  I am thinking of updating my car, I’ve got about 12 months before it’s time to buy a new one so as I was on my lunch break I thought it would be a good time to start looking around, I use to have an R5 turbo and I’ve seen a few articles on the new R5 EV, I thought it would be good to have a look at the modern reimagining. Nice car, and the salesman Callumwas very helpful and even after I made sure he knew that I was just browsing and wasn’t going to purchase today he didn’t try to pressurise me into a purchase and willingly answered the couple of questions I had about the car. That’s the sort of service that I’ll consider when it’s time to pull the trigger and buy a new car.

  My Duster was taken in to JCB Renault after an independent garage failed to diagnose a fault after a week. The fault was diagnosed and repaired within 2days. The staff were friendly and helpful.

  Never had a problem with JCB Renault in Ashford. Had bought a Captur through Paul previously. I was apprehensive considering Paul no longer works there, however a big thank you to Callum, for a no pressure, cool and calm approach. Been to other dealers before and always felt pressured which is an instant no no for me. Love my Renault Captur, despite there being a few hiccups along the way, Callum got it sorted and kept me well informed. Customer service has always been tip-top and I always leave a very happy customer. Thanks again.

  Callum the gentleman that dealt with my decision to go for the Symbioz took over from a previous salesman who I believe had to leave Renault due to illness. Despite the lack of communication and ##ed delivery date, once Callum took over these issues were turned on their head with his efforts resulting in a much appreciated new and prompt delivery, excellent communication and service that could not be faulted.

  Bought a used Renault from this dealership in Rainham. From start to Finish we received a courteous, efficient service and the young lady we were dealing with, Ellie, was friendly and extremely helpful thoughout. Very happy with the new car, although it wasn't possible to put our Private number plate on the car at time of sale, as the paperwork was already put through not giving us the chance to do our side in enough time. Just a small issue and we can do it ourselves in the coming days. The car was clean, valeted and ready for pick up on the day without any problems.
