Had a great experience purchasing a nearly new Kia Sportage. I spoke to Grace Gumley on the phone who told me she has what I was looking for and booked me own to see her the next day. She had EXACTLY what I was looking and by the end of the next week I was driving home with my new car. Very friendly Kia garage and our sales person Grace really knew her stuff and she was helpful and friendly, without being pushy. The site is busy with plenty of vehicles to view. We travelled 2 hours to view the vehicle we were interested in and we weren't disappointed. Deposit paid and currently awaiting a collection date. I recently bought a used car from JCB Rainham . I am a fairly elderly lady and as I was making this purchase on my own I was somewhat apprehensive. I need not have worried because Steve made the whole experience stress free and pleasant . There was no hard sell, just clear information and no pressure . A charming man and excellent salesperson.

Applied to view a car within a day Steve phoned me arrange a viewing and test drive sent a private video of the vehicle and describing it to us and upon test driving the vehicle was very welcoming and showed us it all let us test drive it and make sure we was all happy with it great service highly recommend

I have been a customer since 2019 and have had many interactions with this dealership. A representative called Gemma was so helpful on my first visit, making sure that i was walking away with something that suited my family and budget. They always call to remind me about my service and MOT being due (the cost of which is already included in my plan) as a busy mum this is something that I really appreciate.

I recently purchased a Kia Sportage, and overall I had a great experience. There was a tiny hiccup, (perhaps more a burp than a hiccup 😆), but it was dealt with professionally, and had more to do with Kia the company than JCB. Grace, the young lady I dealt with, was particularly helpful and knowledgeable, and all in all, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy through them again. 😀😀😀

I had to wait for about 3 weeks to take delivery of my Sportage due to the need to replace an item in the engine bay before they would hand it over during last October. During the later part of March the car broke down after alternator drive belt snapped. This was due to the seized tensioner pulley causing the belt to snap. The vehicle was delivered back to the dealership for repair under the warranty only to be told the the replacement part is on back order and they can't give me a date for delivery. Almost 2 weeks have passed and still no result. Requested a courtesy car but none are available. Having to use a car hire company arranged by the dealership that can't give me a car for another 4 days at least. Very, very disappointed in the way this has all been handled.

Impeccable service from Jamie Akhurst, greatly appreciated! Follow up: me and my parents went back to see Jamie Akhurst at Kia, Rainham to collect my mum’s new EV3, and he made the whole experience genuinely brilliant. My mum was a little nervous about how she’d feel driving out in a new, much larger car. Jamie was patient, thorough and never once my parents feel rushed or out of their depth. Every bit of paperwork was explained clearly and without any fuss. What really stood out was what happened after the handover. Jamie then spent a good 15 to 20 minutes sitting in the car with my mum - connecting her phone, sorting her radio stations, walking her through all the controls until she felt confident. That’s made a real difference. He also made a point of emphasising that the relationship doesn’t end at the sale. He offered for us to come back with any questions and said he’d check in to make sure she was getting on well. My parents drove away feeling relaxed and ready, which is exactly what we hoped for. Can’t recommend Jamie enough — he’s exactly the kind of person you want helping your family through a new car purchase.

Excellent experience at JCB Rainham. Professional, welcoming, considered advice from sales manager, Jon Hawkes. A range of cars to view, time spent looking at options, without feeling rushed and generally excellent, honest communication from first mtg, to purchase and collection. Also a courtesy call a few days later to see how I was enjoying the car ! Would thoroughly recommend JCB Rainham if looking to replace your car. I’ve been purchasing my cars on finance from Kia Rainham for the past few years, and I honestly wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. The team are always approachable, friendly, and genuinely helpful, which makes the whole experience stress-free, which hasn’t always been the case in other places. A special mention to Grace, who supported me with the purchase of my current car. Im someone with limited knowledge about cars, and visiting a dealership can sometimes feel quite intimidating—but Grace completely changed that experience for me. She made me feel comfortable from the start, kept me fully informed throughout the process, and was always happy to answer my questions and offer clear, honest advice - particularly when my questions were silly ones - she never made me feel silly! We made an appointment to test drive a Sportage. Dave Davidson was our contact. This was just for a 1st look at a vehicle on our list of interest, none of the others were Kia. Dave answered every question we had and we were delighted with our choices. Went ahead and ordered the same day. This all happened during the Christmas period. We were kept well informed by not only Dave, but Grace too, who arranged a dog guard to be fitted for us while Dave was on annual leave. Customer service has been excellent, plenty of tea and coffee. This week i took ownership of my 4th KIA Sportage, the 2nd one that I have bought from these guys. The service and customer care that I received throughout the process is simply The Best! A special Thanks to Jamie, who stayed in contact with me over the last 2 months after the car had been ordered, and yesterday for making sure that I left happy and for going through everything with me down to the last detail. Yesterday, I went to collect my new EV4 and again, Kia Rainham did not disappoint! From the moment I stepped into the showroom, staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive. I had an appointment with Jamie who was friendly, professional, and thorough with the handover of my new vehicle. Despite having already met me when I placed the order, the appointment wasn’t rushed and he covered everything thoroughly on the admin side of things. Once ready to go to the car, he explained and showed me everything I needed to know to be able to drive away safely. Again, nothing was rushed and I had plenty of opportunities to ask questions. What can I say. Grace was brilliant. She knew all about the car and understood the questions we had and was able to answer them in ways that we understood. That was not so at the first Kia dealership that we went to. Buying an EV after many years of having petrol cars is pretty daunting but is made much easier when you deal with some like Grace. Wow, wow, wow! This dealership has brought back my faith in car sales people. I was lucky enough to be able to deal with Jamie Akhurst. I found a car I liked on line, and by the end of the day I was test driving it. Jamie was fantastic. He clearly explained things to me, and no question was too silly to ask. As fir the trade in on my car, there was none of this scenario; where the salesperson scuttles off to the managers office for 20 minutes, while you sit there like a lemon! Omg, Jamie and John discussed everything in front of me and showed me exactly where they were coming from cost wise. John was also charming and professional. I really appreciated this and out of four dealerships this was the only time there were no secret discussions with the boss or "guess what i have written on my piece of paper" as a valuation. I was confident with the deal and the professionalism of the dealership. The ladies on the phone were always kind and helpful. I have today driven home a beautiful red Kia Sportage Line S and I'm chuffed to bits with it. No hard sell just Jamie talking to me like a human being to help me get a deal we agreed on. On handover he took a lot of care and even sorted out a first service and some mats for me. He explained all the controls very well and with patience. Can't recommend Grace enough. I brought my first car, a 1.0 litre Kia Picanto from her back in June 2025, being completely naive I had no idea what I was after, or the questions to ask but Grace made the purchase so easy, talked me through everything I needed to know about the car and made me feel so at ease. I decided in January 2026 that I needed something with a slightly bigger engine as I do a lot of motorway miles and although the car was great and never failed me I just wanted something with a little more power. I saw a 1.2 litre Kia Picanto online and knew that would be perfect for me. Again Grace worked her magic, made the finances work for me and made the part exchange process so easy. I collected my new car on 1st Feb 2026 and love it so much! If anyone is thinking of buying a car I cannot recommend Grace enough. She is beyond knowledgeable in her cars, makes you feel at ease from start to finish and makes the whole process so quick and simple. Thank you so much Grace!

I had an excellent experience with Kallie from the JCB Kia Rainham branch, from the moment I enquired about the vehicle I had seen online to completing the purchase this week. I was unable to get to the Rainham branch to view and test drive the vehicle, however Kallie very kindly drove the vehicle down to their Bromley branch and went for a test drive and it was everything I was looking for. Kallie provided me with all the information I needed to know about the car and answered all my questions before and during the process with extreme patience and understanding. I was sent a personalised video of the car after reserving the car without requesting one and that was a very nice extra touch. On collection day, everything was completed smoothly without ## and the car had just been valeted and was looking great and with a final few steps needed I was an owner of a new car within the hour. Got a phonecall on the off chance from Kia posing the question of purchasing a new car. From start to finish it has proved a excellent experience. Steve Bhakar was our sales executive who processed the whole transaction. Steve very kindly brought the car to our house to make sure it would fit into our garage, and it did!!! So the deal was done with a little negotiation! Kia is a excellent brand to purchase and Steve a new sales person was friendly, easy to talk to and at the end of the day done everything we asked. Highly recommend the service we experienced.

I purchased my Xceed with Steve (Sewak), he was nothing but professional, kept me in the loop how finance was going, collection date etc. I explained why the extra up sales was not suited for my needs and there was no pressure for me to sign up to any of them. Steve was away on leave for the date I wanted to collect the car, but his Colleague Jamie happily stepped and looked after me, Jamie explained all the documents, the basic controls of the car and ensure I was happy and set up to drive the car home before I left. I also spoke to Grace on the phone on a few occasions, she was nothing but professional, always did what she said she was going to do and called me back when required in the timeframe that she said she would. This team are a true credit to JCB, Head office should take note.... Staff like this are hard to find. I will happily recommend JCB Rainham to my friends and colleagues.

Updates via email and phone to keep us aware of where our new car was and when we were to expect it, and on handover, Jamie showed us a few more features as well as went with my wife for a test drive. I would, without hesitation, recommend Kia, Rainham if you find yourself buying a new car. I was lucky enough to be served on my first visit there by Kallie Everard… She was an absolute star, no pressure at all - she seemed to instinctively know that overwhelming me with information would be futile so just very patiently answered all my questions and let me go on my way! Every time I emailed her with yet more questions, she answered instantly with just the right level of information. This was consistent, even when she was on her days off! Even when Kallie knew she had the sale she continued to provide that extra layer of customer care, she’s a real credit to Kia. She guided me through the minefield of finance versus cash purchase, furnishing me with the facts without pushing an opinion on me - just ensuring that I was satisfied I had enough information. I was not the easiest of customers at that point, always pushing back trying to find a problem but she remained calm, patient and extremely professional. On the day I collected my car she was there, just knowing all the things that were important to me she set it all up and patiently went through the 'ins and outs' of the controls and operating system (more than once in some instances), she even offered to come out with me for my first drive of the vehicle...this was just typical of her going that extra mile. They say you buy from people, and I am a firm believer in that, obviously the product has to be right too, but without the right person it’s a much harder decision. Kallie was professional, knowledgeable, patient but more importantly made me feel like my points were valid (they certainly were not on many occasions) and that nothing was too much trouble. I had been offered a pretty good deal from my old dealership, but I was so confident that the service I received from Kallie was an indication of how I would be treated as a future customer at Kia, Rainham that the decision for me was a simple one. It's almost a week since I picked up my vehicle (and it's everything Kallie promised it would be) and she's still there, answering every single email I send her because I can't find a button or understand what an instruction might mean...she answers me quickly, still being patient, still being kind and still answering me when I am pretty certain she is not at work, never making me feel like I am a nuisance.

I would just like to thank Grace Gumley for her time, patience and expertise in helping me to find my perfect Kia Picanto! There were 2 or 3 choices of car available, but none quite had everything that I wanted in the one car, namely Sat Nav, low mileage, NO tinted windows and a nice colour if possible! All the cars had one or two, but not all features. I thought I had found the perfect car with everything that I wanted, but was very disappointed to be pipped to the post by another customer! Grace said to leave it with her whilst she investigated other avenues of stock. She called me back within half an hour, and had found the perfect Kia Picanto for me! With Sat Nav, low mileage, NO tinted windows (very rare with a Sat Nav model!), AND it was in my budget! But the cherry and icing on top of the cake was that it was red! I do love a little red car! She had actually found me a better car, than the other customer had beaten me to! Grace even arranged to order it and have it brought down from Yorkshire for me, so that I could test drive it. When it arrived, she was very patient showing me all the controls inside the car, making sure I felt comfortable before taking it for my test drive, and she answered any questions I had. (I had a lot of questions!) Time was tight for me to collect my car before going away on holiday, but she made it work, and offered to collect me from my home to make sure we could get all the paperwork finished in time. I test drove a couple of other cars with different companies, and even felt a little pressured by one with pushy sales talk. I felt very at ease with Grace from the beginning. She was patient, calm, took her time to explain things, and I didn't feel rushed at all. She also has a very pleasant and likeable nature about her, which I think helps to put customers quickly at ease. I actually complimented her at the time with her style of doing things in a nice, calm and friendly way. This in turn made me feel calm and more reassured when purchasing my car with Kia Rainham. Grace kept in close contact with me via phone and e-mail from start to finish throughout the whole process of searching, test driving and buying the car. Never once did I feel pressured or hurried. She has said several times, that if I have any questions about the car (and especially how the features work!) that I can go to her at anytime. As a result, I do honestly believe that I will receive good aftercare service as and when required. I really can't recommend Kia Rainham and especially Grace highly enough. Incredible experience from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend Kia Rainham enough. Especially Jamie who has been exceptional and thorough with my purchase of a Kia Picanto. Have had my car serviced twice and a repair completed at JCB Kia in Rainham, and these have consistently been completed promptly and the car cleaned each time as well. Customer service within the branch has been very friendly too. My only complaint would be that it can be difficult to get hold of the service department via the phone at times. Whilst waiting for my car repair, I overheard a telephone call in which a customer called wanting advice regarding a potential issue with their car. The advisor was very knowledgeable regarding this issue, and due to this did not feel it was necessary to book the car in, saving this customer unnecessary time and costs. It's good to know that they will only book your car in to be assessed/repaired if and when necessary.

Went to Kia as iwas advised I needed a new dpf filter system which should have been £3200 . They wa Ted just to check k so I paid for a diagnostic check and so far the car runs great with a cable change total price £242 . Thankyou Tim,Cliff and the mechanics i could have so easily been ripped off .

I would like to say I received excellent service with Grace when I was changing my car she was patient, and I did not feel pressured or rushed she was able to answer my question and support me to make the right decision for me. Our car needed some fuses changed, which were done so quickly, (even though I discovered that I had the date wrong) that we had a coffee to go!! Fantastic service, the gentleman that helped us answered some questions that we had, being new to Kia, and we will absolutely be going back to have our service done there.

Just booked in for my second service. Excellent customer service here and only wished I had purchased the vehicle from Kia Rainham as opposed to another Kia franchised dealership in Romford who's after sales service was appalling. Kia Rainham part of the JCB group on the other hand are very professional and value their business and treat you as a valid customer even if its just a service. Nice waiting area with decent coffee machine and TV where people can wait for the vehicle to be serviced if pre-booked. Pleasant friendly ambience all round from sales to servicing. Absolutely fantastic service from JCB Kia Rainham. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. No matter the issue they are always happy to help in anyway they can. My car had been suffering with a faulty DPF since I bought it last year, Kia Rainham promptly diagnosed the issue and found it was defective and happily replaced it under warranty, even replacing the injector seals as they noticed they were leaking, a nice surprise! getting me back on the road and mobile again. When I had my 6th service with them, they were very professional and the technicians are incredibly knowledgeable, even pointed out the lower arm bushes were worn and happily replaced them under the famous 7 year warranty which was another nice surprise! (Worth its weight in gold!). I would happy recommend Kia Rainham to anyone experiencing issues with their Kia’s! You will Get first class service and work and has certainly impressed me and if there was a way I could rate higher than 5 stars I would!!

Two weeks ago, our daughter was trying to find a suitable first car , with a low insurance group. She spotted a Kia Rio for sale at JCB KIA Rainham and was super keen to view it. On arrival we were politely greeted by sales executive Dave Davison, Dave showed us around the Rio and advised me that the car was still awaiting some preparation , which was fine with us. On inspection, we agreed that there were some minor paint scratches that needed attention and the rear tyres were legal but getting low on tread. Dave offered us a test drive and with a quick license check, trade plates fitted we were off. The test drive went well with our daughter falling in love with the car. The sale of the car was made with an agreement that the paint was attended to and new rear tyres. Dave also put the Rio through there workshop for a full vehicle check . Today we picked up the car, new tyres fitted , paint work sorted. Before leaving the dealership Dave went through all the car controls with our daughter making her feel at ease. I must say that the car looked superb. Throughout the buying experience Dave kept us up to date with great customer service and communication. Thank you Dave from all of us.

We taken our Kia Sportage in with gearbox issues. The next day the team had already looked at the car and diagnosed the issue. Our car needed the gearbox reconditioned. All the works were done in 4 days from start to finish with updates along the way from Tim. I cannot thank Tim at the Rainham branch enough, nothing was a problem and went above and beyond for us. Keeping us informed of all what was going on from start to finish. Great service and would highly recommend our local Kia dealer.

JCB KIA Rainham are absolutely fantastic, I purchased my first Kia from them back in 2016 and I’ve now just picked up my 3rd Kia from them. The staff that work here are brilliant, each time I’ve been in the showroom they have taken their time to make sure we have a good chat about what it is I want from a car, given me as many options as possible to think about and have never pressured me into buying a new car. For a few years I always had Gemma as my go to person, she’s awesome and always had my best interest in mind when it came to getting my second Kia. I even recommended her to my sister when she wanted to buy her first car. And again Gemma was great. This year was time for my car to go in and be upgraded to a newer model. Gemma had been on the look out for me but it took some time for the right car within my requirements and budget to turn up. In this time she went on Maternity leave and Jamie took on the hunt for my next car. The first time I met him I was a little unsure of how it would go as I always dealt with Gemma but straight away I felt at ease. We had a good chat about my requirements and spent a long time discussing all my options. He even let my son charge his phone as his battery went flat from playing games, because I was in the showroom for some time. I had lots to think about and Jamie gave me plenty of time to make my decision and also waited for me to come back from a holiday that fell around the same time I was looking for a new car. Even when I got back from holiday and test drove the car there was still no pressure. Jamie checked in a few times to let me know the progress of the car having all its final checks done before I took ownership. On my last visit to the showroom to complete all the paperwork for my new car we was in there first thing and Guy came along and asked myself and my son if we would like a sausage roll from the local bakery as he was doing a breakfast run for all the staff. My son said it was the best sausage roll he’d eaten and could we stop there on the way home, another staff member recommended the brownie’s from the same bakery. All the staff at the showroom are very friendly and Jamie took care of us as much as Gemma always has done. JCB rainham is my local car dealership - 2.5 years ago bought my Kia from Gemma P who was very friendly and informative. Today I went and got a new car from Grace G who again was very friendly and informative, although new she went out of her way to make sure everything was right for me, was very accommodating - very happy with my purchase and the expedience.

Having had a very bad experience at another used car garage I went to JCB kia rainham very nervous but I didn't need to be I cannot explain how professional and helpful Jamie and Jon both have been in helping my find my perfect car which I am in love with. From the moment I called the level of service was on point and then visiting the dealer I was treated with kindness and respect and felt like a valued customer and they completely assured me the car would be ready for me to pick up a week later after a full valet and it was even more perfect, for a used car of 4 years old it's like brand new! First class service from the moment we stepped into showroom. Polite, friendly staff…not over zealous! The process of buying our brand new Sportage Shadow ran very smoothly. Well, I only went in for a service and to enquire about a service plan.😂 I had the pleasure of being looked after by Tim, who explained everything in detail about the plan and also what was going to happen during my service too. He was really kind, very helpful and smiley. I had agreed to wait while the service was taking place, and I decided to take a look around the cars on display. Jon appeared and showed me around this particular car. I informed Jon if I could get cheaper payments then I might just consider changing but I wasn’t in any rush as I loved my Rio. Been looking for a car for a while and came across a beauty they had for sale at a very reasonable price compared to other dealerships. I had contact with Grace and Jamie who were very happy to help with all my enquiries and once I had put a deposit down Jamie took control and sorted everything out by phone and email. As I was travelling a long way it was extremely reassuring to have this level of service. Bought a Nextbase camera through Kia who installed it. Unfortunately there were problems accessing the necessary App which we understand was a fault of the Nextbase App, not the Kia installation. The technicians at JCB Rainham could not have been more helpful. They did a great job in correcting the fault. Nothing was too much trouble so thank you very much. By the way, the coffee is great.

I had my Kia Nero EV serviced and MOT'd at the end of April this year. Very pleased, this dealership is very customer focused and they willing to spend time with you to help you sort out any problems or questions you may have. In January this year I found out I was eligible for a motability car, we popped into Kia on the of chance we could grab some information. We where greeted by Jamie who took the time to discuss with us our options and showed us around some of the vehicles I would be eligible for and also discussed what adaptions are available, we where so impressed with Jamie we actually decided on the day to put in an order. Since our order has been placed Jamie has kept in regular contact updating us every step of the way, ordering any new vehicle is not an immediate buy and patience is required. Jamie is exceptionally professional and has always responded quickly to all my queries regarding our vehicle. Jamie is friendly and welcoming and as a disabled person he just made me feel normal, he always spoke directly with me didn't patronise me or talk to my carer like I wasn't there. I would highly recommend anyone who is new to existing to the scheme to use this brand and dealership and especially seek out Jamie, his high level of service and respect has made me excited about something on my journey learning to live with my disability and not fearful of what to expect. I had an issue with my 2018 Kia Sportage sun roof ( Not Closing ) so I phoned JCB Kia Rainham and was fortunate enough to be put through to Dean who I now know is the after-sales manager. What a great service I received from Dean. I cannot fault his professionalism and his complete customer service approach, he told me to pop down with my car and he would see if he could close it for me. when I arrived he welcomed me with such passion that he wanted to help me resolve my problem. He took the car into the workshop and said go and have a seat and grab a free drink ( Please bare in mind I did not buy the car from JCB Rainham ) 20 minutes later the car was back out with the sunroof closed. Dean explained what had happened and said it would have to be booked into the workshop which he arranged for me and the last thing is all the above is free under the Kia 7 year Warranty. I have my KIA ceed serviced regularly by this company and found them to be fair and give advice. Today I called in to this Rainham branch for advice on the Daylight running light which no longer worked, after an inspection they said they would check their stock and the part available, when asked if I wanted it done now I readily agreed. That’s service for you and it was late in the day at 1600 hrs.

I bought a used 3 year old Kia Sportage in Kent last week from another dealer (not a Kia dealership). Three days after purchase on the motorway the EMS signalled a problem. As I was close to Gillingham and didn't feel safe to return home I went to the local Kia dealership. The staff there couldn't have been more helpful and went way beyond what I was hoping for in terms of customer service. Without hesitation the workshop diagnosed the problem as being an overfill of the AdBlu, which must have been done on the service prior to my purchase. They then offered to fix the problem by draining and then refilling the tank to the correct level. This work took around one and half hours and I was kept informed at every stage by the manager and staff on reception , in particular Tim, who was extremely helpful. On completion of the work the service manager. Sam, very kindly took the time to explain fully the intricacies of the car, much of which had not previously been explained at the time of purchase form the original dealer. Overall a very pleasant experience which alleviated the stress caused by the malfunction. I will certainly be using this dealership in the future. Thank you to all!

Had to pop up this tiny review. Never purchased a car from Kia Rainham, but I did need a simple part (nozzle jet). When I arrived the staff where really friendly. I asked for parts and was told it was closed between 1 and 2 for lunch, it was 4 mnutes past 1. I spoke openly to the entire office and said is there anyone who can help me with this simple task. Right down the end a guy called Dean Bell who was a sales guy, immediately offered some help for which you would think someone or everyone would cover the Parts Department whilst it was on lunch. He found my part, we had a little banta and I was on my way. Very friendly people who where happy to think on the fly. Thank you Dean. Would seriously think about coming back in the future if I decided to buy a new car. Customer service excellent.

With a new baby who arrived in September, I found my existing car too small so wanted to get a bigger one. Gemma made the search for a new car very easy, arranging viewings and test drives very efficiently, and always replied quickly to calls/emails. when my car broke down on me 5 days before Christmas I wasn't holding out much hope for having a car over the festive period, I was wrong, my car was recovered into JCB Rainham KIA on Monday morning, I got a call shortly afterwards from Dean the service manager, to inform me they would have a look and do their best but couldn't make any promises as they were very busy ( as expected ). but on Tuesday lunchtime when I got the call from Dean to say it was fixed and covered by warranty, I have to say i was extremely impressed. 5 hr job they told me, and they found the time to get it done in a day and a half with no notice, no previous booking, just a dead car dumped on the forecourt and even had the time to wash the car afterwards. Dean Bell and his team are not only a credit to JCB Group but a credit to the KIA brand. I sincerely hope senior Management read this and recognise the lengths the team at Kia Rainham went to for customer satisfaction. Dean I cannot thank you and your team enough. I hope you all have a great Christmas and will be seeing you in the future, maybe even for a new KIA in the coming months

Excellent customer service. Staff were very helpful, friendly and didn't put pressure on us to make a decision. Excellent customer service, excellent communication, worked out a very fair deal and got exactly the car I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. Highly recommend this dealership, sales person Connor was not at all pushy but was very knowledgeable and helpful with everything I asked about. After work I quickly went into the Kia Garage I Rainham to see if they could look at my car, this was about 3:30pm. The receptionist was more than happy to check if they are able to look at my car. Had a fantastic experience with Sanj. He listened to exactly what I needed from a car, suggested several possibilities (all of them great choices) and explained the process thoroughly. He supported me to get the best deal, tried his best to help me with getting rid of my old car but, most importantly, was honest about the options available to me and didn’t make empty promises. He also made time for me around my work so that we could get the best timeframe so that I wasn’t left without a car. I have been on the Motability scheme for 38 years, most of the garages I have dealt with have been very good, some have been exceptional. I have just purchased a KIA PICANTO X-LINE S AUTO and to say I was pleased with it and the service I received was an understatement, I am actually thrilled with it and the information and curtesy I received from Jon Hawkes was second to none. As this is the first Automatic car I have driven he was very patient when he took me out for short run to see how I felt driving it. I was looking to finally make the leap from petrol cars to an electric car and had been to most of the dealers in Medway . A mixture of experiences from being completely ignored , not taken seriously or overzealous sales persons. Then I went to Kia , where I had previously bought a car for my daughter. The customer experience is second to none . The showroom is laid out well, bright , vibrant and welcoming. The minute you walk in you are greeted. Even if you are just browsing or looking to buy. Then I spoke to a sales executive named Steve and explained what I was looking for. He listened and understood the brief of what I was looking for , no pressure but directed me to some new models and used alternatives. Very knowledgeable with the products and good advice given. I had already researched what I wanted, the Ev6 which are few and far between. So I went on a test drive on a Kia Ev6 GT line S arranged by Steve, which had only been there a day , What an amazing car, the version I had driven was the top of the range which fell into the luxury car bracket. Steve explained the differences between the GT line and the S version and the extra features which would leave me liable to pay the extra duty for a few years. I didn't buy this version but around. About 3 weeks later Steve updated me around another vehicle due to be arriving soon, it was a rarer colour aside from the usual black white or red. A lovely metallic Yacht blue just had to wait a few days for it to arrive This Gt line was due to come in in Wednesday, these models are few and far between and when do arrive they are usually sold within days. It arrived I then bought without a second thought in the knowledge that it was a Kia Rainham car and that any issues would be dealt with with the remainig 4 year warranty. Steve was great throughout the whole process keeping me fully updated throughout, great communication, and from start to finish has been excellent .. He even charged the car up for me so I could collect it and the drive home insurance is brilliant . I would definitely recommend dealing with Steve . But all the staff are friendly and I have to say the Kia experience has been very very good. Well done JCB Kia Rainham . Thank you Steve.

Just driven off with my new EV6. Got exactly what i wanted, with all the right communication on the way, coffee served, and treated like we were good friends. Honestly Gemma was great, made us feel very at ease, and professional at the same time. Even if the car was 9 months to get, it was still worth waiting for!

Just wanted to share my experience of this car dealership. Excellent service from the start to collecting my car. I had been let down by another dealer and the staff at Kia Rainham did everything possible to organise a new purchase professionally and quickly. In particular a shout out to Sanj Paddan who walked us through the whole process and couldn’t have been more helpful. He kept us up to date with progress and managed our expectations. I also met his boss ( manager of used cars )whose name I didn’t find out who assisted in helping us with the purchase . Would definitely recommend this dealership.

I saw the kia sportage on their website and called the office straight away. Spoke to Sanjeet and he was attentive, informative and professional from the outset. I planned to go and see the car on the next morning. I met sanjeet and who showed me round the car, told me all about it and how to use automatic car having not driven one since eighties lol. There was one small issue with car which he dealt with, the deal was done and i bought the car. Highly recommend Sanjeet to anyone thinking of buying a great car. Bought my new car here three years ago and have regular servicing since. Just had service and MoT with courtesy car - very reasonably priced. Great service, lovely staff, but it is is the only dealership I have been involved with that seems not to include a car wash to ensure that their cars leave looking great!

Though I live more than 200 miles away from the showroom, the whole process of enquiring, ordering and follow-up after delivery has been perfect. My contact throughout was Gemma Prescott for whom nothing was too much trouble. In fact I can honestly say it's the best service I have ever had from anyone throughout the many years of buying cars. I bought my Kia Ceed from JCB 2 years ago and have loved every minute of owning this vehicle. It runs like a dream and I have had no issues, other than a small problem with the paintwork. This was covered by the warranty and was sorted out quickly and it looks perfect now. The staff at Rainham are wonderful. They are friendly and professional and always happy to help. I will continue to have my car serviced here, even though there is another Kia dealership much closer to where I live as I trust them and do not believe they would ever they to recommend any work that was not necessary. As an added bonus, when I picked my car up, it had been valeted and looked fantastic. Thank you.

I bought my Kia from JCB Rainham in November, I dealt with Sanjeet Paddan he was very helpful with the sale and was not to pushy and was he willing to negotiate the price on the car and my PX without any issues it made the whole deal more welcoming and fun. I never leave reviews until i have had the car for a while to see how the after sales are and how a dealer treats you after they have your money in this case all has been good up to this point. i would be happy to give my business to this dealer again and more so if i deal with Sanjeet.

Friendly helpful team of staff. Listen to my concerns, questions and took into account all my needs. Explained vehicle options, finance deals well and clearly. Delivery of new vehicle was completed quickly, all the paperwork done online at my convenience. Vehicle handover was done very well with clear explanations of the car. My husband brought a kia sportage 2 weeks ago and chris the sales guy was absolutely brilliant and friendly made us both feel so comfortable and nothing was too much trouble for him. Felt like we had known him for years a real honest genuine guy. This is our 3rd car we have brought from the rainham branch a kia picanto for me and my husband had the kia ceed now upgraded to the sportage and he is so happy with his purchase. To be fair we are big kia fans and there all so friendly at the branch and always make you feel so welcome that's why we would never go elsewhere the level of customer service is second to none. I purchased a new Kia Connect recently and could not be more pleased with the car, and the service we received from Kia. The Kia rep Sanj was so helpful and professional and made the whole process easy especially explaining all the various technical queries. With the 7 year warranty it was the best decision I made.

Sanjay a sales member was amazing and easy to talk to and always friendly and hwent out of his way. He remembered all the information and had a great way of making me laugh and feel relaxed making such a big purchase. I phoned several times and although had trouble getting through at times. Sanjay was always so helpful if it hadn't been for him I probably would have gone to another dealership. He is such an asset to JCB. He should get a pay rise!

We had a slight niggle when one of the features of the car was not functioning at the time of collection - but this was swiftly and professionally rectified immediately. Would recommend. I went to Kia about 2 weeks ago to look at new cars. I already had a good idea of what car I was after, as a few of my family members have kia cars. The salesman Sanj went through my requirements and showed me a couple of different models. All of the staff I spoke to were very knowledgeable and helped me with any questions that I had. When I collected my car on 16/09 Sanj went through all of the paperwork to make sure I was completely happy with it. Once that was done he showed me where the service department was. Before walking me to my car, where he explained how to use the centre console, where the fuel cap was and how to open the bonnett. Overall I'm very pleased with my recent purchase and would highly reccomend Kia Rainham.

Myself and my partner went to have a look at approved used cars at this dealership, there were no customers at the time a week ago from this review (Saturdsy morning) as soon as we entered we were approached by a cheerful young lady who was happy to assist in unlocking cars for us to view and explained the procedure and process of buying the cars we enquired about, we booked a test drive for the following Wednesday, she gave us all the information printed out and her business card. My partner went for the test drive, and liked the first car she drove, on Friday (Today) is now a happy and excited to drive her car. The dealership had plenty of options, cars from each model available, the car we got has a few more years on Kia warranty, so it felt all safe and sound to go ahead.. we did not feel at any point pressured to view new cars, or persuaded to check one car over the other, the sales young lady made us feel comfortable and we were happy with the experience as a whole.

Today 7/72020 myself and daughter went to sign paper work with mark spray he was very friendly perfesional and very helpful , we came away from the garage very happy with our car and all the information that we needed to no this is the 3rd Kia iv had and been really pleased with this car but I would say that mark was the most friendly and helpful salesman we have dealt with once again Thankyou 😃

My second service & MOT since JCB took over from the previous family run business. A step up in customer relations and communication and all very transparent as far as costs go. I like the video documentation so I could see the issue, understand it and approve the cost. I also phoned and my call was answered promptly and courteously. This is my second Kia and in the fullness of time I have no hesitation in buying another and continuing my custom with JCB Rainham.

Fantastic service today. Car was efficiently serviced, MoT’d and cleaned. I can’t fault them at all. The client facing staff were exceedingly friendly and pleasant. They made myself and my furry friend feel very welcome. Comfortable seating area, free coffee and a large tv to catch up on the latest news. It most certainly gets a 5 stars from me and a paws up from my furry friend 🐾. I hope I don’t get the ladies into any trouble by showing them taking a break from work.

The staff here are brilliant. -We took our car in for a ten year service. They found a load of issues that had been missed at the service/MOT just 8 months ago, were completely transparent on what needed doing and cost (partner is ex-mechanic so he corroborated, although still ouch on the pocket!) Sorted the car out, financing, were really understanding throughout, kept us updated with a walk round video of the issues and both texts & calls on progress, loan car - fantastic service all round.

My first visit to JCB Kia Rainham. I can only praise their service department for excellent customer service. This was my first visit only to have my Kia Sat Nav firmware updated. In the first instance booking via telephone I was dealt with by a very friendly lady who was polite & courteous in handling my booking. upon arrival at the Kia dealership I was greeted by the service receptionist who again was polite and courteous. my booking was for 14:00 hours and no ##s. I waited whilst the update was done in a pleasant clean environment with complimentary tea & coffee. Upon completion my vehicle was presented to me by the lady service receptionist. My vehicle was also valeted. Excellent customer service of which I will certainly be a returning customer. 10/10 JCB Kia Rainham & a big thank you to the ladies in the service reception department.

Phoned and spoke to a great salesman called Dave Hayes who was very helpful and assured me he would hold the car for me to view while i traveled up from southampton. We viewed the car and is was exactly as Dave had described, took it for a test drive and put a deposit on it then and there. We travelled back up the next weekend to see Mark Spray the used car manager for the hand over as Dave had actually retired that week. Mark was great, very helpful and easy to get along with. Have to say between the two chaps and not hesitate to go back and see them again even though its a 2 hour drive! Great service, which is hard to come by these days!! Very happy with the car and the service we received.

Had my 1 year service for my Stonic today. Excellent service from all staff that I dealt with. Car had full Health Check & was all documented. My first Kia was a Picanto in 2005, then I upgraded to a Rio 2015, then Stonic 2018. Brilliant personal service from Guy Carter and his Team. I love that Kia give fantastic value for money with many specifications included with the basic price (unlike many competitors). The staff a JCB Rainham are always courteous and professional. Fantastic experience here compared to another branch. Jeremy was very helpful and listened to our needs as a family, will highly recommend. It was also a nice change to not feel pushed into anything. Very nice dealership, where no one rushes you and one can browse the cars with ease. There are a couple of criticisms that I have regarding movement for the disabled, me being one of the said disabled. Parking whether you are disabled or not is very very difficult not only in their car park but also the road leading to the garage. Once inside if you're in a wheelchair it is a little bit difficult to get around but the staff make-up for this they are extremely helpful and will push cars out for you to view, excellent service, extremely nice staff.

I've had many cars from Kia at Rainham and Jack, the guy who I deal with mostly is so friendly and helpful that he kind of feels more like a friend who happens to sell cars than a salesman. The entire sales team here is as friendly and helpful as you could want. Jack keeps me well informed of all and any information or changes throughout the year and any offers and deals becoming available. Special mention to Ryan today as well, who is also friendly and helpful and made today a very special experience. My mum had to take her car in for a service and this was the first service she had to arrange that after the passing of my father and Ryan took so much care and showed so much compassion to my mum that I really couldn't express just how much it all meant to her and myself. The team arranged for the car to be cleaned as well as serviced and even went so far as to all chip in and buy a little box of handmade cupcakes for mum who was moved to tears at the delightful and thoughtful gesture The cars they sell are good vehicles and have alsorts great features. I, Mum and Dad, nor the inlaws have ever had any issues with the cars or the service provided at Kia The showroom is well stocked, clean, and tidy. After the recent refurb, the place is even better looking than before. I feel I need to mention the service department and say they have been extremely helpful and efficient over the last few years. It seems Ghengis Khan has been subdued (if you know you know) I couldn't recommend Kia Rainham more highly and plan to continue to buy cars here until they stop selling cars. We can't praise Jack and the team enough. From start to finish the service was excellent, far surpassing other main dealerships in our experience. The second I walked in a salesman was ready to greet me. Offered coffee/ water, everyone was friendly and professional. The salesman I had, a fellow named Richie, was super attentive and no where near pushy. I told him what I could pay per month and the payment came in $0.11 lower. He really tried to work with me. They even dropped the car off for me as I had come there alone. So if you're ever going car shopping there, ask for Richie.. Just be forwarned the finance secretary(possibly wrong title- the woman you give your payment to) was wretched.. She looked sloppy was all sad and slow, couldn't understand a word she mumbled toward me. Other than her, the place was awesome and so was everyone who worked with me.

We have been working with the MD and Marketing Manager for many years and in all that time, we have found them to be a very professional company to do business with. They have helped a number of our clients with their needs and did what they said they would do. If you need a company car or commercial van, then give Hidsons a ring.
