As the heatwave hits the UK and temperatures are set to soar into the high 30's - even 40's - this week, we want to reassure our customers that we are doing everything we can to make your visit comfortable.
If you had planned to visit our showrooms but are worried the heat will be too much, please be assured we are doing everything we can to make our interiors cool and comfortable.
Many of our showrooms are air conditioned or with good ventilation from large, open sliding windows (it's how we get access to drive the cars into the showroom display).
All our showrooms have cold, chilled drinks available which are free of charge to our customers.
Please don't leave anyone in a hot car whilst you visit - everyone is welcome inside - we are a dog-friendly environment too. Dog bowls for water are provided at each forecourt and customers often bring their dogs in to the service centres and showrooms.
Don't forget some of our service centres have digital self check-in facilities to reduce waiting times.

If your vehicle is fitted with air conditioning, it is recommended that it be serviced every 2 years to keep it working to optimum efficiency.
This makes sure that the gas that works the system is topped up, checks for leakage and makes sure the system works safely and efficiently. The hoses, compressor and condenser also need to be checked for wear. These components help de-mist your car in the winter weather, so it's important to keep everything running smoothly, whatever the weather.
A 'refresh' can also be carried out in between services. This helps to get rid of any bacteria in the system and keeps you and your passengers fresh, alert and driving safely.
