  Went to the branch on sunday to look at our options and spoke to James. We have had an issue regarding finance we were sold at another dealership and we wanted to know what our options were. James gave us very honest no nonsense advice on our situation and in no way pressured us into moving to a new car with them. It was refreshing and great to have no pressure and no nonsense advice on our situation. Will definitely consider coming back to see James when we are ready to move onto a new vehicle.

  Was advised by an independent VW specialist garage to take my PHEV to a battery specialist to test the battery coolant system pressure and check for faults. A few other garages were not confident they could diagnose the issue, but JCB was super reassuring and had real battery expertise. Great communication. Good turnaround time. Not cheap, but worth it for battery specialists.
