If you would like to visit the JCB Renault Ashford dealers in Kent you will find us at The Parade, Orbital Business Park, Ashford, Kent, TN24 0HT. The service centre is easily accessed on the Orbital Business Park, just a couple of miles from the M20 junction 10 or 10A. Ashford International Rail Station is a short taxi ride away. We share the site with JCB Honda and JCB Dacia. There is customer parking on site or at the road side.

on booking my service the receptionist was very polite and helpful despite the computers not working. she gave me a date and time and said she would let me know if it was not convenient once systems were running. on day of service, I arrived to be greeted by sales people who were genuinely helpful (coffee much needed at 8am) the receptionist again, was professional and friendly booking my car in. when the service was completed she was very knowledgable about what my car had been through and when I said the technology was “over my head” she informed me a video was being sent to my email and if I needed anything explained as to get in touch. from start to finish the experience of this service was excellent and I could not recommend Dacia Ashford highly enough.

James was an absolute star from start to finish. Not pushy at all, just wanted to help me out as much as he could. I was unfortunately in a crash which meant the timings of money getting to me from insurance were a bit unclear, James allowed me to pay a deposit and gave me time to sort my finances. When the money came through exceptionally faster than anticipated, James did everything in his power to get the car ready for me ASAP, even though we were anticipating a 2-3 week wait, including communicating with the workshops on his day off. Once a collection time was confirmed, I was picked up from my workplace to save me the walk, which goes to show that his customers satisfaction continues well beyond the actual purchase of the car. All in all I am so impressed by the service I received during this process. Continuous open communication, fast email responses and all in all an incredibly friendly worker who would go above and beyond for any customer. It was almost like car shopping with a friend, as it never felt motivated by selling or by money, just a bit of car chat that ended in me driving away with a car I absolutely love. Some dealerships could take a leaf out of James’ book on that one!! If I could give more than 5* I would. An absolute asset to the team in Ashford!

I popped into Renault to have a look at a Dacia Jogger, and James in there who was a fantastic member of staff showed me around this vehicle then I ended up looking at electric vehicle the Renault scenic The 2024 Car of the year, He explained to me how electric car works on the mobility scheme which was fantastic and I ended up choosing this car, I also took one out for a test drive and I was a little bit longer than the time, but he was absolutely fine with that as he said I need to make sure it was the right vehicle to choose. I have fell in love with the vehicle. Just can’t wait to receive the vehicle and James said that they will do two handovers to me so I know how everything works in the vehicle as there is a lot to learn about that Pacific vehicle. Thank you very much James. You made me feel at ease with going into electric vehicle and you was very helpful. James is an asset to your company especially we’ve given time to customers with Motability needs. I found him very helpful as I’ve been round a few other dealerships where they’ve been not very helpful I cannot thank James enough.

We popped in to Renault, Ashford as my current PCP, with a different main dealer, was coming to an end and I fancied something a little different. I was greeted by James who was helpful and not pushy at all. After looking on the forecourt at 2 different spec Clio's we decided to go for the higher spec, not pushed or persuaded just given advice! Offered a test drive and a no obligation quotation. All paperwork and finance was sorted very efficiently, a full service, valet and health check completed and I was able to collect my new car a few days later. The handover was seamless and he took the time to go through every control and gadget on the new car. I would recommend James and Renault Ashford. Very reasonably priced vehicles with a great selection depending on your requirements.

First class Renault main dealer, from my first phone call to book my van in the ladys service and customer care was perfect, all the people I dealt with from that point could not have been more helpfull and polite, van was diagnosed, parts ordered and repaired in record time with phone calls to keep me informed, I travelled 70 mile round trip to use JCB Renault due to a friends recommendation and I use JCB Cupra for our car, if you need a Renault main dealer make the effort to travel if necessary, I have used other Renault main dealers in the past and they are not like this one!

Collected my new Audi A3 today. Excited was an understatement and I was not left disappointed. The team clearly made every effort to ensure that the car was in pristine condition. Customer service was excellent. Given that this was my first time purchasing a car, I had no idea what to expect. Darryl took the time to explain everything to me and answer my many questions. He was patient, kind and humorous. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend.

A really great experience with buying my new car at Jcb. Elise was very knowledgeable and took her time with my purchase, looking after me the whole way through. I was also introduced to Alice in service as this is where i will be going in the future for looking after my car. Very smiley and lovely girl. We have been visiting lots of dealerships with no particular car in mind, looking for my first Motorbility car. We were served by James M who carefully explained the scheme and listened patiently as I described my needs. He couldn't have been more helpful. We arranged to come back the next day to test drive the two models we had shortlisted. We came the next morning with a clear preference but I had had a fall and was now unable to drive. My partner and I took the cars for a test drive and came back unsure which we preferred and whether we had got the most out of the test drive. James then took my partner on a second test drive explaining all the performance questions we had from our first test drive (hybrid rookies) and we were reassured to know this was the car we wanted. James spent the whole morning with us patiently helping up making our decision and completing the motorbility paperwork. We are so grateful for the attention and time James gave to us and heartily recommend JCB Renault and James to other motorbility customers. I can't wait to receive our new car!

We visited the Ashford branch on a Wednesday without an appointment to enquire about a Motability scheme car. James McGuckin said he was available and asked what we needed from a car. After listening carefully he suggested the Arkana or Austral and then showed us examples of both and advised us on which trim levels had which features for both cars. The encylopedic knowledge that James has of the products and about the Motability scheme is truly impressive. My partner has poor mobility and James was very helpful with getting a suitable chair for her and making sure she was comfortable. James arranged for us to test drive both cars next day which we did. I was unsure and not being confident I understood the technology well enough to get the most out of the Astral James very kindly agreed to accompany me on a second test drive of the Austral and helped me use the technology which swayed my decision in the end. James couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.

well would just like to say a massive thank you Paul Norton at Ashford jcb Renault he has been a star for my wife and I he has guiled us though the purchase of our new Renault astral and been by our side all the wat though my wife has dementia so a little harder to deal with than a normal customer but Paul was there for her ever step right to the end until her new car arrived we new we would have to wait a bit as the color she picked would mean a new delivery from the factory but Paul was again on the phone and giving us up dates week by week and when the car arrived he sat with us going though the what's and when of how best to use the amazing technology the car came with and yes for two 70 year-olds we did need he mass of knowledge about the car "thank you for that Paul" I would like to take this opportunity to tank all the staff at JCB Renault Ashford for looking after both my wife and myself and leading us down the path to the best car we have ever own thank you all

Aron in parts has been absolutely amazing in helping me find the part I need. His impeccable attention to detail, patience and time management is a real asset for the franchise. I have not received such incredible service level from prestige brands which I have over £150k spending history with, totally did not expect this level of service from Aron in Renault! I’m a frequent customer at Renault Ashford parts counter. Both Aaron and Olivia are incredibly helpful, friendly and super patient! I’ve bombarded both of them with constant phone calls and part numbers which they are always happy to help and advise me. The service provided by Aaron and Olivia really is spectacular and no matter how busy they both are, they always have time to help me locate parts for my Renault Megane R26. I really appreciate their help and friendly service they provide - it’s by far the best Renault garage I’ve used during my 7 years of Renault ownership. We had our car serviced here last week and was blown away by the friendliness of the staff from the moment we walked through the door. The young lady that booked us in explained in great detail what to expect and how long the service would take. We were offered tea and coffee, while we relaxed in the comfortable waiting area. Whilst we were waiting we were acknowledged by other staff members. The final bill was explained to me in great detail and there were no hidden surprises. A truly great experience and I would recommend this dealership

Had a car service and when picking up my vehicle, the salesmen had no idea what was involved for the service or bothered to advise a technician who would. Salesman advised me to ring for any enquiries (whilst I’m still stood inside the building), I probably would’ve requested a car repair quote post checks but it wasn’t offered. Lots of dealerships and good mechanics in the area who give a far better post service check/explanation with suggested service repairs. Edit- the car service itself carried out by the mechanics was excellent, just a shame on the face customer service
