  I was recommended to deal with Chris Sawdon when I wanted to buy a used Skoda Karoq. I have to say that Chris did not disappoint. He was very considerate and professional in his approach.   Went to the branch on sunday to look at our options and spoke to James. We have had an issue regarding finance we were sold at another dealership and we wanted to know what our options were. James gave us very honest no nonsense advice on our situation and in no way pressured us into moving to a new car with them. It was refreshing and great to have no pressure and no nonsense advice on our situation. Will definitely consider coming back to see James when we are ready to move onto a new vehicle.

  Was advised by an independent VW specialist garage to take my PHEV to a battery specialist to test the battery coolant system pressure and check for faults. A few other garages were not confident they could diagnose the issue, but JCB was super reassuring and had real battery expertise. Great communication. Good turnaround time. Not cheap, but worth it for battery specialists.

  I would like to update my previous review and sincerely thank JCB Škoda Worthing for the outstanding way they handled my situation. After I dropped my car at the garage last night,I called in the morning and was told that my car had been given first priority and was already being looked after.This made me feel that my issue was being taken seriously,especially because I depend on my car for my work as a taxi driver. When the work was completed,I went to collect my car and the manager,Steve, dealt with me in a very respectful,professional and understanding manner. Steve has been excellent throughout the whole process.He listened carefully,showed genuine concern,remained calm and polite,and tried his best to help me.I truly appreciate his patience,his kindness,and the way he treated me as a valued customer.He is a credit to JCB Škoda Worthing. I was also genuinely surprised and extremely grateful when I was told that,because of the problems I had experienced, the owner had decided to refund all of my money and complete the repair completely free of charge.This was an exceptional and generous gesture.It showed real honesty, responsibility and customer care at the highest level. I also had the opportunity to meet the owner personally I must say he is a fantastic gentleman. He was respectful,approachable,professional and clearly committed to putting customers first.In my opinion,this is the mark of a strong and trustworthy business.Not every company would take responsibility in this way but the owner showed true leadership,integrity and kindness.
