  Went in for a service and everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Charlie was especially lovely, going above and beyond. Not just with helping us with the service, but also friendly conversation, aiding with mobility since my mum is disabled and in a wheelchair, and then there was how she was helping us with other information like other services and places to go for tyre replacements. Truly exceptional and very friendly. Infectious energy, really. Easy 10/10

  Brilliant service brilliant reception staff, including Nikki diddams who helped me out and made sure my van was serviced 100% and help me out on the quote and price I will always go back and take my van there as it drives a lot lot better as near as perfect again and I’ve never use another garage.   Dropped car off for service at 8am, which often means you get a call at 4:30pm to say it’s ready, but pleasantly surprised to get a call at 9:30am to say all done and ready to be picked up.

  I was happy with this visit. Charlie and Rebecca were friendly. When I returned to collect my car, Charlie saw me trying to find somewhere to leave the loan car I had and came to take to park it out in their back car park. The service was carried out, and the brakes were investigated as the have always felt a bit odd in my Citroen e-c4. I spoke to the technician who worked on my car, and was reassured with what he had done to investigate the issue. The car did feel very different when I drove it home. Thank you!
