Visitors coming from the Dartford area or south-east London by car should leave the M25 at Junction 2 and take the eastbound A2 in the direction of Canterbury. Leave the A2 at the Northfleet/Gravesend West junction, following the B255 toward Greenhithe, Bluewater and Swanscombe. Turn right at the junction with the A226 (heading in the direction of Gravesend, Swanscombe and Northfleet), and continue on this road for two miles. Overall, my experience with the Kia Ebbsfleet has been positive. Everything was done as it should be — the service was completed properly, and the staff were professional and courteous. However, one important piece of advice for future customers: book your service online. I was surprised to learn that booking over the phone can cost significantly more. For example, the same service that costs £217 when booked online jumps to £309 if you book it over the phone — that's an extra £92 for no added benefit. So while I’m happy with the quality of the service itself, I strongly recommend using the online booking system to avoid unnecessary charges.

Matt, Carly and all the service team were extremely helpful, understanding and supportive with what turned out to be a major battery problem. I have been having problems with my car (exhaust which is commonly found in diesel cars). I spoke to Carly and she told me to drive each week on the motorway for about 40 mins at a higher rev to produce a regen myself. It clears up the soot. That was so helpful. I spoke to a company and they were quoting me for £400. If the issue still persists, she said to book in and have the problem resolved for £144 for each regeneration. Thank you so much Carly.

I was looking for a replacement used car in a hurry. I searched the Internet for the brand and model I was interested in and found one at JCB KIA Ebbsfleet. Not on my doorstep as I was not local to Kent at alll. I sent off a chat enquiry in the evening and was astonished to receive a reply asking for more details and assuring me someone would contact me the next day. I not only received an email from Daniel, he also did a personal video tour of the car pointing out the main features and the wee bits of wear and tear I should be aware of. This was so helpful and also so reassuring that I would be getting the very best customer service from a representative I could trust. The car was a competitively priced with relatively low milage and in very good condition. When visiting the dealership, Daniel talked us through the details of payment, warranty etc and then took us on a test drive. Everything was agreed and the online 'paperwork' completed quickly including delivery to my home. A totally pain free, easy process. I was confident I was receiving a great car for a good price. Literally one of the best services I have ever used with a car dealership. Took my broken down car in immediately. Looked after it for nearly 5 weeks. Sorted with Kia HQ a courtesy car as I was having issues getting a response. They kept me updated at all stages and returned the car quickly with a full debrief and breakdown of what happened. The car was immaculate and drives like a dream now. Sam in the service department was incredible and so sympathetic. I will be using this garage and changing from my usual place. My wife delt with Mark V, there was no hard sale, he gave what we expected for a part exchange vehicle. I rang JCB Kia Ebbsfleet for background information about a nearly new Kia Ceed Sportswagon in First Edition trim with auto gearbox which I found via the internet. Great show room, great sales staff, no pressure. On second visit ordered a top spec Sorrento. And now 3 years later just ordered my second vehicle. Just used for a service today again was expected on time shown free drinks (worst part of dealership is the coffee) would recommend take your own if you can. Service finished on time. As I was waiting was asked if I would like it to be washed or if I wanted to go asap.
