Sade was a real pleasure to talk to, ran through my options and after a quick chat with her manager, Darrell, she said I could have a car in a week. The whole process was so easy, and true to her word, Sade called me 7 days later with my car ready. I had first class service today from Connie at Seat Ashford. She checked the car in with no fuss, ensured the right phone number had been noted, checked when I needed the car back and promised a call to discuss any advisories. She called and we agreed on the items to complete and then I had another call to confirm everything had been done (ahead of schedule). When I turned up to collect the car, she escorted me to find the car which I thought was a nice touch. I was very pleased with my visit and would thoroughly recommended this location.

Attended Seat in Ashford today (23/05/24) I had a warm and friendly welcome from Ella who got me seen to straight away. I asked for my seatbelt buckle to be looked at as it wasn’t working. Brian looked at it straight away and confirmed it was broken, he then went ahead and got a new one fitted straight away. They said it would be about a 1-1.5 hour wait but I was only there about 30 minutes. Great service from all. Thank you Brian and Ella, you are a credit to the team! Amy and Emily 😊

Laura is a real credit to you at Seat. Part exchanged a vehicle with her after finding the vehicle that i was looking for with many emails with videos of different vehicles, we finally got there with the Arona. What a great service. Sade was my first point of contact who offered me a personalised video of the Seat Ateca I was interested in. She was very helpful and we then proceeded with the purchase agreements following the test drive. This was followed up by Mike who sorted out taxation, and the whole process was overseen by Darrel. All three members of staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend this team (and the venue) and the whole process was flawless. As for the Ateca- it’s even better than my high expectations!👍 Thank you all, and I would highly recommend you to anyone.

JCB Seat Ashford - took my 2 month old Seat Ateca in for software update on the nav radio system. They had organised a replacement car while mine was being look at. The customer service was one of the best experiences I have had with a car dealership. I felt valued and they expressed the importance of my visit to them even though it was for something trivial. Great communication during the time my car was in the service centre (24hrs) and again a very welcome reception on my return to collect the car.

All the staff were polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't need anything major but they understood my requirement when I phoned up in advance and when I arrived in person they took care of me in minutes. This wasn't my experience at the first two dealerships I tried. I'm looking forward to getting my car serviced here in future.

When it comes to unbiased customer service, JCB Seat Ashford displayed this in bucket loads. I popped into the parts department on a Saturday morning to get a paint touch up kit for my Leon only to be informed by one of the sales team, Matt Baker, that they would not re-open until, Monday morning - Doh! Matt asked what I was after and when I told him, he wanted to know what colour my Leon was and he then went into his drawer and produced the very touch up kit I was seeking. This kit was handed to me as a most generous gesture and was certainly not expected from my part. Despite offering to pay, Matt declined. Matt did not have to do this and he did not have any agenda to have this gesture reciprocated and even when I asked if I could give some feedback , he said it was not necessary. Matt, thank you again for being such a decent human being and I am sure you will receive many glowing reviews based on the experiences you create for customers across all areas of the business. JCB Seat - I am not based in Ashford and was only visiting to attend the funeral of a family member which had not been discolsed to Matt. That said, when the time comes to change my car, I will be giving Matt a call to oversee the sale of my next vehicle. Thanks again Matt, you are a true asset to JCB Seat!! Best regards Darren

Brought my hybrid Leon here for it's 1st service (was purchased elsewhere) and a couple of updates and warranty fixes following that. Work has always been completed and it's nice having a dealership that cleans the car and actually results in it being clean (it seems a lot of others just use the same dirty rag which means it comes back dirtier than when it went in!). Courtesy car was great as well, and when I had a while you wait appointment it was done in the time frame given. Great, polite and friendly customer service but you might need to ask questions otherwise they won't give you the detail if you want it.

Just picked up my new seat arona from JCB seat in Ashford... The car was up for a great deal and I couldn't resist.. Went to view and test drive in Saturday and now Thursday I've picked it up... The whole process was very easy, straight forward and well organised ... We dealt with Laura, who despite being a car saleswoman was very down to earth, easy to talk to and not pushy... She really made the whole thing a pleasure and wasn't stressful at all because she really did take care of everything for us, from part exing our old car to clear finance, to just being so quick with the turn around, I really could not fault the service... The car itself is great to drive from what I've seen so far, and if there's anything I'm unsure of there are plenty of people within easy contact to deal with any questions I may have Thankyou Laura and thankyou to the whole dealership, we will definitely be back in a few years time

The car is in perfect condition. Almost like new. Mot price and annual roadside assistance. Bought almost 10 months ago and so far without any problems. Before the purchase, despite the lockdown, very good contact. I have already done an oil change in this service and I am also satisfied and additionally got roadside assistance for the next 12 months. Everything was replaced quickly and at the agreed time. Great level of service from the manager, Alex. Nothing was too much trouble and he took the time to listen to our requirements, concerns and budget. The advice and guidance he gave convinced us to by the right car and be completely satisfied with our decision. In addition, both Teresa and Charlotte spent a good couple of ours entertaining our two young daughters which couldn’t of been easy!! The whole experience was head and shoulders above that which we’d received at another local competitors dealership which was disappointing to say the least.

Had an issue with the partners Leon Fr DSG which was purchased from JCB, seemed bad to us but once in the showroom spoke to Charlie Hollands who didn’t know the answer but went and got the SEAT master technician Brian Duncan who popped out had a quick look and talked me through what he saw about the issue, he couldn’t fix it there and then but took it into the workshop plugged it in and we was on our way (shopping 😞) again in about half an hour many thanks and we will be back again! Next service and maybe a replacement!

I have just collected my second car ordered through Laura at JCB Ashford Seat and can highly recommend this dealer. I found Laura in sales to be friendly and very helpful. Laura made the sales process from start to collection a simple and informative process even though I asked for changes to the standard specification of my car. No request was ever a problem. Laura even called me to let me know when my car was built, had been delivered to her and sent photos and a video of my car. Laura always called me back if she was on the phone or with a customer and replied to my emails within a few hours. The service received from the service department while having my car serviced has also been spot on and easy to use. Bought a brand new car from these in January service was ok until the deal was done. The wheel nut covers fell off and I asked time and time again for three and a half months to get these simple cheap covers replaced even made two visits and got them today. Won't be replacing my car and won't return back for the wife's car once up for replacement

I was traveling down from Lincoln to Standford Kent visiting my Father, the glow plug light on the dash was flashing, I pulled over at Maidstone services to study the cars manual, which advised taking the car to a dealer to investigate further. I arrived at Seat Orbital Park not sure what to expect as the car is nolonger under warranty. Charlie the Service desk reception was very approachable and helpful, I had an expected 45 min wait but enjoyed looking round the showroom at the range of Seat & VW vehicles. After 30 mins the car had been plugged into the system diagnostics and the results showed that there was a sporadic sensor flagging up on the exhaust system, I had a new unit installed only a year ago by Seat in Lincoln under warranty. I was assured it was safe to drive as it was not effecting the cars performance but to have it checked out later at my convenience.
