From start to Finish we received a courteous, efficient service and the young lady we were dealing with, Ellie, was friendly and extremely helpful thoughout. Very happy with the new car, although it wasn't possible to put our Private number plate on the car at time of sale, as the paperwork was already put through not giving us the chance to do our side in enough time. I spoke to Andy Alexander the Aftersales Manager who was so helpful and understanding. He booked me in when it was convenient for me. The overall service was good and they sorted the problems out, however it took way to long over 5 weeks for a piece of equipment to be ordered in and then after saying they will give a discount and apologised, the next appointment they tried charging full price plus more, which was not agreed, it took a lot of back and forth and at one point we thought they had forgotten about us as it had taken so long to sort. The women at reception on our second appointment who had recently just started her job there was lovely and tried to sort it out, when another worker was trying to argue with us. Helping my daughter purchase a used car, we attended Renault Medway, Connor the Sales Exec, was very helpful, he was pleasant to deal with, and following a review and test drives we agreed to a deal to purchase an Use Arkana, everything that needed doing was completed and Connor was great throughout the process. On the Renault and JCB website it says 5 day drive away insurance, this is not offered or available, and the 150 point check, no check sheet provided even when asked for, and waiting for this to be sent through. Apart from this everything else a good experience. I would recommend Connor and Renault Medway in future.

What an amazing advocate from JCB. Connor was brilliant. He explained everything, literally everything and kept us informed at every step of the way while our mobility car was on order. This was our first mobility car lease and our first electric car which we were a bit worried about. Connor put us at ease and explained the whole process before we even collected the car. On the day of collection, he went through all the functions in the car, showing us in depth and recommending the best modes for driving in. The hospitality was excellent from both Max and Nigel. Max spent a lot of time from our first viewing of the car, explaining the process through to the final sale. He kept in contact with us during our wait time until delivery which is helpful. at pickup he spent tome going through the multi-media screen, the use of the gear selector and the easy way of changing the driving mode. He highlighted the differences between the Ariana which we were exchanging for the Austral, which again was very helpful. Perhaps you could suggest to Renault that the hard copy of the handbook be made more comprehensive. There are simple things such needing to know how to do something whilst driving which the passenger could find the answer by looking at the handbook quickly eg a problem with the mirror, but there is no mention of mirrors in the printed index.

Great service, very helpful. Would highly recommend.

I liked the booking process which was easy and quick. I also like the fact that I have a service plan and that I did not need to pay anything when my car came in for servicing. I didn't get the vehicle health check report when I picked up the car. I assume they just forgot to give it to me at the time as I eventually got it.

Had an issue with tracking / drifting with my Zoe (sadly after a warranty repair to fix said drift). I had to get an independent tyre supplier to correct it. Yes, I should have got JCB to (re)correct the issue, but I was in the tyre supplier with the car "on the ramps" when they said the tracking was out and I just wanted it fixed there and then rather than spend yet another day at Rainham. Other than that, I found the staff at Rainham to be most helpful, polite etc. etc. I'm sure my issue was a glitch rather than the norm.

I would never have thought about going to Renault due to having a VW for the past six years. However when they came up with a great offer I popped in and from the offset they were all very friendly and helpful. Callum was the sales associate that dealt with me and he found me the car that suited what I wanted best and at an amazing price!! He sorted out any extras and even tried to find me one that would be ready earlier. I had my 4 month old with me who was over tired as well and screaming the place down, but the team where all very understanding and the lovely receptionist lady (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) walked my boy around in his pram to help him get to sleep whilst I sorted all my paperwork. I have removed the negative review because one of the managers called Shane had the decency to explain how this Covid-19 pandemic has seriously impacted their franchise, he treated me like a valued customer unlike other staff there or the area manager. Perhaps Kevin Lynch should take a leaf out of Shane's book instead of justifying a very clear failing. The issue couldn't be solved, however my faith has been somewhat restored after Shane's intervention. The vehicle has been booked into a Renault dealership in South Wales which is not having the issues that South East dealerships would appear to be having.
