SEAT e-HYBRID Customers Are Now Eligible For The Electric Vehicle Homecharge Scheme

• e-HYBRID customers can now get £350 towards the cost of their home wall box
• SEAT UK recommends Pod Point as a recommended supplier

Customers who purchased or are in the process of purchasing an e-HYBRID are now eligible for the £350 Electric Vehicle Homecharge Scheme (EVHS) grant towards the cost of a home wall box to charge their car. Pod Point is SEAT’s recommended supplier but customers can choose from any office for Low Emission Vehicles (OLEV) approved suppliers and installers. The cost for a 3.6KW Pod Point wall box is £849 (inc. VAT and installation), reducing to £499 with the EVHS grant. This wall box will fully charge an e-HYBRID battery in around three and a half hours. If you wish to future proof your home for future electric vehicle ownership, you can choose to invest in a wall box with higher charging capacity.

The grant is available to UK residents if they:

• Have proof of ownership or lease of an approved full-electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle
  or proof of such a vehicle being on order (new or used)
• Have designated private off-street parking
• Use a supplier approved by OLEV (view a list here)
