Excellent service from JCB Cupra Ashford today - my car was in for a full service and had a variety of jobs needed to be done. I was there majority of the day due to nature of the work required but never felt uncomfortable or impatient - the service team were attentive, polite, and most important of all laser focused on getting the job in hand done with fantastic customer service. I was regularly checked up on with offers of refreshments and the general atmosphere at this dealership was fantastic: happy staff dealing with the day to day workings and keeping customer as their centre focus, highly impressed. I was served by Charlie for majority of the day and he is an asset to the business, super informative and easy to talk to / get along with. Also Rhiannon (I think) updated me and offered me refreshments from the service desk team, really comforting service and put at ease. Just bought my first Cupra from Sadè, and what a great experience it was. She was extremely professional but also very friendly and helpful. At the time of first looking at the car my licence was in for renewal, and so couldn't drive it myself, but she offered to take me for a drive to explain the workings of the car, the infotainment, and show off the smooth ride and drive. It was an excellent "passenger" test drive, and I felt like I really understood the car without actually driving it. I don't normally enjoy being a passenger but Sadè's driving was impeccable and I felt very at ease throughout. Up until the moment I drove away in my new car Sadè was exceptional. 5🌟!

I have had 2 different Cupras in the last few years and got my current Cupra Leon in January this year and unfortunately had some unforeseen issues with it which turned out to be minor but still stressful. However I can not in anyway fault how this dealership have handed these issues. The service team here are absolutely amazing and have gone above and beyond to help me get things sorted. I was recently dealing with Holly who was always very helpful whenever I called and when I came into the dealership always did what she could to help me and it was very kind and helpful and a lovely girl. I couldn’t recommend this dealership enough and just know if you ever need to go to the service department they’re so incredibly helpful and lovely and I appreciate their hard work and help so much. Absolutely fantastic customer service from Holly especially.

I was so impressed by the dealership, every interaction was great. Laura was my initial point of contact and she was friendly, engaging and supportive. Responses where quick to every question. When unexpectedly my new car arrived and I need to collect it quite quickly. The team stepped up. I was travelling from quite a distance to collect the vehicle, Jess and Darryl where fantastic. I managed to collect my vehicle when I needed to, and it was great! I would highly recommend the dealership, and they gave me an amazing deal!

I highly recommend calling Sade Kennedy at JCB Cupra, Ashford. Great sales service. Professional, straightforward and everything clearly explained and all available options made clear. I had applied online to to look at at a relatively new used Formentor, and after a test drive, was ready to buy it. Jade took me through the options and instead I ended up driving away in a brand new one at the start of September... while still within my budget. During the sales process, Jade answered any questions I had promptly and everything was taken care of with a minimum of fuss. Couldn't have asked for any more. From the moment we first looked into JCB Cupra Ashford, never felt hassled & every enquiry was met with a professional & friendly response. Went back a week later & had a relaxed test drive, again absolutely no pressure & a hassle free experience. Loved the vibe of Cupra & we ordered the car that day in June. I was trying to do a deal on a car here, but after some communication they offered me £2200 less than their PX tool indicated. That was after Id sent them videos of my immaculate unmarked car. No reason whatsoever to knock the price down. On the plus side, staff were attentive and friendly in my email communications with them. Just sort out your PX valuation tool to reflect actual offered prices please, save wasting everyones time!

The charge port flap on my car became jammed, which meant I could no longer charge the car. The service department were fully booked for the next 3 weeks, but Alice and the team managed to squeeze my car in and get it fixed. The car needed a completely new charge flap, which had to be painted to the existing colour of the car. Great job and much appreciated.

I just purchased a Cupra Born from JCB Cupra Ashford, the service was excellent everything from the very first telephone enquiry through to the collection. Laura from the sales team was very helpful arranging a test drive and sorting out a quick collection date once the sale was agreed upon. The vehicle was prepared to a good standard and was ready at the agreed collection time, so I would certainly purchase from them again even though they are not my local dealer.

I have purchased three cars from JCB Cupra and the service levels and attention to the customer are rare in the Motor trade- Darrel, The Sales Manager and Michael have been incredibly professional and attentive. When you walk through the door and are greeted by Ebony warmly- You know the trust is there. Worth a visit. No disappointment.

JCB did an outstanding Job, and I can highly recommend the company. After experincing a blown tyre on the motorway while needing tobcatch the ferry, JCB and especially Mr. Hollands went above and beyond to source a new fitting tyre within hours and Install IT as quickly as possible. Thanks to their exceptional Service we made it to our ferry in the same day. A big thank you for the excellent service.
