Kent, Sussex and Surrey based motor group, The JCB Group, is preparing to catapult itself into the top 50 UK dealership groups after adding yet another accolade to its collection.
In this past week, the family-owned motor group achieved 36th place, therefore runner-up, at the MegaGrowth 50 awards, a prestigious business league table which recognises the 50 fastest-growing, privately-owned businesses in Kent ranked by growth in turnover, staff numbers and exports.
It follows reaching 29th place in the inaugural Surrey Kent & Sussex 250, a prestigious customer-influenced, privately-owned business league table, earlier in the year and reaching 76th place in the Automotive Management (AM) 100, which ranks the UK’s largest franchised motor dealers by turnover.
The recent glut of accolades recognises the successful vision of Managing Director Jonathan Bischoff who founded, and still leads, the company and is testament to the group’s commitment to first-class customer service.
Jonathan said: “Buying a car or van can be very daunting, but my team understand that and since JCB Group’s inception, now some 25 years ago, we’ve focused on good old-fashioned service in supporting motorists, where people are looked after. With the cost-of-living crisis, we are seeing customers concentrating their purchases around vehicles which are economical and offer value-for-money. We offer some of the best vehicles in the business, which firmly fit this recipe. With our influence and reach in the automotive industry firmly covering all of parts of the South East, while offering a price match service and UK mainland delivery for the savvy online shopper; we’re becoming a first-stop for many customers in a difficult market.
“It’s a formula that continues to work, with our AM100 placing moving from 82nd in 2021 to 76th this year.”

The independently owned JCB Group now employs over 350 staff throughout Kent, Sussex and Surrey.
