I had an accident where my 11 month old Renault Captur hybrid automatic car got written off. The accident wasn’t my fault and I should have got like for like… this did not work out and due to way money was sent ended up buying a 2018 car as I couldn’t be without. Picked up new Bigster. Matt very helpful during the handover, linking phones to car and running through multi Media unit. Not so good was that I had ordered a spacesaver wheel at an agreed price of £200 and at pickup being told this was now over £300. Needless to say they lost a sale. Try the WheelShop on line if you want a spacesaver wheel at a proper price. Very pleased with Bigster so far and would recommend.

What can I say, Terry Miller is more than 5 stars!! If I could give 10/10 I would. I’m disabled and on motability scheme. I had been searching for a particular car as I have an electric wheelchair which I hoist into the boot but we are also limited on money. Many dealers were rude and snubbed us being on motability. Terry however listened and knew exactly what car could suit our needs. After a test drive we committed to a Dacia Jogger and Terry was phenomenal with everything, he supported my needs with my disabilities, when we needed to go to the show room Terry made sure thing’s were in place for my needs. It has been a pleasure and no stress at all ordering my car and Terry is the best car sales man I have ever encountered, he genuinely cares about his customers. We will be staying with Dacia and Terry and if he ever moves we will follow!

The car needed to go back into the workshop a couple of times as it had a few things that needed correcting which the Service and After-Sales team took care of after some discussion. This is the first time we've used JCBGroup so hopefully I won't need to make use of the extended warranty beyond this. Terry at JCB took it from there when we arrived for a test drive - warm welcome, easy conversation, can-do attitude, and always sharing our options and next steps so we knew what to expect. He even picked us up from the train station the day we came to collect the car. The paperwork was all ready when we got there, and he sorted the tax at the post office (due to a quirk with the previous owner) while we relaxed back at the dealer’s. I went with a Sandero Stepway expression this time and I love it but as well as exciting, I’m always a bit nervous when signing on for a new car. However Melissa Hassan delt with me and she was AMAZING! Literally any time I had a question or a worry, she would get straight back to me and even if she wasn’t in the office she would let me know she would get to it first thing when she was back in and sure enough the next day first thing it was sorted. This was a strange fault, given that the car, a May 2022 Stepway Prestige, whilst otherwise running perfectly, produced a fault whilst stationary in the Channel Tunnel, returning from France. As the car was rocking gently with the movement of the tunnel, it suddenly emitted a series of warning bells and showed an error message 'Stop the Car'. The car was obviously switched off with us as passengers merely travelling through the tunnel. We held up the traffic leaving the tunnel as the car refused to restart until we left the vehicle and allowed it to reset. The technician / engineer at Dacia Canterbury was very helpful, explaining that this was a fault that he had not come across and appeared to be unknown to Dacia's database. Having seen the fault on the car's log, this has now been reported. We are of course hopeful that this will not be repeated.

We paid for front sensors for our car and they werent supplied, we didnt want to take purchase of the car until they were fitted but the salesman insisted that we took the car and they would fit them at a later date, we dont know how long that will be, also the seal around one of the windows was bubbled, again we wont get this done until the sensors are fitted, after spending £18,000 on a car we would have thought all these things would have been done before we were handed the car.
