We recently bought a car from Andrew B at ŠKODA Worthing. His customer service was excellent and he went above and beyond during the whole process. I would highly recommend ŠKODA Worthing and specifically Andrew if you are looking to buy a car.

Just collected a Skoda Elroq from JCB Worthing. Our salesperson Callum Cripps was brilliant and we felt he wanted to get us the best deal possible. Car is a joy to drive and we feel that an EV is a good choice for us.

What a great team! The sales and service teams are so nice and friendly. While I had my car serviced, I spoke to David, who passed me to the Sales Manager Adrian and they did the most amazing deal for me. The electric Elroq was so nice to drive and the deal for September was amazing! I would recommend JCB Skoda at Crawley to everyone.

Excellent service from start to finish, Ben looked after me very well. No pushy sales tactics, very honest and very helpful from start to finish. This dealership has a relaxed approach and following collection of my car Ben was still communicating with me due to a small issue, I have found in the past once you have done the deal you won’t hear from the sales team. Very refreshing dealership to deal with. Thank you.

Fantastic service for my CUPRA, staff were helpful and attentive throughout. Great feedback from the technicians with a video walkthrough of the car and a comprehensive health check. Very speedy, car required oil change and inspection and I was in and out within 2 hrs.

I was recommended to deal with Chris Sawdon when I wanted to buy a used Skoda Karoq. I have to say that Chris did not disappoint. He was very considerate and professional in his approach. I have dealt with quite a few "salespeople" in my life (I'm now 81) and must say that he has that rare ability to listen. Thanks for your help in deciding on the right car for me (and her indoors) Chris. Best Regards Tom.

We had a fantastic experience with the team here - James couldn’t have done more to help us through the process of buying a car. The care we were shown was impeccable and no question was too unimportant. Would recommend without a doubt.

Purchased a Skoda KAMIQ recently and James was the salesman who helped us. We were very impressed with the car (our first Skoda) and the service provided by James. It was our first modern and automatic car and James was very helpful to give us a run through of the car. James was very positive through out, making the purchase very easy. Thank you!
