  Sam at JCB Seat was a pleasure to deal with when we bought a SEAT Ibiza last week. He dealt with everything, even sorting a personalised number plate. The icing on the cake was when we went to collect the car as all the paperwork had been done, insurance sorted, full tank of petrol.

  I just wanted to say thank you to JCB Seat Ashford. I really appreciate their straightforward approach. From the moment me and my family walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who was genuinely interested in helping me find the right car. The sales team was very knowledgeable and patient, they were taking their time to answer all my questions without any sort of pressure. My sales person, Jess, was particularly helpful. She listened to my needs and preferences and guided me thoroughly through the steps that I needed to complete in order to purchase the car that I wanted, she even offered me and my family refreshments after a long journey. The negotiation process was very straightforward. Jess clearly explained all the financing options, and kept me updated until my finance was finally approved. When purchasing Seat Ibiza FR Sport, I was able to get it for a reasonable price, moreover I was able to receive it with a full inspection. Overall, my experience at JCB Seat Ashford was satisfactory. The dealership provided excellent customer service, a wide range of selection of vehicles, and a hassle free buying process. I honestly would recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a car.

  Incredible service from everyone at SEAT Crawley. I cannot thank Aiden enough for his help and guidance when I was purchasing my 2024 Seat Arona. Very helpful and not pushy at all, just genuine advice and information regarding the test drive and purchase. The first drive I did in my new car was a 7 hour drive to Wales and back and it was perfect, zero issues at all! Aiden was great in moving things around slightly so that I could arrange an earlier pickup, he is very professional and a great asset to the SEAT Crawley team :)
