  A great experience from start to finish Michael went above and beyond sourcing us our Cupra Tavascan ,even from another branch of JCB's. The car we ended up was at an excellent price as well. Communications between everyone went very well. The car is a fantastic drive..would highly recommend them.

  I recently had the pleasure of meeting Sam, who helped secure me my first Cupra. From the very start Sam provided excellent customer service and displayed a consultative, customer focused approach to the sale. Not only did he find me a car quickly, it was to spec and under budget.   Excellent service from JCB Cupra Ashford today - my car was in for a full service and had a variety of jobs needed to be done. I was there majority of the day due to nature of the work required but never felt uncomfortable or impatient - the service team were attentive, polite, and most important of all laser focused on getting the job in hand done with fantastic customer service. I was regularly checked up on with offers of refreshments and the general atmosphere at this dealership was fantastic: happy staff dealing with the day to day workings and keeping customer as their centre focus, highly impressed. I was served by Charlie for majority of the day and he is an asset to the business, super informative and easy to talk to / get along with. Also Rhiannon (I think) updated me and offered me refreshments from the service desk team, really comforting service and put at ease. Would be great to get both Charlie & Rhiannon’s email to send them my thanks, what could have been a long tedious day did not feel like that whatsoever. Thankyou JCB Cupra Ashford.

  I don’t often leave reviews, but last week I had a brilliant interaction and purchase from jcb I was met initially by a gentleman who I believe was called Jake. He introduced himself as the sales manager and got me a superb coffee I took a seat and was looked after by a guy called Sam. Personable, chatty and professional. We went for a test drive, went away to think about it. Went back the next day and bought the car. From start to finish a great experience. Would highly recommend and will be buying our next car from JCB Cupra Medway

  Just bought my first Cupra from Sadand what a great experience it was. She was extremely professional but also very friendly and helpful. At the time of first looking at the car my licence was in for renewal, and so couldn't drive it myself, but she offered to take me for a drive to explain the workings of the car, the infotainment, and show off the smooth ride and drive. It was an excellent "passenger" test drive, and I felt like I really understood the car without actually driving it. I don't normally enjoy being a passenger but Sadè's driving was impeccable and I felt very at ease throughout. Up until the moment I drove away in my new car Sadè was exceptional. 5

  New Cupra Lover! We had the honour of being assisted by Conor from JCB CUPRA Medway. He is the definition of a DIAMOND! Wasn’t pushy, was so informative. Had a wealth of knowledge and literally listened to all of my needs and suggested the perfect car. I LOVE IT! Felt looked after from start to finish. Literally have a car that looks after me too! So many features I’m yet to find but I am so grateful to have met him. His kindness, hospitality and care was a treasure. Also makes the best cup of tea according to my MumHe also called me the same day I picked up my car to check how the drive was and how I was feeling and showed me that the care didn’t just stop at pick up.   Had an issue with the boot latch on my Formentor. Spoke with Holly who booked it in for a diagnostic check and was able to organise the part to be fitted on the same day. She also set me up on a desk so I could work whilst I was waiting. Brilliant service. Thanks Holly

  Took collection of my new CUPRA Leon VZ3 on December 20th, the salesman I dealt with was David Borruso, he was fantastic, so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, along with his sales manager Sat Krishnakumar who gave me a competitive p/x price. On collection day my new car was sitting gleaming in their showroom, it looked fantastic, David took the time to thoroughly explain all the features of my new car he truly is so knowledgeable and a true asset to CUPRA Crawley, I was given some unexpected gifts on collection day that made my experience so special, we also received a hamper from them last Friday, not sure if this was because it was Christmas, but what a great surprise and how kind.
