Let's take a sneak peek at the newly refurbished sales and service area at our Volkswagen Commercial Vehicle showroom in Pevensey.
Having been a Volkswagen Van dealers for many years, the reception area was looking a little tired and in need of a refresh.
After its makeover, the reception looks fresh, light and inviting. The clean lines of the furnishings contrast with the light and airy colour scheme giving the room a welcoming and subtly organised feel without being cluttered. The sales and service areas are clearly signed and allow comfortable interaction between customers and staff.
The customer waiting area is bright and minimalist whilst still being cosy and comfortable. A refreshment station complements a seating area with a television screen. All in all, those waiting will find it a relaxing environment, closed off from the reception activity and yet still clearly visible.
Jonathan Bischoff, Group Managing Director, visited the site and had this to say:
"I visited Eastbourne on Friday to see their new showroom and communal areas refurbishment and it looks tremendous , a huge improvement at a high performing site and will give both our staff and customers a significantly improved and professional environment to meet in".
