I visited yesterday for a car service and had a great experience. The customer service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Following the service, they cleaned and valeted my car free of charge. Let me tell you, my car was in a terrible state before the clean and valet but they somehow managed to make the car look brand new. I’m so impressed and so grateful! A very kind thing to do. Will definitely be back for my next service 😊

What an amazing advocate from JCB. Connor was brilliant. He explained everything, literally everything and kept us informed at every step of the way while our mobility car was on order. This was our first mobility car lease and our first electric car which we were a bit worried about. Connor put us at ease and explained the whole process before we even collected the car. On the day of collection, he went through all the functions in the car, showing us in depth and recommending the best modes for driving in. Before we left the dealership, Connor made sure that we had physical copies of all the paperwork for the car which squashed any worries we had about temporary insurance cover. What an amazing service! Connor definitely deserves the 5 star rating!

Went to JCB Medway after not feeling great over another closer Renault dealer, so glad we did as the experience was like night and day. Connor was very helpful, explained everything and wasn’t pushy at all. Connor kept us informed throughout the buying process. Again on collection day Connor spent time explaining all the features on the car and ensured everything was setup how I wanted it. Excellent service and would highly recommend buying your next car from here.

Highly recommend using JCB Renault. Callum was very professional throughout, he didn’t put pressure on the sale and was happy to be customer led. He allowed plenty of time for the test drive to get used to the car and went out of his way to make the sale as smooth as possible. Always a great service bought my 3rd car from JCB a couple of weeks ago. Connor is always amazing so understanding and makes me very comfortable as a woman coming in to buy a car. You don’t feel pressured into anything and always feel listened too. The car needs to be looked at on Friday to get the aircon sorted and again it was not a problem he booked me straight in to get it sorted. Thank you again

Having been disappointed and ignored by another Renault garage in Kent where we actually purchased our vehicle from, Nikki from JCB Rainham was happy to help and assist with our issue on our Austral and the problem was promptly resolved. We needed to order our car and have it sooner than later due to our current car needed repairs for more than it was worth we spoke to Connor at rainham jcb and ordered the Renault captur engineered hybrid he couldn’t have been more helpful throughout the process and from the order being placed to handover was 2 weeks ! We was amazed as this was 2 weeks earlier than the estimate date given we couldn’t be more happy with the car it’s everything we wanted. When collecting the car we was shown to the car and shown everything inside and out how to work and set things up to suit our needs even the aftercare was lovely no question to much and a friendly phone call to check in also. Would highly recommend. We wasn’t pressured into making any decisions when viewing and genuinely feel we wouldn’t have got better experience elsewhere Thankyou for such a fabulous service

The sales rep Connor was fantastic. He gave me kept ke updated with the progress of the new car throughout. When collecting the car he spent time to go through everything with me and setting the car up with the app etc. Connor called the following day to see how i was getting on with the car and whether i had any questions. He was fantastic and I will definitely be returning when another car is needed.

Literally run the phone within a day I could book the vehicle in dropped it off had a phone call from Charlie literally a day later after the vehicle was all ready rapid service Great staff, very friendly Best service I’ve used in a long time thanks guys. I’ll be using you again highly recommended!!!

The hospitality was excellent from both Max and Nigel. Max spent a lot of time from our first viewing of the car, explaining the process through to the final sale. He kept in contact with us during our wait time until delivery which is helpful. at pickup he spent tome going through the multi-media screen, the use of the gear selector and the easy way of changing the driving mode. He highlighted the differences between the Ariana which we were exchanging for the Austral, which again was very helpful. Perhaps you could suggest to Renault that the hard copy of the handbook be made more comprehensive. There are simple things such needing to know how to do something whilst driving which the passenger could find the answer by looking at the handbook quickly eg a problem with the mirror, but there is no mention of mirrors in the printed index.

We would like to say a big thank you to Renault rainham and to the salesman connor he was absolutely fantastic he went above and beyond to please and always kept us informed he was polite and a joy to deal with the car was perfect and we are very happy thank you connor for all you done we really appreciate it regards Annette and tony in Ireland

We got my mother in law’s disability car from the team at Renault rainham Medway we would love to thank Max who delivered on everything he said and went above and beyond to get us the car we wanted in a great time frame and even delivered our car mats for the car after we already had the car the service was exceptional thanks again Max and we had such a great experience the service was second to none 5stars all the way to Renault jcb Medway .

If You want to know about a car in Renault Rainham High street ask for Callam, He was so polite, He knew everything i wanted, needed to know about the car i was interested in. It was Christmas eve, but he went all out to show me the car i wanted, explained everything, i am disabled and have a power chair, he check measurements with me and family, showed me how i can fit in car. He is a awesome gentleman and i assure You when i go to get another car it will be to him i go. He kept me in the know, what was happening, where my car was, when my car would be arriving, and when i could collect, and when i did collect, she looked beautiful spotless, Callam was AWESOME from start to finish, a big thank you to Him.

I got lots of help and information from I'm order to getting the car. Max was very polite and helpful with all the information. He also helped me sort out my app. Plus explaining the in car computer. The person I dealt with acted very professionally, was courteous and knowledgeable. The whole process went very smoothly. We were asked if we would like a drink, and everything was explained in detail. The only thing I would have liked was to be able to sign the many signatures on paper, and not on a screen.

My faith in customer service is restored all because of Nigel ! JCB Renault is just professional place to visit. From day one my experience there is always on top. The customer service is just lovely and having my first car service was another experience of meeting lovely and polite people. They took care of everything from the moment I have arrived. It’s literally a case of just bringing your car in and that’s all. After the service was done I have been informed by the customer service team that my car was ready for collection and all paper work was given to me at arrival. Nice and easy explained what was done. In general I do recommend this place. Lovely people, lovely service and as a customer you always feel welcomed and valued.

Came in with a broken down van, dealt with the receptionist who put me onto the service dependent and offered me. Drink. Charlie booked me in and got the guys to look at my van right away so I could get on my way. Haven’t been looked after this well at a main dealer before! Charlie went above and beyond for me and the service from the whole company was amazing. I will now be back for servicing and repairs. Thanks guys!

I don’t normally write reviews, but felt compelled to on this occasion. The service I received from JCB from start to finish was second to none. I was greeted by a lovely young lady, I think her name was Carrie or Cary’s? She made me a lovely hot chocolate while I waited for my service to be carried out. I was looked after by a very friendly and professional woman called Charlie, that kept me updated throughout the entire process. I was so impressed with how I was treated and dealt with. I would definitely recommend JCB Renault, and will be using them again soon to have my brakes done. Keep up the good work guys :)

Purchased myself a Clio on PCP with Callum & was super impressed with the experience from interest to purchase. Callum was super helpful, honest and knowledgeable salesman. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase or PCP a Renault. One of the best customer experiences I’ve received.

We first went to Renault Gillingham and spoke to callam who showed us around some cars and advised us accordingly, he was extremely helpful and when we're not sure if the cars there fitted our needs he suggested a Renault Arkana, which at the time we had never heard of, but it was great and after a couple of test drives we decided that was the one for us. We ordered it with him and he was spot on as to how long it would take etc. When we went to pick up the car, Callum was on his honeymoon ( congratulations Calum to you and your new wife) a lovely gentleman named Max helped us when we went to pick the car up and although there was a small hitch, due to a update Max was great extremely helpful and took his time to show us how everything works in the car, even more helpful the next day when we went back and asked his advice on how to use something. Great service, very helpful. Would highly recommend.

I liked the booking process which was easy and quick. I also like the fact that I have a service plan and that I did not need to pay anything when my car came in for servicing. I didn't get the vehicle health check report when I picked up the car. I assume they just forgot to give it to me at the time as I eventually got it.

I have to hands down give a massive thank you to Charlie who works within the parts department. I needed a battery for my mk4 rs trophy which are extremely hard to get hold of. She not only managed to source the battery but got it in the store within 4 days! So huge thanks to you Charlie and will certainly be back to you guys when in need of a part :).

As a car transport business, we have been to this company numerous times. Plenty of space to load and unload and Charlie makes it easy for me by bringing the car to me or making space for the one I am dropping off. I could not recommend a better place to buy a car from. The service my girlfriend and I got from Max was unmatched, friendly, and knowledgeable. This was my girlfriend's first time buying a car, so she was pretty nervous about it; Max made the whole experience for her relaxed and calm, so she understood everything being done during the process. In my previous experience with dealerships, they always fail to engage or give same level of service that you get when buying, but not staff at JCB Rainham Renault . From start to finish, fully attentive, fantastic staff with genuine after care. Visited JCB Renault in Rainham today and was dubious as had had a bad experince with Motorline Renault in Maidstone. We saw Callum who was professional, honest and easy to deal with. There was no sales'y BS, we was listened to and came away feeling positive about our decisions. I would 100% recommend them, especially if you have previously been put off by Motorline Renault or any other branch. Very friendly to us and my son.

I have just completed the process of buying a new car from this dealership and was very impressed with the service. Connor, the salesman who dealt with my purchase was excellent, he was very personable and helpful with his advice without being pushy. Once the sale had been agreed he continued in this manner, being quick to respond to emails and dealing with any issues in an honest and confident manner.

We went there for a drive experience that didn't take place in the end because of an unexpected change of schedule of which we were not informed. It was a bit disappointing, but Connor went above and beyond to find ways of making the visit worth the time lost and we ended up buying a car instead 🚗 😀 👍🍾

Had an issue with tracking / drifting with my Zoe (sadly after a warranty repair to fix said drift). I had to get an independent tyre supplier to correct it. Yes, I should have got JCB to (re)correct the issue, but I was in the tyre supplier with the car "on the ramps" when they said the tracking was out and I just wanted it fixed there and then rather than spend yet another day at Rainham. Other than that, I found the staff at Rainham to be most helpful, polite etc. etc. I'm sure my issue was a glitch rather than the norm.

From ordering my new Dacia to picking it up, Callum has been absolutely wonderful. There was quite a delay but Callum kept me updated at every stage. I can not fault the customer service that I received and the time and care taken to make sure everything went smoothly. I love my new BLACK Sandero Stepway. I would definitely recommend this showroom to family and friends and I will definitely return.

I would never have thought about going to Renault due to having a VW for the past six years. However when they came up with a great offer I popped in and from the offset they were all very friendly and helpful. Callum was the sales associate that dealt with me and he found me the car that suited what I wanted best and at an amazing price!! He sorted out any extras and even tried to find me one that would be ready earlier. I had my 4 month old with me who was over tired as well and screaming the place down, but the team where all very understanding and the lovely receptionist lady (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) walked my boy around in his pram to help him get to sleep whilst I sorted all my paperwork. Would highly recommended these guys and I’m looking forward to my new car when it arrives ☺️

Absolutely five star from the start. The moment I walked in I was greeted so pleasantly and was made to feel so welcome. There was no typical sales talk that can throw you off guard, no faff and waffle which I got from other dealerships, Max just listened to what I needed and wanted and did his upmost best to provide just that, which Ultimately led me to purchasing my lovely Clio! (Soot) Max and Glen liaised so well with each other and myself I can not fault their service! Glen understood my budget and the urgency in me needing a car, clearly a wiz at his job, came back to me with a figure and we verbally shook hands to go ahead! Any questions I had were answered in-depth, and most importantly I never once felt pressured. Two unbelievably kind gentleman and a pleasure to do business with. And finally A couple of jokes in between the deal led me to a surprise in the boot of my car which almost made me cry 😂 (happy ones of course) I can’t thank you enough.

Excellent service! I bought the car online! When was delivered was exactly as described also had a service been nicely cleaned up and I was pleasantly surprised to find a nice cleaning kit in the boot along side a high vis vest and a torch! The best experience! Glen was brilliant from start to finish he listened to everything I needed in a car after having an awful experience somewhere else a couple of days before. I have removed the negative review because one of the managers called Shane had the decency to explain how this Covid-19 pandemic has seriously impacted their franchise, he treated me like a valued customer unlike other staff there or the area manager. Perhaps Kevin Lynch should take a leaf out of Shane's book instead of justifying a very clear failing. The issue couldn't be solved, however my faith has been somewhat restored after Shane's intervention. The vehicle has been booked into a Renault dealership in South Wales which is not having the issues that South East dealerships would appear to be having.

Just driven away in a 20 reg plate Dacia Duster. I honestly couldn't have got better service or a better deal. From the start to the end of the entire process, the staff have given me the best service I've had in years. My salesman Connor, showed an attention to detail that was really refreshing. JCB are the only Dacia dealers near Maidstone and medway, I fully recommend them.

Went in to part exchange my current zoe for a new one and the customer service was excellent. Was shown a brochure and when ordered the car had the finance broken down and everything explained in detail. Joshua the sales rep was very good and Paul the sales/finance was amazing, they both worked together as first zoe order and would recommend to anyone wanting a Renault.
