The family-owned group achieved a top 30 place at the inaugural Surrey, Kent & Sussex 250, a prestigious business league table which recognises the 250 high-achieving, privately-owned businesses and corporations in Surrey, Kent and Sussex ranked by growth in turnover, staff numbers and exports.
Recognising the successful vision of Managing Director Jonathan Bischoff who founded, and still leads, the company, the award is testament to the group’s commitment to first-class customer service.
Jonathan said: “My team understand that buying a motor vehicle, be it car or van, can often seem daunting. Since JCB Group’s inception, over 20 years ago, we’ve focused on good old-fashioned service in supporting motorists, where people are looked after. The independently owned JCB Group now employs over 400 staff throughout Surrey, Kent and Sussex. The Head Office is based at JCB Medway Volkswagen on the Gillingham Business Park.
