  I visited yesterday for a car service and had a great experience. The customer service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Following the service, they cleaned and valeted my car free of charge. Let me tell you, my car was in a terrible state before the clean and valet but they somehow managed to make the car look brand new. I’m so impressed and so grateful! A very kind thing to do. Will definitely be back for my next service

  What an amazing advocate from JCB. Connor was brilliant. He explained everything, literally everything and kept us informed at every step of the way while our mobility car was on order. This was our first mobility car lease and our first electric car which we were a bit worried about. Connor put us at ease and explained the whole process before we even collected the car. On the day of collection, he went through all the functions in the car, showing us in depth and recommending the best modes for driving in. Before we left the dealership, Connor made sure that we had physical copies of all the paperwork for the car which squashed any worries we had about temporary insurance cover. What an amazing service! Connor definitely deserves the 5 star rating!
