  I called to have an issue looked Into for my 2023 curpa ateca and spoke to a very rude and obnoxious service adviser called Chris. I'm calling for help and he was anything but helpful. When I asked if he could speak to a technician or manager about my issue he tried to shut me down. Unfortunately you either get excellent customer service here or the complete opposite!

  If I could give less than 1 star I would. Terrible customer service, wanted to test drive and even though they have a car available they wouldn’t let me without speaking to a specialist.
