I would like to say a massive thank you to Steve customer host who went above and beyond to sort my car for me after I brought my car in for a repair I notice some damage to paintwork I spoke to Steve and within 24hrs had a solution planned that I was happy he got the work done that was needed kept me informed all the way with updates a great bloke and great asset to your company thanks again

Fantastic service from the time I purchased the car from Ben who was so helpful and gave fantastic customer service through to meeting the service manager Steve who again went the extra mile and went above and beyond. I have had dealings with 4 members of staff there now and everyone of them were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Even the apprentice who tried to fix the coffee machine for me. Never experienced such excellent customer service from everyone I had dealings with.

I must express my appreciation for the exceptional and outstanding service provided by David! I placed an order for a Seat Leon from the factory with a few selected options. Throughout the waiting period, David consistently kept me well-informed about the order status and addressed any questions that arose. The collection process was both swift and easy. Splendid service from Chris Evernden. From my first telephone enquiry to coming for a test drive, Chris could not have been more helpful and accommodating, especially on the Sunday, when he was on his own. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and gave good advice. Sadly, I decided against the Seat, despite being a Seat owner of 20+ years and they generous loyalty offer, because the Skoda equivalent, had a "deal-making" feature I wanted, which no other car has. Disappointed that I wasn't able to buy from Chris.

My first review failed to appear so I am trying again. I recently purchased my fourth SEAT/CUPRA from Euro SEAT Crawley. On each occasion I have been treated in an exemplary manner. On this occasion the Salesperson was Chris Evernden. He went out of his way to ensure that I got what I wanted and took time to explain my options. He even rang me in his own time to provide further information. Thank you Chris I will be back in the future.

We would like to thank Steve Martin who on the day of our service went the extra mile. We had a funeral to attend and had limited time to get to it. Steve started by saying he could arrange a taxi if any problems occurred during our service. He kept us informed of the service progress during the time we were there, he took us to the new cafe on site and arranged to have our car cleaned despite having little time to get to the funeral. I went to the Skoda part of this dealership with friends who had been involved in an accident which had written off their car. Scott was welcoming, helpful & kind to them helping them to find a replacement that they could afford. They collected the car yesterday & it was gleaming! Scott was there to reassure & answer all questions even from their 7yr old!!. A great experience for all.....we'll be back.

We purchased a Seat Arona from you last year where the service and staff were very knowledgeable and polite, so when we needed a different Seat Arona I had no hesitation re visiting this dealership. I was disappointed to see the member of staff that was there the first time had left but I did not have to worry at all. I was warmly greeted by Luan who took down the details of the car I wanted and happily showed me the car. Within in an hour I had test driven the car and decided to purchase it. Superb service from this dealership when purchasing an Seat Tarraco. David Borruso and Nathan Tubb could not have been more patient, friendly and knowledgeable. Once the order was placed we were kept informed and the car even arrived earlier than expected. On pick up David spent a great deal of time explaining the controls etc. and he was happy to ensure that all out questions were answered. Added to all of this we are offered a good deal. This is a amazing showroom where individual attention is given. I would have no hesitation in recommending this dealership wholeheartedly and would certainly go back if another car is needed. I had been looking online for a while for a particular Seat model and identified a suitable 'nearly new' vehicle at the above dealership that took my interest and matched all my preferences (spec and colour etc). However, not being local to the area and due to the current restrictions I was slightly anxious about the buying process. James couldn't have been more helpful, put my mind at rest and guided me through the process to be followed (in the current circumstances) which was straightforward and well managed. Overall I was very impressed with the service received.

Had 2 cars from Euro SEAT Crawley and it's been hard to return both and move on to my next car. The Leon Cupra R (350bhp ABT version) is probably the best car I've ever had. I love a fast estate and this ticked all the boxes. Everyone from the Head Of Business down has been a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend this dealer to anyone even if there is another franchise closer. Great location, brand new feel to the place and loads of stock/choices.

I recently bought a new Ateca from Euro SEAT Crawley. We initially spoke to the sales controller, Alan, it was a bank holiday and the sales guys were busy. Alan really looked after us and gave us a really competitive price. Matthew then followed up with us and continued the sales process. Matthew was friendly and approachable but also professional. We loved the video message updates and it was great to be kept updated with the delivery progress. Thanks Matthew! I must also mention the older gentleman who took us out on the test drive, I forget his name now but he was a great addition to the sales process! Sorry it has taken so long for me to give some feedback, we have been very busy with our new addition (a baby, not the car!!). The car is going great so far.....

I have recently purchased a used Seat Leon from here and was lucky enough to have Azar be my sales rep throughout the process. He was the only person who came up and spoke to me when I was looking at several different cars and was a wealth of knowledge (seriously, I asked so many questions and he answered all of them correctly). I am fully aware that I am somewhat of a nightmare when it comes to making choices and he managed to deal with me bouncing back and forth on pricing incredibly well. He's even helping me out getting some extra bits at my car looked at under warranty. Car dealers often get a bad review but if you're looking for a new/used Seat - and the Crawley branch is nearby, go in and ask directly for Azar if you want a sales rep that actually has your best interest in mind.

My husband and I, had the pleasure of meeting and being looked after by Azar Khan. Not only was he affable, yet professional... his sense of humour kept us smiling throughout the transactions. He was extremely knowledgeable and informed us of many services we had no idea were available, even though we had undertaken extensive personal research. Azar's patience was very much appreciated by my husband due to his condition. A true gem with emotional intelligence and intellect to put any customer at ease whilst delivering an impeccable customer service experience. Also, receiving Azar's personalised videos were such an endearing personal touch we appreciated! Other staff members entered into football banter with us and offered us beverages. Looking for a car is stressful but looking for a mobility car I have found to be worse. After visiting numerous dealerships and getting very frustrated at the poor customer service we received, we came across euro seat Crawley, where we met our Knight in shinning armour, Azar Khan. He was fantastic at his job, nothing was too much trouble. He went through all our options not a single detail was left out. He took the stress out of it all. Would highly recommend.

From first ordering my Leon till the handover was a good experience albeit it took a little longer than I hoped. The dealership kept me appraised of the situation and were very helpful. On handover I was shown most of the instrumentation - some of it was too much to take in in one go and was somewhat different to my last purchase 16 years ago. Nevertheless. Danny Scanlan, who I dealt with, was very thorough and answered all my questions. A real pleasure to deal with.

Just bought a Seat Leon 1.4 Fr on finance at it is something else. The salesman was nothing but exceptional, charming and had a lot of banter, if you go there ask for Matt he’ll be the tall one with a beard and a cheeky grin you can’t miss him! He weng through in detail the car and all of its hidden gems, the paper work and the finance plans. Couldn’t of ask for better service would recommend this car and dealership to anyone out there look for the perfect vehicle and the perfect car buying experience!

Nick was incredibly helpful and assertive throughout the whole process and made what can be a difficult and stressful purchase nice and easy.
