  I would like to update my previous review and sincerely thank JCB Škoda Worthing for the outstanding way they handled my situation. After I dropped my car at the garage last night,I called in the morning and was told that my car had been given first priority and was already being looked after.This made me feel that my issue was being taken seriously,especially because I depend on my car for my work as a taxi driver. When the work was completed,I went to collect my car and the manager,Steve, dealt with me in a very respectful,professional and understanding manner. Steve has been excellent throughout the whole process.He listened carefully,showed genuine concern,remained calm and polite,and tried his best to help me.I truly appreciate his patience,his kindness,and the way he treated me as a valued customer.He is a credit to JCB Škoda Worthing. I was also genuinely surprised and extremely grateful when I was told that,because of the problems I had experienced, the owner had decided to refund all of my money and complete the repair completely free of charge.This was an exceptional and generous gesture.It showed real honesty, responsibility and customer care at the highest level. I also had the opportunity to meet the owner personally I must say he is a fantastic gentleman. He was respectful,approachable,professional and clearly committed to putting customers first.In my opinion,this is the mark of a strong and trustworthy business.Not every company would take responsibility in this way but the owner showed true leadership,integrity and kindness. As a taxi driver,my car is my livelihood,so having my vehicle repaired properly and being treated with such respect means a great deal to me.JCB Škoda Worthing have shown that they are not only a professional dealership but also a company that values its customers,listens to concerns and stands behind its service. I am now very happy, grateful, and fully satisfied with the outcome. I would highly recommend JCB Škoda Worthing to anyone looking to buy a car or service their vehicle. They are respectful, reliable, professional, and genuinely look after their customers. A special thank you to Manager Steve for his excellent support and also a very sincere thank you to the owner for his generosity, fairness, and outstanding customer care. This experience has restored my confidence and I truly appreciate everything they have done for me.

  A big thank you to Andrew! From start to finish of purchasing my new car Andrew answered every question and always came back to me so quickly. I was sent a video of the car I was looking at before travelling down which really helped.   Wasn't a customer. But I was having a nightmare of a journey to work. Petrol tank emptied and battery died whilst waiting for a rescue. In the office chance I went into the garage expecting to be turned away but the mechanic came out. Helped sort me out all the issues. Uncovered an issue with my battery connection which he fixed. And set me off on my way. Didn't ask for anything. Wanted him to charge me. But the gentleman really saved me that day from what was turning out to be an awful start to my day. Forever grateful to them for helping me out of a bind when they had no reason to.

  I can not praise the team at euro skoda enough, especially Josh who went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was back in time for a very important weekend. They managed to do everything required (an almost impossible task given the breakdown which had happened, but they managed it), even cleaning my vehicle and getting it back to me with hours to spare. All whilst keeping me updated throughout the whole process so I knew exactly what was happening. Thank you Josh and team!

  Had a major problem with my Skoda Enyaq. No Skoda Dealer could help nearby. Steve managed to fit me in quickly to identify problem. Repair carried out straight away. Quick, efficient, knowledgeable, helpful service provided. Couldn't fault it. Excellent. I'll continue to use then even though they are 35 miles away from where I live.

  I have just replaced my elderly Freelander with a 2021 Karoq. I could not have asked for better customer service than that which was provided, initially by Rachael on your front desk - I don't think you could have found a better ambassador for Euro Skoda Worthing than Rachael - then by Andrew, courteously and helpfully taking time to explain the paperwork thoroughly. Rachael was SO patient at handover and together, they made the whole trade-in and purchase process very straightforward, so 6/5 stars for both Rachael and Andrew! I had no interaction with other team members, so cannot comment. Thank you to JCB Group, Worthing.
