There was an excellent selection of used cars and we were particularly pleased to find the garage stocks ex motability vehicles. Our choice was a ŠKODA Karoq. Bill Ripley-Duggan made the purchase the smoothest we have experienced. He was friendly but not pushy and we were astonished at how quickly everything was completed. From walking into the showroom on Wednesday the car was prepared and ready for us to pick up on Friday. We were very impressed by the video of the car we received as it was being processed and the communication and follow up. A fantastic showroom and a brilliant all round experience.

Excellent attention to detail by mechanics, getting through on phone is a nightmare and their parking is so tight I worry about my car being damaged. Service team are friendly but I feel limited if I had special requirements eg. Tuning a vehicle or advice on accessories.

This is a very good company with which to do any business. Having moved to Worthing from London a couple of years ago, I was already used to the very good service provided here for my Fabia Estate and therefore felt this was a solid option as a place to buy a Used Skoda Enyaq, as we took the plunge to a fully electric car. The deal had to be done quickly once we had decided to do it, and Bill and Harry pulled out the stops to have the car valeted and ready for us in quick time and the care taken over handover was exemplary. After taking the car away I became aware of an issue with an area of paintwork and when I raised this there was no attempt to question my perceptions. Instead there was a complete commitment to getting the issue professionally fixed to an as-new standard at the garage's expense. This was a completely satisfactory outcome and the car is perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend this company as a place to buy either a new or used vehicle. Plus, Skoda cars are fantastic so having a dealership in Worthing is a big asset to the town

Having had problems with a new Skoda bought from another dealer, I phoned Euro Skoda to see if they could help me solve the problems the other dealer seemed reluctant to spent time looking into. James immediately offer to help when I had explained the issue on the phone, and when I came into the offices spent 90 minutes with me, the service team and various phone calls to bits of Skoda UK trying to solve the problem. I couldn't have asked for a better response, and when the problem finally couldn't not be solved as it was an issue with Skoda UK mismarketing features the car couldn't actually support, but it appeared to do so in the advertising and sales material, he was as angry as I was and remonstrated with Head Office. Felt like I really had someone on my side, and remember he had not sold me the car, he was just trying to help with no gain personally for him. Good job Euro Skoda! :) I look forward to a long relationship with you taking care of my new car.

My experience at Euro Skoda was pleasant. My encounter with Wayne - one of the sales representatives was pleasant and professional and a friendly fellow. He has an indepth wealth of knowledge of the Skoda vehicles. The entrance into their car parking bays was a little crammed but they do have high visibility disabled parking bays. The entrance into the showroom is wide enough for wheelchair users without causing any problems or issues for the wheelchair user. That said Euro Skoda also offer a free in-house Wi-Fi connectivity for their customers in the waiting area. The showroom is pretty looking and my brief interaction with other members of staff was pleasant. The one thing I was most impressed with was when I asked for the number for their local taxi service, one particular personnel knew the number at a heart beat. I thought that in itself was impressive. And i dont impress easy. These guys are informed and they know their business and their numbers. Highly recommended, nice people to do business with.

Standard fourth service for our Roomster - nothing unusual to be done. We arrived early and were met immediately, and contacted early afternoon to advise the car was ready. Was met immediately we arrived, talked through the points of the service. Cost was slightly less than I expected. Car was clean to collect, although we did deliver it clean. No problems, so they will do the next one

Ok so I do not do reviews and this will probably my one and only, but the service was sooooo fantastic I had to do this! So panic stations on a Friday night, we have a major knocking on the car only a month ago had the MOT along with a wheel bearing and bump stops and no advisories (so it had to be something Skoda had done during the work???Right???). So Saturday morning we were straight down to Skoda for them to look into the noise as we thought it was a problem from when the bump stops were replaced. Unfortunately this was not the case, but they did say that replacing the bump stops my have compounded the issue!!! Because of this they met us halfway, we paid for parts but not labour but the parts would not be with them until Tuesday and no replacement car in the meantime. I work in hove and it would have been extremely difficult without a car from Worthing, so they said leave it with us. When he came back they had found some parts that would fit but were not genuine Skoda parts; but made by the same people and they were local. We agreed that we were happy with that and they went and collected the parts rather than waiting the hour for the company to delivery it. They collected the parts and fitted them there and then, when I say there and then it took two hours but they did it and I could not have been more grateful!!! All the staff were professional, friendly and very kind. They went to great lengths with their customer service and I could not have asked for anything more. I will definitely be going back to Worthing Skoda for the next service without a doubt. Thank you for your understanding and extremely quick and efficient service.
