He kept me updated throughout the process, explaining each stage. On pick up he went over and above to make sure I was all set up with my new car and even helped me put in the baby car seat! I used JCB Ebbsfleet for the first time this week having my car serviced. I am so impressed with the booking system , the lady that I booked in my car with ( sorry forget your name) was so helpful and polite , followed up with a conformation text message. On the day the drop off was so easy , had a waiting appointment had a nice cup of coffee while I waited , the car was serviced quickly,washed and dried for me , I will definitely be back and could not reccomend them highly enough.

We had a recall on one of our cars, we rang Northfleet and spoke to a really helpful lady who booked it in for us as urgent as we had sold the car, spoke to Matt when we came in also really efficient job completed quickly while we waited. We initially rang KIA at Sidcup bearing in mind it was recall they said they could do the job until November 2025!!!

Overall, my experience with the Kia Ebbsfleet has been positive. Everything was done as it should be — the service was completed properly, and the staff were professional and courteous. However, one important piece of advice for future customers: book your service online. I was surprised to learn that booking over the phone can cost significantly more. For example, the same service that costs £217 when booked online jumps to £309 if you book it over the phone — that's an extra £92 for no added benefit. So while I’m happy with the quality of the service itself, I strongly recommend using the online booking system to avoid unnecessary charges.

I recently bought a used car from JCB Ebbsfield that I found on autotrader. I got in touch with Daniel Bates from JCB and he literally couldn't have been more helpful and patient. It was my first time buying a car on the internet and I bombarded Dan with questions at times but he never lost his cool. 5 stars all around!

Kia Ebsfleet came up trumps when I had to get my e-Niro in a workshop at very short notice and my usual dealership had no space. Matt, Carly and all the service team were extremely helpful, understanding and supportive with what turned out to be a major battery problem. They co-ordinated with Kia UK and my leasing company to find a way to fix it, without breaking the bank, given the initial costs. Glad to say I had a very happy ending that benefits me and other e-Niro owners unlucky enough to face the same issue. If I could leave 6 stars or more I would. Highly recommended.

ozzie is the best salesman i have met hes so kind hes not pushy like other places i did come down to look at a skoda but it was not for me but i asked if they had a sportage to my liking and he did. took it out for a spin i loved it ! and brought it his customer service is fantastic thanks again ozzie !!

I have been having problems with my car (exhaust which is commonly found in diesel cars). I spoke to Carly and she told me to drive each week on the motorway for about 40 mins at a higher rev to produce a regen myself. It clears up the soot. That was so helpful. I spoke to a company and they were quoting me for £400. If the issue still persists, she said to book in and have the problem resolved for £144 for each regeneration. Thank you so much Carly.

Ozzie is the best Salesman anyone could wish for. He's kind, gentle and not at all pushy. He's very informative and allows his customers to take a relaxed look around. Once you've chosen, he is incredibly efficient and everything he promises gets delivered. I took my KIA Niro for a service and MOT today(30/09/2024). Excellent customer service, Sapphire communicated well. I had an acceleration issue with my car and i called Kia Ebbsfleet for guidance. I spoke to simon brett and he advised that i bring the car to the dealership. Sapphire in service reception asked gary (Master tech) to look at it straight away. Within an hour of me having the problem it was fixed under warranty! Absolutely amazing! Thank you very much for making what should have been a nightmare into a good experience.

Had a recall on my KIA vehicle, my car is a year old and the dealer I bought it from had closed down and forwarded me to JCB. JCB Ebbsfleet got my car in quickly and performed the recall, they were very courteous etc, bearing in mind I didn't buy the car from them they were great and will definitely be using them in the future.

We dropped in to JCB as it was time to change Picanto bought in 2015 from this dealer. We came away delighted with a superb NIRO. The whole process was gently, quickly and efficiently processed by Ozzie Osman. Have to compliment him on his helpfulness throughout and the detailed handover, especially as this car is way more advanced than the previous one. This dealer has always been a good service centre so we'll be back for that service.

I had a problem with my Sportage. I took my car to the Kia team at Ebbsfleet on Monday, turning up unannounced Sapphire booked my car in. My car was repaired before close of play on the same day which allowed me to do the food bank run the following morning. Wow, incredible service from JCB KIA Ebbsfleet. My car had broken down and Kia explained there were no available bookings until the first week of January 2024. However they managed to find the time in their busy diary (at least 2 weeks earlier than expected) to repair my car fully. With local garages to me stopping servicing my type of vehicle (even after I’d bought it from them) I was a little annoyed finding out I’d have to travel to Ebbsfleet to get my car serviced. However, I’m so glad I did. From start to finish, Sam Johnson has been helpful, informative, fair and communication has been excellent. Sam even organised a courtesy car for me when we found out that I’d need a little extra work and the car would have to stay with the garage for a few extra days. Think it may have new owners unsure used last year was amazing attitude with amazing staff well informed about your car service side of it even offered complimentary wash I declined but was a nice touch... This year lost its sparkle normal dealership think next year look around but over all can't complain... Needed some extra service parts parts guy is still same fella really good and super quick... As for sales can't comment did not buy from here...

Nice well presented kia dealer..my first experience at a kia dealer... Arrived for oil service on my kia sportage while I wait,nice showroom... Lady behind desk (blonde hair) should have got her name was very professional and friendly explained everything in great detail I will definitely be using the dearlship again if only on professional attitude Also has a parts department where you can order touch up pens and service parts never got his name but also very helpful and professional overall a great experience Only improvement I would suggest is a sign above the parts department desk as had to ask if they had one small detail.

I was looking for a replacement used car in a hurry. I searched the Internet for the brand and model I was interested in and found one at JCB KIA Ebbsfleet. Not on my doorstep as I was not local to Kent at alll. I sent off a chat enquiry in the evening and was astonished to receive a reply asking for more details and assuring me someone would contact me the next day. I not only received an email from Daniel, he also did a personal video tour of the car pointing out the main features and the wee bits of wear and tear I should be aware of. This was so helpful and also so reassuring that I would be getting the very best customer service from a representative I could trust. The car was a competitively priced with relatively low milage and in very good condition. When visiting the dealership, Daniel talked us through the details of payment, warranty etc and then took us on a test drive. Everything was agreed and the online 'paperwork' completed quickly including delivery to my home. A totally pain free, easy process. I was confident I was receiving a great car for a good price. I was passed to this garage by Kia HQ after another Kia garage refused to help and turned me away. JCB Kia could not have helped anymore. Literally one of the best services I have ever used with a car dealership. Took my broken down car in immediately. Looked after it for nearly 5 weeks. Sorted with Kia HQ a courtesy car as I was having issues getting a response. They kept me updated at all stages and returned the car quickly with a full debrief and breakdown of what happened. The car was immaculate and drives like a dream now. Sam in the service department was incredible and so sympathetic. I will be using this garage and changing from my usual place. JCB Kia have redefined customer service for me. Look forward to using them again.

Car broke down on M25, my local Kia dealership could not take the car but Kia Ebsfleet could. The car was looked at speedily and repaired under Warranty with no issues and I was kept upto date during the process. Would recommend this garage, just a pity it's too far out of my way. When ever I visit JCB KIA Ebbsfleet, I am always made very welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Especially the service dept. I recently visited due to a damaged tyre. Ozzie was absolutely incredible! We had a personalised plate to surprise my father in law with and he went above and beyond to make sure it was a surprise. We brought a Sportage on the 5th March and traded in our Vauxhall, they were going to clear the outstanding finance but as of today it still hasn’t been paid , I have had to make another payment in the meantime and in about 16 days they want the final balloon payment, this has been very stressful and we love the car but not happy about paying for the new car as well as the old one ☹️

This is the second KIA we have bought from KIA Ebbsfleet, a Stonic and on the 1st March 2021 a Picanto gtline. My wife delt with Mark V, there was no hard sale, he gave what we expected for a part exchange vehicle. The following day I travelled 90 miles with my wife for a test drive and further discussions. Mark very honestly explained his ‘special’ interest in selling this particular motor. We came to an amicable agreement and a few days later I became the proud new owner. Having a poor experience in past years of car salesmen who often were pushy making it very clear that they were to meet their sales targets. My experience after dealing with JCB KIA Ebbsfleet was a very pleasant experience. A calm professional atmosphere and the Sales Executive Harry Foster gave helpful advice and was very patient in answering those silly questions. The new car, a Kia Sportage I purchased has gone way beyond my expectations. After speaking to friends I have also had many reports of a good sales and aftersales experience at this dealership.

Great show room, great sales staff, no pressure. On second visit ordered a top spec Sorrento. And now 3 years later just ordered my second vehicle. Just used for a service today again was expected on time shown free drinks (worst part of dealership is the coffee) would recommend take your own if you can. Service finished on time. As I was waiting was asked if I would like it to be washed or if I wanted to go asap.
