I recently had the pleasure of meeting Sam, who helped secure me my first Cupra. From the very start Sam provided excellent customer service and displayed a consultative, customer focused approach to the sale. Not only did he find me a car quickly, it was to spec and under budget. This was my first visit to JCB Cupra Medway but it certainly won’t be my last, I look forward to working with Sam again in the future.

Very professional, organised and friendly. I've been speaking with Jake over the last few weeks in a B2B aspect. Jake is always available to speak with, even responding to email whilst on holiday! Extremely personable, and runs a very organised and efficient sales department. I very highly recommend JCB Cupra Medway to anyone who'd like to deal with a friendly and professional team.

Just very recently picked up a very tasty 25 plate Cupra Formentor through Sam at JCB Cupra Medway and cant believe how fantastic the service and process was that I received from Sam, he made the whole thing so easy and kept the communication going all the way through, he is a true asset to that company and will definitely be the first person I will contact when I'm thinking of my next car.

I don’t often leave reviews, but last week I had a brilliant interaction and purchase from jcb I was met initially by a gentleman who I believe was called Jake. He introduced himself as the sales manager and got me a superb coffee I took a seat and was looked after by a guy called Sam. Personable, chatty and professional. We went for a test drive, went away to think about it. Went back the next day and bought the car. From start to finish a great experience. Would highly recommend and will be buying our next car from JCB Cupra Medway

New Cupra Lover! We had the honour of being assisted by Conor from JCB CUPRA Medway. He is the definition of a DIAMOND! Wasn’t pushy, was so informative. Had a wealth of knowledge and literally listened to all of my needs and suggested the perfect car. I LOVE IT! Felt looked after from start to finish. Literally have a car that looks after me too! So many features I’m yet to find but I am so grateful to have met him. His kindness, hospitality and care was a treasure. Also makes the best cup of tea according to my Mum. 😁 He also called me the same day I picked up my car to check how the drive was and how I was feeling and showed me that the care didn’t just stop at pick up. Sam and Connor were brilliant for me. I walked in, spoke with Connor gave him probably the easiest sale of his career and then he gave it to Sam to complete. Both outstanding gents, no pressure selling, no silly offers, just straight up honesty and committment to getting me the vehicle I needed. I'm glad there is now a Cupra garage closer than Ashford for the future. Highly recommend your next car comes from Cupra and from these guys (even though I bought a SEAT) 😄

We went in last week for a used Seat we saw online and spoke to the sales guy, Sam! He was extremely helpful, stayed late after they closed to work around us and we ended up coming away with a brand new one instead!
