The Volkswagen ID. Cross is an upcoming compact electric SUV that expands Volkswagen’s electric range into the small SUV segment. Positioned between smaller electric hatchbacks and larger electric SUVs, it is designed to combine urban-friendly dimensions with SUV versatility. The production model is expected to arrive in 2026, following the earlier concept reveal. This car will be available from JCB Volkswagen Ashford, Medway, Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells.

The Kia PV7 

Designed as a medium-sized electric van, the PV7 is set to enter the UK’s biggest-selling van segment, offering businesses and fleet customers a new all-electric option for everyday commercial use. The PV7 has initially been unveiled in Long form, measuring 5,350mm in length. Kia plans to offer a wider range of body styles to suit different business requirements. The full PV7 range is expected to include standard length, long length, high roof, chassis cab, cargo van, passenger van and a wide range of conversion models. One of the key highlights of the new Kia PV7 electric van is its potential driving range. Kia says the PV7 could offer nearly 300 miles of range, helping to make it a practical option for businesses covering longer distances. A strong electric range could be particularly beneficial for commercial customers, reducing the need for frequent charging stops during the working day and making the transition from conventional vans to electric models more convenient.
