At the JCB Group we always like to come up with new ideas to help our customers' vehicle purchase experience to be easier and stress-free.

That's why we've introduced the 'Vroom' service. You can now collect your new vehicle from a JCB Group dealership of your choice - no matter from which site you purchased it.

You'll be able to do your handover at the chosen dealership and take delivery of your chosen car or van. This service is provided at no extra cost.

With showrooms across Kent and Sussex we now have a large number of branches for you to choose from. We want you to be completely satisfied with your JCB Group vehicle purchase. Sometimes the logistics of picking up a car or van can put you off buying too far from your local area. Using JCB Vroom means you can get the vehicle you really want at the JCB location that's really near.

- I've seen a great Renault car I like, but it's located in Ashford and I live in Crawley.
  No problem, when you purchase your Renault, our Renault Sales Executive or JCB Group Driver will bring your car to your nearest dealership - maybe Euro SEAT Crawley? - and complete the handover and paperwork there.
  As long as your chosen hand-over branch is within the JCB Group network, we can meet you there!
- Will this service cost me extra money?
  No, we offer this service free of charge.
- If I live further away than the JCB Group branches can I still have the car delivered?
  Yes, we offer a nationwide UK mainland delivery service, but there is a charge by mileage. Please ask us for more details.
