  There was a problem with my 4 months old Sandero. I came back to JCB Dacia Canterbury. Victoria and the Mechanic looked into the problem making time really quickly to find the problem and solve it. Making perfect cars is not possible but I felt that the way they dealt with the problem was faultless.   Recently brought a used Dacia Duster 25 plate. Wasn't looking to buy a Dacia but absolutely fell in love with the look, colour and style of the new shape. Most of all I was super impressed with the customer service ! Callum was incredible at giving me all the necessary information to make a well informed choice of going new or buying a used approved. There was no pressure to buy either. It was really refreshing having a sales person who listened and ensured all my needs were met. No pressure to buy. The customer service was still fantastic from putting the deposit down on the car to picking it up. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We even got courtesy calls after we had collected the car to check all was ok and to see if we had any further questions. I highly recommend a Dacia and buying from Callum at Dacia, Ashford.
