Myself and my other half recently bought our 1st ever brand new car from this branch and it was a very easy and exciting experience. This is all thanks to Joshua Bailey. All the staff at JCB Ashford Renault/Dacia were welcoming, friendly and attentive. I dealt with Josh Bailey when purchasing my car and he was so pleasant and amiable to deal with. He was extremely professional but in a relaxed and friendly manner. He explained everything very clearly. We also dealt with Connor Carpenter re the finances, and like Josh, he was very easy to communicate with. It was a very enjoyable, albeit expensive, experience!!!!

Cannot fault the service department here. Had a fault with my vehicle and they did everything they could to help and support through the process. In particular Leigh in this department is brilliant, extremely professional and goes the extra mile. Shall definitely be going here in future for my services!

We took our Dacia Duster to JCB Dacia Ashford for a MOT and Service. We had never been there before and was new to the area, we were overwhelmed with the excellent service from Debbie and Ellis on the service reception, they were both knowledgeable and helpful throughout. The service was completed in the time frames they had said and the overall cost was not as bad as we thought it was going to be.

Around a month ago we popped in on a bit of a whim to take a look and maybe a test drive of the Duster Hybrid. Elise allowed us a test drive straight away and was extremely helpful. From nipping into the showroom fuelled by fairly eager curiosity to placing an order all within an hour is testament to both how impressed we were with the Duster Hybrid, and how efficient, extremely helpful and accommodating Elise was. When phoning with enquiries the other staff members were also very helpful and professional! Had the car a few weeks now and super pleased with it, many thanks! 👌🏼

I've just used Dacia Ashford for the first time and have had excellent service right from the start from Ellis and Alice on the service reception desk. They were cheerful, polite, professional and very knowledgeable. Ellis clearly has a passion for cars which shines through. We needed to replace our aging “dog walking” car and wanted more ground clearance so the profile of the Duster looked interesting. I phoned Elise and was impressed with her product knowledge and welcoming manner so I made an appointment. I must admit price was a consideration and that I was expecting to sacrifice a bit of build quality in exchange. We met Elise and before she showed me the range we discussed what we needed from a new vehicle as opposed to our old one . It was clear she was listening and between us we comfortably narrowed it down to two choices . I wanted a manual but my wife wanted an Automatic so very quickly we were down to a choice of one. I tested the Duster Journey 1.6l hybrid and all my preconceptions about build quality were blown out of the water . It does have a ‘robust’ feel which is exactly what I wanted but it’s an extremely well built car with all the bells and whistles. The ground clearance is exceptional and it drives beautifully. We have two large dogs and they fit perfectly in the boot without dropping the rear seats (another feature we wanted) When my wife’s car comes up for replacement the first call I make will be to Elise, who handled the whole experience perfectly. I recently bought a car from Dacia and had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Paul throughout the process. From start to finish, Paul was incredibly helpful and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood each step and felt comfortable with my choices. Nothing was ever too much trouble—his patience and calm manner made what could have been a stressful experience feel completely smooth and easy. I purchased my Duster via Paul Norton. The whole experience has been pain free and very easy. Paul took time explaining everything as we went along, ensuring I understood it all and anything I wasn't sure of, he took the time to explain it again in a way so I could understand. His manner wasn't pushy towards anything and I didn't feel like I was forced to choose this way or the other way. I was kept up to date throughout the whole order process and was grateful I was able to collect my car in March with the number reg number. The sales area within the dealership felt very relaxed, calm and not noisy. The test drive was fab!! Being able to go out without the salesman watching your every move made the test drive feel more comfortable and enjoyable. I was able to drive the vehicle down quieter roads as well as along the motorway ensuring I got a feel of what is was like in all road types. 5 star service. I walked in knowing nothing about cars how to order ect. Along came Paul to save the day. Very welcoming and easy to talk to. Doesn't sell you a dream he listen to what you want and does his best to fulfill it. Walk away with my 1st car and knowledge of the car. If you go into dacia Paul is the guy you need

This was my first A service on my 1 year old Duster Extreme 1.3 tce 150bhp. I booked a waiting service for 8am and I collected my vehicle at 9.40am. From previous experiences across many years with a Nissan dealership, this was very quick service which was much appreciated. I also spoke to the technician who carried out the service and he was very helpful.

Very great experience. Was warmly welcomed from Elise, who gave me 5 star advice and assistance, helping me buy my first car with Dacia. I was unknowingly anxious about getting a car on finance and did not know much about it, but Elise was able to answer all of my questions, which comfort me in making the choice to get my wanted car. I recently purchased a Sandero and so far I am pleased. James is very attentive and willing to answer all my questions and made recommendations honestly which helped make the buying process easier. I hope JCB Dacia will continue to look after me as well as they have done so far post-sale and I’ll be a very happy customer!

Thank you to Joshua for your help in trying to purchase a car! Listened and understood exactly what I needed from my panicked state at needing a new car ASAP. As I had never looked at Dacia before, he explained what I may be interested in, and the reasons as to why they are designed as they are. After a few mistakes my end, he found several cars suitable for my needs, timescale and budget. Discussed options for purchase, and I left looking into a test drive a couple of days later. Sat down after a test drive, and after explaining what I did or did not like we decided on a different model and budget. Although out of budget, he did look into used models through JCB for me and kept me informed when new ones appeared. Although I did not purchase through JCB Ashford due to finding a car elsewhere, I would happily return due to the customer service received. All queries answered quickly, even though they may have seemed silly. Will return to this branch for any works/ servicing needed.

I had reason to use DACIA Ashford early August for the first time. I will be back. How refreshing to be met with a smile and a "good morning." Everyone I met was professional and polite. A special shout out to Alice on the service desk. Work on my Sandero was dealt with in good time and all was explained coherently. Organising my visit was straight forward too. He is an honest profetuonal, a good friend, and advisor who doesn’t just make a deal with you but accompanies you in the process of choosing and buying. Darryl patiently took the time to give me explanations that weren't part of his duties, which for someone like me, unfamiliar with the rules here, was essentially a training session. I was informed from start to finish of what to expect. James McCuckin was very thorough and respectful at all times. I actually got my vehicle a little earlier than expected. If anyone deals with James they can be assured of an honest and knowledgeable response. I was put at ease immediately. I discussed what I was looking for and got what I wanted. No hard sell, no being blinded by science.

My Jogger although purchased from Canterbury JCB, has recieved a software update and a B service from the Ashford branch. I have to say ALL staff we spoke to were super friendly, hugely knowledgeable and very customer service focused. I cannot fault the service we have recieved at all. Deffinatly our go to branch.

As soon as we started looking at cars we were approach by James, who asked if we needed any help. I explained what we were after, he listen, show us the cars that fitted to ours requirements. Answered all our questions, and gave great advice. Which resulted in us taking a car on a test drive and purchasing said car. The whole experience was great and easy. It was that good, it resulted in us going back a week later to buy another car for our daughter.

I purchased my car at another dealership, but since then I have always had all services, MOT's and repairs done at Ashford. The staff are all friendly and super helpful, especially Alice from the service team. She now knows me on first name terms and is always really welcoming and accommodating. Came in looking at vehicles after my Motability vehicle was in for a service with Alice and Olivia. I spoke with Mark in sales who was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He mentioned that they had their motability specialists James, Paul and Elise. Who would help me understand the advance payments. Great team highly recommend!

When we first arrived at the showroom we were treated with respect and discussed what we would need out of a car. We were shown a couple of different options and talked about the pricing and future proofing of those options, eventually deciding to buy a new car. James, the sales executive was very knowledgeable and seemed very competent. He kept us informed throughout the process and communicated really well.

I have recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership, it’s probably the easiest purchase of a vehicle I have ever done.
