Lovely dealership and lovely sales executive, Tyler House, helped my daughter buy her first car. Super easy purchase process and good handling of the few minor after sales issues we've had. Tyler responded to my online enquiry straight away. I explained my situation, that I’m just shopping around for quotes at this stage and will be looking to move forward early next month and Tyler was incredibly helpful. Came back with quotes really quickly, and answered all of my questions. Haven’t had such a good experience with other dealerships who have been trying to push a sale despite me explaining I’m not ready to move forward just yet. Recently enquired purchasing a Cupra Tavascan from the Gillingham branch and was looked after by Tyler. He was extremely helpful, friendly and honest (told me it was his first day). He cut his lunch break short, answered all questions and arranged a short notice test drive which was great and I decided to buy a car. The car I drove was great however the colour car I wanted was at Crawley which he is relocated to Gillingham for me to collect. Great experience and Tyler is a credit to the company. Very happy

The experience of this dealership overall was okay, not amazing customer service but for a busy dealership its understandable, but since bring up an issue right after purchase the service & care has become nonexistent. After purchasing a car advertised at 41k miles, i noticed the car sat at 4,500 miles higher than advertised and agreed at purchase when i was leaving the showroom. Due to the mileage restriction on the PCP, this meant nearly half of my annual mileage allowance had already been used before I’d even left the dealership. I had driven to this dealership 100 miles away as this was the specific car with the ideal spec & miles. When I raised this with the salesperson, they seemed uninterested and said they would speak to the franchise ownership and someone would contact me. That was Saturday 1st August and I’m still waiting to hear anything (16 days later). Very disappointing aftercare and customer service just genuinely feel like once you pay they are no longer interested or care. The initial experience was good, but unfortunately the way this issue has been handled (which isnt at all) has left a very poor impression. Its a small issue in the grand scheme, but the fact it hasnt been resolved or i havent even been contacted is telling.

Fantastic service by Paul and the team! Always kept me in the loop and answered all my questions, as well as carrying out the sales procedure as swiftly and painlessly as possible. I recently had the pleasure of meeting Sam, who helped secure me my first Cupra. From the very start Sam provided excellent customer service and displayed a consultative, customer focused approach to the sale. Not only did he find me a car quickly, it was to spec and under budget. This was my first visit to JCB Cupra Medway but it certainly won’t be my last, I look forward to working with Sam again in the future.

I don’t often leave reviews, but last week I had a brilliant interaction and purchase from jcb I was met initially by a gentleman who I believe was called Jake. He introduced himself as the sales manager and got me a superb coffee I took a seat and was looked after by a guy called Sam. Personable, chatty and professional. We went for a test drive, went away to think about it. Went back the next day and bought the car. From start to finish a great experience. Had a wealth of knowledge and literally listened to all of my needs and suggested the perfect car. I LOVE IT! Felt looked after from start to finish. Literally have a car that looks after me too! So many features I’m yet to find but I am so grateful to have met him. His kindness, hospitality and care was a treasure. Sam and Connor were brilliant for me. I walked in, spoke with Connor gave him probably the easiest sale of his career and then he gave it to Sam to complete. Both outstanding gents, no pressure selling, no silly offers, just straight up honesty and committment to getting me the vehicle I needed. We went in last week for a used Seat we saw online and spoke to the sales guy, Sam!
