I just wanted to say thank you to JCB Seat Ashford. I really appreciate their straightforward approach. From the moment me and my family walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who was genuinely interested in helping me find the right car. The sales team was very knowledgeable and patient, they were taking their time to answer all my questions without any sort of pressure. My sales person, Jess, was particularly helpful. She listened to my needs and preferences and guided me thoroughly through the steps that I needed to complete in order to purchase the car that I wanted, she even offered me and my family refreshments after a long journey. When purchasing Seat Ibiza FR Sport, I was able to get it for a reasonable price, moreover I was able to receive it with a full inspection. SEAT Ashford Engine Replacement Review After catastrophic engine failure, the engine has been replaced at JCB SEAT Ashford under the SEAT All-in-One extended warranty plan. I would like to express my thanks to Wayne, the after-sales manager, and the entire team for their great service. From the outset, a replacement vehicle was provided without delay and throughout the duration of replacement process. In addition, progress was provided regularly. Overall, my experience with SEAT Ashford was highly positive and was a smooth and stress-free process. I would recommend this dealership to individuals seeking reliable and and high levels of customer service.

I bought a SEAT Ibiza for my son. From start to finish the experience was professional, helpful and efficient. Haven’t bought from a main dealer in a long time but Jess (sales) went above and beyond from our first visit, helping me get the best deal along with Darryl, keeping my kids entertained as well when we came to visit and keeping me updated throughout the process. I’d definitely use the branch in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their car.

I’ll be honest I haven’t purchased a car from this branch but as a professional trade plate driver I pick up and deliver cars nationwide. Covering almost every main dealer in the Uk 🇬🇧. Sadly to many we are no more than an inconvenience in their work day. This particular branch went out of their way to accommodate me when I was faced with a day of constant points failures at rail station after rail station meaning I was late for a collection. Almost every other dealer in the Country would have shut up shop and left me stranded with no transport home. These guys went the extra mile and waited after their normal closure time to accommodate me and had the car parked up ready to collect for a speedy departure! Trust me if they will do this for one of us guys then you can rest assured you can more than trust them to treat you well as a customer!!! Fantastic service from Laura (Sales Exec) very friendly and built great rapport. Went in with no expectations, looking for a used car, managed to work some numbers and get a great deal on a brand new vehicle. Superb experience with the JCB Ashford team today while getting my Tarraco serviced and MOT'd. Ashford isn't my closest dealer but will continue to use them due to the exceptional service. I would normally use an independent garage once a car is out of warranty but can't beat the main dealer experience from JCB! Special shout out to Connie who kept me updated on progress throughout the day and had me out the door earlier than I expected!!

I’m living in Essex and driving all the way down to Ashford,for sevice my Seat Leon Estate,because of the great customer service. Charlie is the guy who always does the best,to do the service of my car quick as possibly,because I’m waiting there. After that of course they washed my car. Ultimately I didn't get a Cupra, just as another brand model slightly catered better to my needs but wanted to thank SEAT and Sade for their service. As a hard of hearing person, I've had some troublesome experiences with sales people at other dealerships previously but Sade was really patient and appropriate with me - it was very much appreciated.

Bought a second-hand Seat Ateca from JCB Seat, Ashford today! Great experience all round. Brilliant car even though it was the oldest on the forecourt! Full SEAT service and maintenance history that sales adviser Matt Baker supplied us with. Nothing was too much trouble for Matt, he answered all of my endless questions with honesty and patience with no hard sell either. He was honest and genuine about the car and its history. Matt’s sales manager was friendly and welcoming too. We were able to take an unaccompanied test drive so we could get a good feel for the vehicle and whether it was right for us. The car was a great price along with a complementary 2 year SEAT warranty, MOT cover, breakdown cover and 5 days free insurance so we didn’t get stung by having to arrange our own insurance immediately! The whole process was quick and efficient from start to finish- I placed an enquiry on Sunday when the branch was closed and despite that, Matt called me within 2 minutes to confirm when I would like to view the vehicle and we drove the vehicle home on Monday afternoon! We travelled over 100 miles to reach the dealership and were offered free charging for our EV that we had travelled in and refreshments on arrival. Excellent service all round- thanks JCB SEAT, Ashford! I am so happy with my new car and hope to have many happy years driving it! Nearly forgot! Thank you also for our free brand new fabric mats, these will help extend the life of the good solid rubber mats and boot liner provided in the car. Matt also threw in a brand new SEAT safety pack as a goodwill gesture too- much appreciated! Excellent dealership and team- totally worth a visit!

I walked into the showroom with 3 requests. I needed an estate, lumbar support and I needed it as quick as possible. Sade was a real pleasure to talk to, ran through my options and after a quick chat with her manager, Darrell, she said I could have a car in a week. The whole process was so easy, and true to her word, Sade called me 7 days later with my car ready. An absolutely amazing team that handled everything professionally which made the whole process run smoothly.

I had first class service today from Connie at Seat Ashford. She checked the car in with no fuss, ensured the right phone number had been noted, checked when I needed the car back and promised a call to discuss any advisories. She called and we agreed on the items to complete and then I had another call to confirm everything had been done (ahead of schedule). When I turned up to collect the car, she escorted me to find the car which I thought was a nice touch. I was very pleased with my visit and would thoroughly recommended this location.

Grabbed seat First car from here two days ago and I’m loving it. Overall the service is great from the staff, kept things simple and quick for me as a serious buyer. Attended Seat in Ashford today (23/05/24) I had a warm and friendly welcome from Ella who got me seen to straight away. I asked for my seatbelt buckle to be looked at as it wasn’t working. Brian looked at it straight away and confirmed it was broken, he then went ahead and got a new one fitted straight away. They said it would be about a 1-1.5 hour wait but I was only there about 30 minutes. Great service from all. Thank you Brian and Ella, you are a credit to the team! Amy and Emily 😊

What a great service. Sade was my first point of contact who offered me a personalised video of the Seat Ateca I was interested in. She was very helpful and we then proceeded with the purchase agreements following the test drive. This was followed up by Mike who sorted out taxation, and the whole process was overseen by Darrel. All three members of staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend this team (and the venue) and the whole process was flawless. JCB Seat Ashford - took my 2 month old Seat Ateca in for software update on the nav radio system. They had organised a replacement car while mine was being look at. The customer service was one of the best experiences I have had with a car dealership. I felt valued and they expressed the importance of my visit to them even though it was for something trivial. Great communication during the time my car was in the service centre (24hrs) and again a very welcome reception on my return to collect the car.

All the staff were polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't need anything major but they understood my requirement when I phoned up in advance and when I arrived in person they took care of me in minutes. This wasn't my experience at the first two dealerships I tried. I'm looking forward to getting my car serviced here in future.

Have visited this place several times, and it seems the place is my regular place to take my car for service and other needs for my car . Good service and staff!! But not to some standard this due to appointment booking for service and MOT which I have been always asked to leave the car for whole day even for minor issue.

A big thank you to Charlie in the service department at JCB SEAT Ashford for the excellent service I've received today, i unfortunately had a fuel cap failure, but Charlie managed to squeeze me in at very short notice to get it sorted out and all done in 1 visit and under an hour! When it comes to unbiased customer service, JCB Seat Ashford displayed this in bucket loads. I popped into the parts department on a Saturday morning to get a paint touch up kit for my Leon only to be informed by one of the sales team, Matt Baker, that they would not re-open until, Monday morning - Doh! Matt asked what I was after and when I told him, he wanted to know what colour my Leon was and he then went into his drawer and produced the very touch up kit I was seeking. This kit was handed to me as a most generous gesture and was certainly not expected from my part. Despite offering to pay, Matt declined. Matt did not have to do this and he did not have any agenda to have this gesture reciprocated and even when I asked if I could give some feedback , he said it was not necessary. Matt, thank you again for being such a decent human being and I am sure you will receive many glowing reviews based on the experiences you create for customers across all areas of the business. JCB Seat - I am not based in Ashford and was only visiting to attend the funeral of a family member which had not been discolsed to Matt. That said, when the time comes to change my car, I will be giving Matt a call to oversee the sale of my next vehicle. Thanks again Matt, you are a true asset to JCB Seat!! Best regards Darren

Brought my hybrid Leon here for it's 1st service (was purchased elsewhere) and a couple of updates and warranty fixes following that. Work has always been completed and it's nice having a dealership that cleans the car and actually results in it being clean (it seems a lot of others just use the same dirty rag which means it comes back dirtier than when it went in!). Courtesy car was great as well, and when I had a while you wait appointment it was done in the time frame given. Great, polite and friendly customer service but you might need to ask questions otherwise they won't give you the detail if you want it.

1st class service, staff are very friendly and professional, very clean and tidy, The date my service was booked was kept by the service department my vehicle had been booked elsewhere and I was let down on several different occasions, so I cannot fault the Ashford branch in any way , highly recommend here

Just picked up my new seat arona from JCB seat in Ashford... The car was up for a great deal and I couldn't resist.. Went to view and test drive in Saturday and now Thursday I've picked it up... The whole process was very easy, straight forward and well organised ... We dealt with Laura, who despite being a car saleswoman was very down to earth, easy to talk to and not pushy... She really made the whole thing a pleasure and wasn't stressful at all because she really did take care of everything for us, from part exing our old car to clear finance, to just being so quick with the turn around, I really could not fault the service... The car itself is great to drive from what I've seen so far, and if there's anything I'm unsure of there are plenty of people within easy contact to deal with any questions I may have Thankyou Laura and thankyou to the whole dealership, we will definitely be back in a few years time

The car is in perfect condition. Almost like new. Mot price and annual roadside assistance. Bought almost 10 months ago and so far without any problems. Before the purchase, despite the lockdown, very good contact. I have already done an oil change in this service and I am also satisfied and additionally got roadside assistance for the next 12 months. Everything was replaced quickly and at the agreed time. Great service from both Holly & Connie. Very attentive and considerate. Holly realised that after the full service on my Seat, my car hadn’t been cleaned as promised so actioned this straight away avoiding any inconvenience to myself. They both did all they could as well as Sade who also remembered me from over a year ago when I bought the car. Highly recommend this team.

Had an issue with the partners Leon Fr DSG which was purchased from JCB, seemed bad to us but once in the showroom spoke to Charlie Hollands who didn’t know the answer but went and got the SEAT master technician Brian Duncan who popped out had a quick look and talked me through what he saw about the issue, he couldn’t fix it there and then but took it into the workshop plugged it in and we was on our way (shopping 😞) again in about half an hour many thanks and we will be back again! Next service and maybe a replacement!

Just collected my seat ateca. From the moment I walked into dealership I found the staff to be friendly. Laura in sales told me it will be a little wait for my new car. Wow . I have just collected my second car ordered through Laura at JCB Ashford Seat and can highly recommend this dealer. I found Laura in sales to be friendly and very helpful. Laura made the sales process from start to collection a simple and informative process even though I asked for changes to the standard specification of my car. No request was ever a problem. Laura even called me to let me know when my car was built, had been delivered to her and sent photos and a video of my car. Laura always called me back if she was on the phone or with a customer and replied to my emails within a few hours. The service received from the service department while having my car serviced has also been spot on and easy to use. Bought a brand new car from these in January service was ok until the deal was done. The wheel nut covers fell off and I asked time and time again for three and a half months to get these simple cheap covers replaced even made two visits and got them today. Won't be replacing my car and won't return back for the wife's car once up for replacement

I was traveling down from Lincoln to Standford Kent visiting my Father, the glow plug light on the dash was flashing, I pulled over at Maidstone services to study the cars manual, which advised taking the car to a dealer to investigate further. I arrived at Seat Orbital Park not sure what to expect as the car is nolonger under warranty. Charlie the Service desk reception was very approachable and helpful, I had an expected 45 min wait but enjoyed looking round the showroom at the range of Seat & VW vehicles. After 30 mins the car had been plugged into the system diagnostics and the results showed that there was a sporadic sensor flagging up on the exhaust system, I had a new unit installed only a year ago by Seat in Lincoln under warranty. I was assured it was safe to drive as it was not effecting the cars performance but to have it checked out later at my convenience.
