  Dropped my Duster for its annual service for a wait 2 hour slot. Was welcomed with a warm greeting at reception. My car was ready before the 2 hours were up. On collection my car had been cleaned and paperwork was ready waiting with my keys.

  I’ve just purchased a brand new car with Terry from JCB he was very patient & helpful as I had previously had my car for 24yrs and was not used to the new tech etc in the cars and he said I could call in or ring anytime I was unsure of anything which is comforting to know.
