Saw a Ford Puma on the jcb website and decided to pop along on Sunday to see it I was met by Rian Jones one of the sales team . This guy was extremely helpful and showed me the car and then looked at my car for a part exchange . I was offered a very good price for mine so asked if I could take the car out for a test drive . Upon my return I agreed to purchase the car and took out the paint protection on it which Rian recommended. I arranged to collect the car on Thursday afternoon . I arrived on Thursday to collect the car and Rian dealt with the paperwork extremely efficiently. The car looked stunning on both the inside and out and to top it all had 3/4 of a tank of petrol If your looking for a new or used car I would certainly recommend Rian He is thorough extremely helpful and generally a nice guy

This is the most incredible experience I have ever had with people in general and with a car dealership. My car needed a few things fixed including front window wipers, so I left it with Kia for a day and despite needing to go to another garage, things moved really swiftly and the communication from Sean and Beth was amazing. Unfortunately the other garage didn't specify that some of the problems weren't fixed yet,due to awaiting parts. Sean called and said the car was safe to drive and to pick up and I could bring it in next week to get the last few bits done when the parts came in. I got a taxi down from Gillingham, had a wonderful chat with Sean telling him about my pregnancy cravings and asking where the closest M&S was. Unfortunately the window screen wipers (the original of many problems) wasn't resolved and it was raining (Not Kia fault - the other garage's) Sean jumped to resolutions trying to get a loan car sorted (I've only had my license for 6 months) and Beth assisted but unfortunately nothing we could do there. Sean offered to drop me not only to the train station but to take me to M&S to get me my pregnancy cravings. He also offered me snacks around the showroom. After finally booking an uber to come pick me up - Sean told me to keep the receipts and they will sort it out - he said he would wait until the taxi came (it was 5:20 and the taxi was 15 minutes away - they closed at 5:30, everyone was waiting to go home). Despite me saying i'll wait outside, this was a hard no. Then Justin, the manager comes, after being informed of the issue, the current situation, and my pregnancy status, Justin asked me to cancel the taxi and told me he would personally drop me back to Gillingham. Despite living in Ashford and having his dinner ready and waiting for him - Justin drove me the entire way to my house and made sure I got in safe. We had amazing chats in the car and I couldn't fathom how incredibly nice, kind and caring the entire team had been to me whilst I had been there for 30 minutes having my ordeal. Truly I can't thank the team from Kia Ashford enough, for their kindness, compassion and selflessness. Justin and Sean, a true representation of what we should be like as humans. I could write an individual paragraph for what I think of everyone from the team at Kia. Thank you so much ## I'll see you next week hopefully to pick up my stubborn car.

Well to make it short I purchased the said Kia within an hour. He made sure that he explained as much as he could regarding the car such as spec price and delivery dates in clear concise way. I have purchased many cars over the years and that was the best I have been treated rather than used as a cash cow. The car arrived exactly on the date he said that it would. When I went to collect the car Ahmed then spent at least a couple of hours showing me around the car then spent ages setting up all the different gadgets that it came with. Most dealers I have death with I always felt that once the had the money and you had the car the niceties ended. As an old aged pensioner and partially disabled it was a great help to have all that done.. I cannot commend the service at Kia Orbital enough and especially Ahmed who went the extra mile.

But when it comes to you needing to have something done to your vehicle that doesn't work out so great when you live in the area but you work full time and your employment is based 22 plus miles away, that's when the Kia Ashford service side of things doesn't work in your favour, due to the service/repairs section only working mon-fri with a tight time span so it seems - morning bookings 0900-0930 or afternoons between the hours of 1200-1230 with no late afternoons, according to their online bookings system and not Saturdays. Such a shame. It just doesn't seem fair to those car owners who still work full time and are a distance away.

I can't recommend Kia Ashford enough! My EV6 broke down over 200 miles from home, and they were lifesavers. The service team was exceptional, they had a mechanic diagnose the fault immediately upon my arrival. When they confirmed the car couldn't be driven, they went above and beyond, kindly driving me to the train station without hesitation so I could get home. The following week, when I had to return for work, Beth was absolutely fantastic. She did everything possible to ensure my car was ready for collection while I was in the area. On collection day all went well and quickly. Because Nick had only been with Kia for a month, Arjun gave me the handover gadget tour, even allaying my fears about the new-fangled gear selections and no neutral etc (I'm an old fart who has always used manual). Smooth handover of Motability car with Ajun at Kia. Its the little things i like Ajun knew the cars for my dauaghter who was not at collection but he suggested i video the unveiling of the car so she could see the surprise. She loved it and felt involved. Ajun also took time to explain all electronics of vehicle before setting off and amended car settings to my preference.

Just brought our first Kia and had an excellent handover experience from Arjun. From start to finish he was both friendly and professional, taking his time explaining the huge range of options and buttons whilst keeping it simple to understand and fun. We’ve brought many new cars in the past but this is the first time the handover felt personalised from the “Welcome” message printed in front of the car (which was draped under a black satin sheet) to the dramatic unveiling! Picked up my new car yesterday and the handover was done by Arjun Rai. A lovely young man who was very knowledgeable and spent a long time going through the multitude of functions and features found in the new KIA Sportage GT-LIne S. He even set up the Satnav options and made sure my mobile phone was connected and working okay. He was very patient with me, as unlike younger folk, it takes me a little longer to grasp everything but I left there pretty confident (famous last words) that I will get the hang of it all, eventually - LOL. Reassuringly, Arjun said that he was only a phone call away, if I needed anything else explaining and I could always pop in again if needed. Out of the numerous "handovers" when purchasing both used and new vehicles over the years, I have to say that this was one of the best experiences I have had. I have been using this company four 4 to 5 years and they have dealt with servicing and a couple of waranty issues satisfactually. Service carried out this week to our Mitsubishi Outlander assume OK and MOT done. Couple of small points the log book again was not stamped and fortunately I checked before leaving I had this done before leaving. Service book was left on passenger seat as a reminder. Small job of re attaching Mitsubishi label not done despite giving prior notice. Simple enough job which I did with double sided tape in half an hour?Still probably saved me a few pounds. Lastly I had to get tooth brush ,jet wash and cleaner to finish the so called valet and remove grime and green slime. The young lady was very pleasant on reception.

Amazing helpful rapid support from staff and service department for my Sorento PHEV. Was visiting from London my Sorento had a software glitch which rendered the navigation and speedometer with limited functionality. Saw the nearby KIA garage and went in to ask them for assistance. Naomi (I think 🤔) asked about the problem, checked their database and identified that they’re was a potential glitch which had a recall. She spoke with a service manager who said they could download the fix and upload to the car. This was early on a Friday afternoon. Would take about an hour but they could get onto it straight away. Fantastic, as needed to drive back to London and needed the car fully fully functional for weekend . Sat in service lounge with coffee and WiFi and was amazed when they told me it was all done, recall/warranty so free, AND they washed the car whilst waiting for the download and fix. So impressed by the staff and service. They gave me my keys and the car was outside clean and was on charge to top up the PHEV battery 🔋! Exceptional service.. Better than services from my past previous BMWs.

I went to check out the Kia Sportage GTline. Sales advisor was friendly & knowledgeable & extremely helpful. Showroom was spotless & I was left alone to give the Kia a good looking over. 8 month delivery window is about right for the current climate due to a lack of available parts to build the cars. Same for Volvo, BMW etc. Will be going back with the wife to see what she thinks of the Kia. Update 09/07/2024. Got a company car Kia Sportage GTline 4 wheel drive. Had it 12 months. Love it. Amazing car. First service today. Staff were great. Car was washed & hoovered as well as serviced. Very happy Customer.
