  Took my Honda CRV to JCB Ashford as the engine under panel had come loose and was damaged. Expected a large bill for replacement but they managed to repair it under my service plan Very impressed, very pleased, brilliant service from friendly staff, especially Alice on reception.

  Wonderful and helpful staff. On our way to our holiday cottage we got a tyre pressure notification. JCB Honda Ashford was the nearest Honda dealer and I'm glad it was. Told the staff that we were on holiday and just a few minutes later the car was in the shop. Luckily it was nothing serious and we were on our way in less than half an hour free of charge. Thanks so much again for your time and help.

  Receptionist was very helpful polite and smiled. Good asset to the company especially when she is the face one sees and interacts with most. Happy with the service and repair I received. Got charged for what was done with no hidden extras. Can't fault JCBWill always take the CRV back to them for service and repair.

  I visited this showroom during late September. I test drove a Honda jazz hybrid and was given a full explanation of the car and it's design and fittings as well as an explanation of purchase prices and differing formats for purchasing the car. I was treated politely and given all the help I needed.
