The JCB Group Service Plan Range

The easy way to budget for the care of your vehicle

We want your vehicle ownership to be trouble and worry free. So, we have developed the JCB Group Service Plan Range to help you budget for your servicing so that you can avoid any future unexpected costs. You can pay for your chosen Service Plan upfront, or by monthly Direct Debit and enjoy a 10% discount off our standard retail service prices*.

The plans are available to all customers with the purchase of any new or approved used car, or any car recently serviced^ at any JCB Group branch.  There are now 3 types of plan, one for electric vehicles, one covering all other powertrains and one for Alpine brand sportscars.

The JCB Service Plan is available across all JCB Group car brands, please contact your local dealership direct for more information.

Terms & Conditions
*Prices shown already include the 10% discount. ** Excludes any DSG or any other gear box oil, brake fluid oil and Haldex oil changes. Based on a 3 year service plan contract. *** /~During normal service opening hours, at branch onsite workshops. ****Subject to conditions, does not include Xenon headlamps, sealed/complete units or interior lights. ^Refers to free MOT tests on cars only. Must be completed at at JCB Group branch. No re-imbursement for MOTs completed elsewhere. ^^includes VAT but excludes £25 administration fee.

JCB Service Plans are not available on vehicles with engines over 2.0 litres plus Volkswagen R32s, Touareg any vehicles over 2.0 litres, Volkswagen Crafter, Amarok, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, X-Class, Citroën Relay, Mitsubishi L200, Shogun, Kia Stinger, commercial vehicles and any converted vehicles. It is not available for taxis or couriers. For vehicles with engine sizes larger than 2.0 litres, please check with the branch for eligibility.

This plan covers 3 services over 3 years, unless otherwise stated. The plan is non-refundable and customers wishing to cancel must give the JCB Group 93 days notice. The plan can be transferred to another vehicle, details will need to be sent to the plan administrator, there is an admin charge of £25 at each set up. Renewals to the plan are dealt with centrally by the plan administrator at JCB Group Head Office.

^^For Kia cars this plan is only available from model year 2022.  Mazda cars are excluded from this plan.
