  When we needed our car fixing there and then so that we could carry on our journey to France for a family holiday, Jo and the team managed to squeeze us in on a Friday, even though they were fully booked. JCB's expertise in working on Renaults meant that they were able resolve a problem that the RAC and an independent garage were unable to resolve earlier that day, and even managed to source difficult to source parts at short notice. JCB did a great job on the car and it's been running well ever since. Jo and the team were also brilliant with our two young children (aged 3&6). The customer service was great and we are very grateful to the whole team for getting our holiday back on track and for looking after us so well. Without JCB we would have been stranded and missed out on significantly more of our family holiday. Thank you!

  We recently found ourselves in Ashford, 300 miles from home, and were notified of an issue with an order we had placed nearer home for a Dacia. We called into JCB and spoke at length with Callum in sales. His advice and knowledge was excellent and we went back and forth over a few days with queries, we finally settled our issue with our original dealer. We were very impressed with both JCB and Callum and would happily had bought the vehicle from him if our original deal had fallen through. Callum is an excellent ambassador for his company and its products and from our experience would happily recommend him.
