I found everyone at JCB Cupra in Crawley very helpful, particularly Chris and Simon. Chris listened to my search criteria and was very patient. When he found the car at Ashford, he arranged to get it to Crawley for me to look at. When the time comes for me to change my car again, I'll certainly be paying them a visit.

Took collection of my new CUPRA Leon VZ3 on December 20th, the salesman I dealt with was David Borruso, he was fantastic, so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, along with his sales manager Sat Krishnakumar who gave me a competitive p/x price. On collection day my new car was sitting gleaming in their showroom, it looked fantastic, David took the time to thoroughly explain all the features of my new car he truly is so knowledgeable and a true asset to CUPRA Crawley, I was given some unexpected gifts on collection day that made my experience so special, we also received a hamper from them last Friday, not sure if this was because it was Christmas, but what a great surprise and how kind. Fantastic customer service from the moment we visited the showroom. Our contact there was David who was very welcoming & extremely knowledgeable about the range of vehicles & could answer any question we put to him. Popped in the weekend to look at the Cupra Terramar for my next Company Car. Showroom was clean and tidy with a full range of models to view. The Sales staff I dealt with were vey helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They are clearly very passionate about the product they are selling. Would recommend this dealership.

I have just purchased my first ever cupra with this dealer. The service i have recived has been amazing. My sales associate Vimal was brilliant. He is definitely a credit to the dealership. He Explained evrything really well and got me the best deal possible. He was able to find me a car that has everything I asked for. Within 6 days I had my car handed over to me. The manager there i unfortunately didnt catch his name but he was brillaint , he was able to help with anything I spoke to him about. Thank you so much :)

Picked up my Cupra Tavascan today from Snow Hill location. Everything was spotless on the car I was given a full introduction to the car from Vimal the salesman who made the whole process from start to finish a pleasure. I must say the service I received was first class and would have no reservations in promoting this Cupra dealer to friends and family. If you’re reading this review and are tempted to buy a Cupra contact Vimal at the Snow Hill location and I’m sure he will look after you as well as he did for me.

I bought a CUPRA formentor second hand from here and I highly recommend this place. There were a couple small things I wanted fixed on the car before I accepted it and after prompting it was all taken care of even though the car it 4 years old. Emma was brilliant and the service team really looked after my concerns. It’s a busy centre but still good at the job

As an early adopter of Cupra (2022), specifically the Formentor, we returned this year to Crawley and have been well looked after by Emma who found a beautiful used Seat Ibiza for our daughter, in February and we are now ordering a New Cupra Born in March - an extraordinary drive, a car you almost don't want to be THAT good! I want to extend a massive thank you to the team at CUPRA Crawley (The JCB Group). After owning my CUPRA Formentor for 11 months, I started experiencing some faults. Initially, I booked an appointment at a CUPRA dealership closer to my home in North West London. Unfortunately, after waiting two months for the appointment and taking my car in, they not only failed to fix the issues but also claimed the warranty wouldn’t cover the work. It was the worst experience I’ve had in over 20 years of driving and car ownership. Thankfully, I reached out to CUPRA Crawley, and the difference in service was night and day. They managed to fit me in on short notice, provided a courtesy car, and resolved all the issues within one week—all while keeping me informed throughout the process.
