We didn't buy our used Skoda from here, but we highly recommend the customer service. It is thanks to Chris and the information and test drive he provided that we decided it was the car for us. We were particular in the colour and year of model and Chris was keeping an eye out for our request, for which we are grateful. We highly recommend the customer service

I was looking for a bigger vehicle and seen one in the website at around 8pm. Wrote a note asking if I could see the vehicle, at 8:30am I get a call from James arranging the test drive. We bought the vehicle that day, with part exchange. James was extremely helpful in helping us with financing options and answering any questions. The only downside is finding place to park as other reviewers mentioned there's A LOT of vehicles on display, which is probably good if you want options. Would definitely recommend!

Staff very nice and helpful, parts advisors sold me a spare wheel I could never get my hands on and they fitted it when I came to collect it too! I was THOROUGHLY impressed with work carried out on my vehicle, SERVICE STAFF WERE SO GREAT! Service advisors really friendly and the mechanics saw my vehicle in early and reported so much I had no idea about and the site had designated parts advisor to run through tyre options with me that saved me a fortune on a premium all season set I wanted. Really happy with thise new site and I will be coming back every year, thank you all!!!

In 2011 we purchased our first Skoda Superb estate from Skoda Crawley. We bought our second Skoda Superb estate from a Skoda dealer more local to us in 2020. After being disappointed with the service we received from them we decided to go back to Skoda at Crawley in early 2025 despite it being further away. We were pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and helpful their service department were and decided to continue to use them for our servicing. In the summer we had reason to make a claim on our extended warranty on our 2020 Skoda which Skoda Crawley dealt with for us without any issues. We then decided to sell our 2011 Skoda as not ULEZ compliant and purchase a new Skoda Superb estate from Skoda Crawley. Chris Sawdon helped us to "build your own car" explaining in detail all the various options so we could make informed decisions as to what we needed. We really felt that we had ordered a car with everything we wanted and this proved to be the ## it arrived. We have been very happy with it. The handover from Chris was 2 hours long and very informative and helpful. It certainly took the stress out of working out how everything works. We had to go back a few weeks later to have a bumper protector fitted and whilst there Chris gladly spent time with us dealing with a couple of enquiries we had - mainly how to play our music from our phones. We will continue to use them and can highly recommend.

Very impressed with the service here - especially from Josh on the service desk, very friendly and polite guy who couldn't do enough to help me. Our first time visiting this garage to get an annoying fault fixed and they also updated a software recall. Very reasonable and brilliant service. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again in future.

Went into Skoda crawley three weeks ago to look for a car for my son. We was welcomed by a lovely gentleman called James Woodard. James answered all our questions and managed to source a car within 4 weeks. He kept us in the loop the whole time. Anyone going into Skoda I would 100% recommend James. I went to Skoda today regarding my elroq and the reception I got when I met Lauren Riddles was absolutely outstanding from the time it went in to when I picked the car up was exceptional. Updates all day regarding what was going on with the car and just the way she made you feel welcomed I really couldn’t rate this lovely lady anymore, nothing was to much. 5 stars all the way

My son is now very happy driving the car he bought from Euro Skoda Crawley last week. The service at the dealership was superb. There are enough staff to ensure that a customer is seen quickly. James Woodard was the salesman who dealt with us. He was polite, friendly and efficient. He listened carefully to my son's requirements, and was able to access all details about the cars in the forecourt via his laptop.

What a fantastic experience! From our initial phone contact, prompt receipt of a video (requested late on a Friday) through to organising and taking a test drive, Chris Sawdon was incredibly helpful, courteous and professional. We bought our Kodiaq from Chris. I have never seen such an excellent, professional, very helpful and knowledgeable salesman. He was explaining everything about the MOT, road tax, general rules in the UK (we are not local) and of course everything about the car and the financing. Just bought a car from Euro Skoda Crawley and had a great experience. Great customer service from James who was also very responsive on email and telephone. The pick up was scheduled for Saturday morning but there was a ## with the paperwork so had to wait until Monday morning. They lent me a (fantastic!) car for the weekend and organised to drop off my car at my chosen location on Monday. Overall felt like a very valued customer!

All repaired now and looks good as new. Thank you Clive, Paul and Steve. Very sorry but I have to leave this negative review. My car went into service for the first time on the 17th June and needed a software update, service and a repair on the charging flap. It took an extra day which was fine however on pick up on the 19th June the chrome trim on both sides of the car and also the rails on the top had chemical stains on them and I pointed them out straight away. They took the car straight away to clean them off. I waited for a couple of hours for this and the car was returned to me in an even worse state! Now with scratches on the trim and paintwork around the trim like someone had cleaned it with a birillo pad. The car was then taken to a body repair company off site and I had to get collected from them to go to work. No car was offered, so far wasted nearly half a day of work. I went back on the afternoon of the 19th to be told its still damaged and the bodyshop could do nothing about it. I was told clearly the Clive and Paul will discuss it and get back to me on the Monday the 22nd/ Tuesday the 23rd. I have phoned and still it has not been resolved as the cleaning company needs to assess the chemicals, why as it still needs repairing! . Its now the 29th June. Just received a call from them that the trims have been ordered and will need all fitting, which will take a couple of days. They seem to be helping to get it sorted now. I will keep you posted. If you do get your car serviced by them tell them not to clean it!

Service Dept is first class. Service Mgr is great. We have two Skoda’s regularly looked after here and we are very pleased. New car sales is another matter. It was like pulling teeth to order a new car via Motability. The Motability specialist didn’t know many things and told us we could have a car next week after showing us one then just as we were about to sign up he said we couldn’t have it! Also didn’t know how to assign a Private Number plate. We were tempted to use another dealer but because of the great service Mgr they have we went back and signed up for another new car on motability. We eventually researched what we wanted on-line. We eventually got there but it was a painful experience with new car sales. Servicing Dept 10/10. New car Skoda Sales 4/10.

Great service, welcoming and friendly. Chris Sawdon was incredibly helpful and patient. He talked us through the car and let us take our time. He was also very knowledgeable about everything and put us at ease as this was our first time looking at an EV. Accompanied test drive was arranged and carried out very effectively. I would definitely recommend.

I purchased a used car from Euro Skoda in October last year. I thought the dealership were very honest and straight to the point. I found Scott to be the goldilocks of salesmen and good to deal with. I would recommend the company to someone considering a VW Group car. The car itself had had everything done on it that could be done. Anything (even if very minor) had been sorted and the dealership were happy to ‘back’ the product with an inclusive used warranty for a couple of years.

Good selection of cars in the show room. Rating a 3 as it was super hot in there and air con wasn't working. Biggest issue was the sales guy didn't know if you could get a Enyaq with no load lip in the boot and said 'go and call the local mobility experts, then come back and tell us if we can help you' 😒 Edit: We went in again and spoke to a lovely chap called Chris who was super knowledgeable, very helpful, and he organised a test drive for us as well as talk us through different purchasing options with motability. Excellent customer service from him. I guess in this branch it really does depend who you speak to.

Extremely easy process to hand over keys for my service, go through the paperwork for the rental car and picking up my cleaned car afterwards. I am a fairly new Skoda owner, having purchased my beautiful Superb estate through a private garage 6 months ago. i took out a Skoda service plan for it and took it to Euro Skoda a few months back for its service and the experience was excellant. Yesterday, I returned to the dealership to get it MOT'd and the experience was outstanding! I was looked after by David Harris - what a charming man and a total credit to Skoda! He could not have done more to be helpful! He even arranged for my car to be washed and hoovered after the MOT for me at no extra cost! The showroom is bright, spotlessly clean and very comfortable chairs to sit on while we waited. The coffee was excellant and you could drink as much as you wanted. I have always hated MOT day, but in future the prospect of it will be much better thanks to Euro Skoda. Nothing is too much trouble for them - all in all, a very satisfied and happy customer..Thank you so much!

Having dealt with Sales Advisor James Woodard who was most helpful considering the current restrictions, I was a little disappointed with handover, cleaning and polishing of my vehicle and damp marks within vehicle (such as seatbelts), plus ignition key needing new battery. Having said that, they were dealing with new plate business.

We went to the garage to look at second hand Skodas, with a vague idea of what we wanted and how much we wanted to pay. What a wonderful pleasant car buying experience! There were no pushy salesman, no trying to sell 'extras' and plenty of time given to listen to our requirements and needs. James was wonderful, sold us the car we wanted and an even better price than we wanted. James also took the time to answer all my questions about various tiny details. After having a pushy experience at another garage (local to home) I decided to go to Euro Skoda Crawley (at least 20mi away). I dealt with James Woodard - what a lovely guy! He was patient with my request, honest and to the point, explained everything and managed to find my perfect first new car. I had to book my Skoda Citigo in for a diagnosis on an oil leak I discovered at the weekend. In less time than it takes to cook a roast dinner it was all done!! The communication is superb, (yes a garage that will actually call you when the work is completed and not leave your car sat there until you loose patience and call after not hearing anything all day). The customer service is exceptional and both Holly and Abbie are a real credit to their profession. A thoroughly enjoyable experience of buying a car. Chris B was professional and helpful beyond belief. Initial contact with my son and then me (from a remote location at the other end of the country) The car was everything I hoped for and a dream to drive. We bought our family car from Euro Skoda recently and I was very happy with the outstanding customer service. I would recommend this place, but especially Chris B. to do business with. He was super transparent and very helpful through the whole process. He followed up on all enquiries before I even had the chance to test drive the vehicle. His clarity and transparent way to do business earned him our trust , event though in the beginning of my search I wanted to go with a different car at a different dealership. Customer service is no.1 nowadays and Chris managed our expectation to a five star. Of course the sales cycle is not over yet and look forward to the after care experience, but so far I would highly recommend Euro Skoda and it`s team.

Nothing but praise for Euro Skoda Crawley! Nothing is too much trouble and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had had my car repaired by my insurer's garage and was not happy with the repair to the door. I took it to Euro Skoda Crawley for them to have a look at it as I did not know what was wrong. I was expecting to pay £££'s, but it was discovered that my insurer's garage had not done the hinges up leaving it in a dangerous condition. They put the door back as it should have been and did not charge me anything at all for the inspection or repair! A special 'thank you' for Holly Greaves who went out of her way to help.

I ordered a Skoda Octavia estate VRS from them and got a very competitive price. I was kept informed of progress on the delivery on a regular basis and the whole process went very smoothly. The quality of service I received was much better than local competitors I had visited and was a key reason for buying from Euro Skoda Crawley in the first place. The service was excellent with great attention to detail . The car was like new by the time they had made good all the little things you expect to see on a used car.Very happy with vehicle. I can't remember any of our question that weren't answered in great detail. If only all car dealers were this good.

My wife's car went in for a routine service and MOT but they found a problem with one of the warning lights which came on without any discernible reason . Whilst it took a week to trace the problem , we did receive a courtesy car and regular updates on the progress which showed a very high level of customer service .
