myself and my partner went to have a look at approved used cars at this dealership, there were no customers at the time a week ago from this review (Saturdsy morning) as soon as we entered we were approached by a cheerful young lady who was happy to assist in unlocking cars for us to view and explained the procedure and process of buying the cars we enquired about, we booked a test drive for the following Wednesday, she gave us all the information printed out and her business card. My partner went for the test drive, and liked the first car she drove, on Friday (Today) is now a happy and excited to drive her car. The dealership had plenty of options, cars from each model available, the car we got has a few more years on Kia warranty, so it felt all safe and sound to go ahead.. we did not feel at any point pressured to view new cars, or persuaded to check one car over the other, the sales young lady made us feel comfortable and we were happy with the experience as a whole.

My second service & MOT since JCB took over from the previous family run business. A step up in customer relations and communication and all very transparent as far as costs go. I like the video documentation so I could see the issue, understand it and approve the cost. I also phoned and my call was answered promptly and courteously. This is my second Kia and in the fullness of time I have no hesitation in buying another and continuing my custom with JCB Rainham.

Fantastic service today. Car was efficiently serviced, MoT’d and cleaned. I can’t fault them at all. The client facing staff were exceedingly friendly and pleasant. They made myself and my furry friend feel very welcome. Comfortable seating area, free coffee and a large tv to catch up on the latest news. It most certainly gets a 5 stars from me and a paws up from my furry friend 🐾. I hope I don’t get the ladies into any trouble by showing them taking a break from work.

The staff here are brilliant. -We took our car in for a ten year service. They found a load of issues that had been missed at the service/MOT just 8 months ago, were completely transparent on what needed doing and cost (partner is ex-mechanic so he corroborated, although still ouch on the pocket!) Sorted the car out, financing, were really understanding throughout, kept us updated with a walk round video of the issues and both texts & calls on progress, loan car - fantastic service all round.

My first visit to JCB Kia Rainham. I can only praise their service department for excellent customer service. This was my first visit only to have my Kia Sat Nav firmware updated. In the first instance booking via telephone I was dealt with by a very friendly lady who was polite & courteous in handling my booking. upon arrival at the Kia dealership I was greeted by the service receptionist who again was polite and courteous. my booking was for 14:00 hours and no delays. I waited whilst the update was done in a pleasant clean environment with complimentary tea & coffee. Upon completion my vehicle was presented to me by the lady service receptionist. My vehicle was also valeted. Excellent customer service of which I will certainly be a returning customer. 10/10 JCB Kia Rainham & a big thank you to the ladies in the service reception department.

Phoned and spoke to a great salesman called Dave Hayes who was very helpful and assured me he would hold the car for me to view while i traveled up from southampton. We viewed the car and is was exactly as Dave had described, took it for a test drive and put a deposit on it then and there. We travelled back up the next weekend to see Mark Spray the used car manager for the hand over as Dave had actually retired that week. Mark was great, very helpful and easy to get along with. Have to say between the two chaps and not hesitate to go back and see them again even though its a 2 hour drive! Great service, which is hard to come by these days!! Very happy with the car and the service we received.

Had my 1 year service for my Stonic today. Excellent service from all staff that I dealt with. Car had full Health Check & was all documented. My first Kia was a Picanto in 2005, then I upgraded to a Rio 2015, then Stonic 2018. Brilliant personal service from Guy Carter and his Team. I love that Kia give fantastic value for money with many specifications included with the basic price (unlike many competitors). The staff a JCB Rainham are always courteous and professional. Very nice dealership, where no one rushes you and one can browse the cars with ease. There are a couple of criticisms that I have regarding movement for the disabled, me being one of the said disabled. Parking whether you are disabled or not is very very difficult not only in their car park but also the road leading to the garage. Once inside if you're in a wheelchair it is a little bit difficult to get around but the staff make-up for this they are extremely helpful and will push cars out for you to view, excellent service, extremely nice staff.

I've had many cars from Kia at Rainham and Jack, the guy who I deal with mostly is so friendly and helpful that he kind of feels more like a friend who happens to sell cars than a salesman. The entire sales team here is as friendly and helpful as you could want. Jack keeps me well informed of all and any information or changes throughout the year and any offers and deals becoming available. Special mention to Ryan today as well, who is also friendly and helpful and made today a very special experience. My mum had to take her car in for a service and this was the first service she had to arrange that after the passing of my father and Ryan took so much care and showed so much compassion to my mum that I really couldn't express just how much it all meant to her and myself. The team arranged for the car to be cleaned as well as serviced and even went so far as to all chip in and buy a little box of handmade cupcakes for mum who was moved to tears at the delightful and thoughtful gesture The cars they sell are good vehicles and have alsorts great features. I, Mum and Dad, nor the inlaws have ever had any issues with the cars or the service provided at Kia The showroom is well stocked, clean, and tidy. After the recent refurb, the place is even better looking than before. I feel I need to mention the service department and say they have been extremely helpful and efficient over the last few years. It seems Ghengis Khan has been subdued (if you know you know) I couldn't recommend Kia Rainham more highly and plan to continue to buy cars here until they stop selling cars. The second I walked in a salesman was ready to greet me. Offered coffee/ water, everyone was friendly and professional. The salesman I had, a fellow named Richie, was super attentive and no where near pushy. I told him what I could pay per month and the payment came in $0.11 lower. He really tried to work with me. They even dropped the car off for me as I had come there alone. So if you're ever going car shopping there, ask for Richie.. Just be forwarned the finance secretary(possibly wrong title- the woman you give your payment to) was wretched.. She looked sloppy was all sad and slow, couldn't understand a word she mumbled toward me. Other than her, the place was awesome and so was everyone who worked with me.
