  Easiest vehicle purchase I've ever made. Saw the new car on Sunday and drove it away Friday. Teddy and his Manager Prab went over and above to help myself and my wife out. None of these pushy sales techniques just really genuine people who want to help you. Cannot fault both their service and will 100% be using them in future.   We attended JCB Renault Canterbury on 1st September to discuss the possible purchase of a new vehicle to replace my existing model - a Renault Captur Tce (2020with a more modern and eco friendly self charging full hybrid vehicleMr Terry Miller attended to us from the outset and continued tolook afterand support me throughout the process of obtaining our new vehicle. Being happy with my existing Captur, our preference was to purchase a similar vehicle and Mr Miller explained, in detail, their prices and differences between the various models available. With his help we decided upon the Renault Captur 1.8 E-Tech Full Hybrid 160 automatic Techno. He advised and assisted most ably with all the financial aspects - part exchange, discounts and additional (add-on) services such as Paint and Fabric protection and Smart Protect. Having ordered the vehicle, it was available to drive away just two weeks later and Mr Miller provided a hands on guide to using the vehicle and its electronic gadgetry, including the multimedia system, pairing my i-phone and explaining how and what all the buttons and switches work or activate. All in all the purchase of our new vehicle from JCB Renault Canterbury was a care free and positive experience and although it’s only been driven for comparatively short journeys so far, it is a most impressive vehicle.

  What an exceptional experience. We have just ordered our next Motability vehicle from JCB Renault. We have been dealing with a very nice young lady called Grace. As we understand it she is fairly new to the team, but we have to say that she went above and beyond and was outstanding in all aspects. We popped in numerous times to ask many questions which she always answered, even when she was really busy she still made time to speak with us.
