Went in for a service and everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Charlie was especially lovely, going above and beyond. Not just with helping us with the service, but also friendly conversation, aiding with mobility since my mum is disabled and in a wheelchair, and then there was how she was helping us with other information like other services and places to go for tyre replacements. Truly exceptional and very friendly. Infectious energy, really. Easy 10/10

I would like to thank Gary and the team, for their excellent customer care during my recent MOT and service. Booking a date was so easy and the team were very helpful by calling me about any issues. When I visited the service department everyone was very attentive and approachable and made you feel like a valued customer.

I was happy with this visit. Charlie and Rebecca were friendly. When I returned to collect my car, Charlie saw me trying to find somewhere to leave the loan car I had and came to take to park it out in their back car park. The service was carried out, and the brakes were investigated as the have always felt a bit odd in my Citroen e-c4. I spoke to the technician who worked on my car, and was reassured with what he had done to investigate the issue. The car did feel very different when I drove it home. Thank you!

Had my car serviced there 3 times nice friendly clean waiting area with coffee facilities. I've dealt with Charlie who I always find polite helpful plus use of the great little Zoe electric with full charge. I have been here a few more times than I would like to be with my Citroen e-c4, and I get that people normally post if they have something to moan about but, I have been pleased every time I have visited. I have an early model of the car and get that there may be things that flag up sometimes! I’ve been able to get either a waiting appointment or a car for the day while mine is in, with what I deem a reasonable time frame. Charlie on the service dept has kept me informed and been pleasant each time, which given how it always seems sooooo busy when I have been in is very refreshing. Thank you. I mean this in the nicest possible way, I hope I don’t have to come back to visit too soon. 😊

Excellent experience with the parts department from Tim & Kevin needed a part for my wife’s Clio which they found & quoted on the spot. Also needed the radio code as the battery had been changed. Emailed the V5 document to Kevin who emailed the code back within 1/2 hour. I wish all dealerships were this efficient.

We had a really great experience buying our Citroen C3 Aircross recently with JCB Rainham. The customer service was great, especially thanks to Callum West who has gone above and beyond making sure we are 100% happy with our car. You don’t hear it often about car showrooms and car salesmen but it was honestly a real pleasure doing business with JCB Citroen Rainham. Max, the new car salesman and Nigel, the manager were first class and I feel went the extra mile to ensure that we were completely satisfied with our purchase. We had originally ordered a Dacia but unfortunately our 14 year old car died on us before the order came through and we weren’t able to wait any longer for a replacement. In our search we also found another car which I fell in love with. Nigel understood our predicament and the lovely Max even run up to the other JCB branch (on a very hot day) and brought the car down down to us for a test drive. Needless to say we now driving our lovely new car. I would not hesitate in recommending this branch to family and friends or indeed anyone - Nigel and Max are not your typical stereotype car salesmen. They are very approachable, friendly and above all professional with the customers interest at heart. This was the first but by no means the last time we will do business with JCB Rainham. We recently bought a car from here. Our salesperson was Connor Carpenter. He was respectful and helpful all the way through. After putting down the deposit, we decided to get a personalised number plate. Connor helped us glide through the process seamlessly, so we were able to drive away with our new number plate in situ. We wouldn't have any hesitation about using them again.

Great service from Max throughout the process of buying our new e-C4. Attention too detail was given to our needs and what we was looking for regarding this car. Car was delivered a little later than planned but this was due to Citroën changing the model we were originally going to buy to a new version but this was communicated to us from the dealership. I have just bought a beautiful second hand DS5 from JCB Citroen Rainham. All the staff and the mechanics I came into contact with were really friendly and helpful. My old car a Citroen C5 estate had died on me and I had it recovered to this garage. Where they had the DS5. So needing a new car I test drove the DS5 and was smitten. I was dealt with by Glen who was so helpful, caring and knowledgable. A really lovely guy. I would recommend this business to everyone. The whole experience was an absolute pleasure. Collected my wife’s new car today ( used c3 aircross ) had to reserve online due to covid, our sales contact Glen Duck Was excellent going above and beyond, sent photos of the seats folded, and even arranged for a demonstrator car to be parked outside our house so we we could see the seats folded,(for the dogs) Glen arranged the test drive when the showroom opened, answered all our questions, and at no time did we feel pressured. We have bought 4 cars from this showroom over the years, all cars being serviced there too. Once again our experience was exceptional. Thank you Glen for making our new car purchase so pleasurable. Very Covid-friendly. Dealt with by the best salesman ever, Connor Carpenter, who made the whole experience as straightforward as possible. He was kind, caring and understanding, as I was really worried about being in a public place because I am extremely, clinically vulnerable and have barely left my home since last March. Alongside that he was quick and efficient and dealt with all my queries very satisfactorily. This is the 4th time in a row that I have used this dealership to purchase my Motability car and although we have always received good care and attention, I would like to say that Connor is by far, the best of all, If there are ever any awards given in recognition of good service, I would like to recommend Connor as a worthy candidate. By the way, this is also the fourth Citroen C4 Picasso Grand I have purchased and it is a first rate car.

I have just purchased my dream car from Glen , he has been brilliant from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble, to get my dream car to me as i live miles away from them. I didn't think it would happen and through a lockdown too but it did and Glen explained everything every step of the way to make the transition of old car to new go as smoothly as possible. He also had that go that extra mile mentality of creating promo videos and videos to help with all the signing over which I thought was amazing.

I have purchased 2 second hand cars from Citroen in Rainham, almost 2 years apart. I had my car MOT and serviced at Citroen and went back with any damage I received in between from other drivers and street parking. I found the body shop team and service centre to be fair and professional and dealt with my problems in a friendly and timely manner, I could not fault them. The manager, Glen, was fantastic on both occasions, and remembered me the second time I went back. I took 2 people along who know cars inside out from a professional viewpoint and Glen showed his knowledge of the car and the model in detail. The paperwork completion was achieved quickly and I came away feeling very happy. I returned the second time because of the service I received first time from Glen and the service teams. Thank you.

The first service in my Berlingo van. They have excellent social distancing measures in place. Handy for me as I'm shielding, but felt happy and comfortable. Polite service took keys and as I was waiting gave me update of the time it would take. They as good as their word at 10 o'clock van pulled out of sevice bay. Paid the bill with minimal contact. Advised as to next year's service options. Very happy with a very professional service. Parking is easy there . And customer toilets spotless. Many thanks John

Took my Motobility car to them for new beepers fitted in the front when the original set failed. Very professional and helpful. The parts were painted to match the car. When I collected the car it had been washed and vacced and gleaming. Not my first visit but each time my vehicle was handed over clean and expert work carried out. Free coffee and comfortable waiting area, toilet facilities spotless, Would recommend this dealership anytime..

Showroom is bright and airy, nicely set out. Staff very knowledgable. No 'hi-pressure' selling whatsoever. My wife says its very female friendly. Had our servicing done here since 2001. Always high quality work at reasonable cost. (No "imaginary faults" tricks that other dealers try and pull). 10 out of 10 for Motability service too!

Glen Duck was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient and so pleasant to deal with. The sales people in general are not pushy and give you space to look around without 'pouncing' the moment you show any interest. Recently bought a used C4 Picasso from Callum, it needed a few things doing to it. Callum personally oversaw that everything was done to a high standard, requesting the car was worked on only when he was there to ensure he was happy with everything before the car came back to us. Brilliant from the start From the time we decided to go to hidsons to look at a c4 to get the feel for it we were not harrassed into buying or pushed into a decision like other dealers we've been to. The salesman Dan was extremely helpful from the moment we met him can't fault hidsons and there friendly staff.
