Went to view a specific car i had been looking at on Autotrader, I went to the dealer without an appointment & unfortunately the car was not available to test drive as it had not been inspected yet however after viewing the car & discussing my trade in & figuring out a deal i was able to test drive an almost identical car to get a feel for it, i left a deposit subject to a test drive on the car to reserve it, a week later I was able to go back & test drive the car & it was a faultless test drive, the car had also been detailed so it looked like new & was ready for collection, Mike was a great salesman, very knowledgeable & patient & kept me informed with when the vehicle went through the workshop to be inspected & when it was ready for me to come back to test drive, so far I have had the car a couple weeks & I am very happy with it.

I recently bought a used 2023 Mazda and had a great experience with Zeke. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. He took the time to answer all my questions and kept me updated throughout. Really happy with the service and the car — I’d definitely recommend Zeke if you’re buying from Mazda.

JCB Ashford Orbital Mazda is our local dealer, we have a 2019 MX5RF and have warranty work and servicing carries out there. Generally very good experiences, Shaun on the service desk is great and very helpful, but there are a few general niggles. Firstly, they can be difficult to contact by phone, there doesn’t seem to be a receptionist to answer and direct calls, just a phone menu, and then your call can ring and ring for ages without being answered. It’s not a lot better when you call in, the desks in the Mazda section are often deserted, passing staff will helpfully suggest that the person you’re hoping to talk to is ‘around somewhere’. No offer to help, or find someone has ever happened. So you go into the Kia section, where they seem to have plenty of staff available, and they can usually help. But on one occasion I was told that a 20k service and MOT would be very expensive, the price was justified by saying that it was just the Mazda servicing charge. Fast forward a few days, and Shaun explained that you could have the Ashford Orbital 20k service and MOT (same service by the same technician) for a very reasonable £189. Another gripe is the text message sending a link to the ‘myhyundai’ website to monitor your vehicle’s progress, which helps when planning collection. When it works. According to the app my car is still there… And for that matter, why offer a ‘ service wash’ and then not do it? So all in all, a garage I can recommend, but they do need to improve communication and customer service, to avoid potential customers simply walking away.

I came in just a couple of weeks back enquiring about a mobility car as I didn't understand how it all worked. I was sent over to Zeke for help and he explained everything thoroughly even ordering my car the same day. We even had a test drive on the same day. Zeke was very friendly and explained differences in the cars on offer, collection was straight forward and easy and he even got in the car to explain the features to me so I was well informed. Zeke my top man, top notch service!! Bought 2023 Mazda CX-5 from him, right from sending the walk around video to setting me up on smart insurance and what not. He did all things proactively and professionally. On the day of collection was smoothest as well, popped in around midday drove the car by 3:30 with proper test drive walk through and documentation done!!

I bought a used CX5 from a reputable third party nationwide dealer. To my dissapointment problems occurred quite quickly and it wasn't the easiest to get the car back to where I bought it, 1.5 hours away. Shaun in the service department and Sam (Technician) went above and beyond to help me get to the bottom of the problem (emissions related, carbon build up). With this information it has enabled me to return the vehicle to where I bought it, with a full refund. Although I have now opted for a different brand, I wanted to mention how helpful the guys at Mazda Ashford Orbital have been. Thanks!

Mike in Mazda Sales absolutely brilliant ! Prior to us visiting Mazda we entertained a different brand at a different dealership on the orbital sales site. The first experience was absolutely appalling, feeling slightly bewildered we decided to pop into Mazda to view a new CX five. We were greeted by Mike, very relaxed, professional with a no pressure approach. Mike was more than happy to answer any questions we had. The experience we received was on a different level to the other dealership and because of this we purchased a brand-new Mazda CX five. Throughout the experience everything we requested was completed, everything Mike said he was going to do, he did, with a wow factor on day of collection. Just have to say what a fantastic experience we received from Paul from Mazda sales, went over everything and gave a great test drive route too to ensure I was happy with the vehicle, went over all the paperwork and history and all the Mazda benefits, the 1 year free Mazda warranty is a great peace of mind which to me shows the commitment from them. Also as a bit of a tourer myself Paul gave us great advice and places to visit, thank you for that, collected the vehicle on Sat the 1st July all valeted and clean. This was my first purchase experience with Ashford Orbital Mazda and I'm happy to say that it was a very positive one. Everything went smoothly and the communication from Paul was excellent, keeping me informed of everything along the way. Even when I had accidentally left some documents in the glove box of my trade in vehicle, he scanned them over to me as well as sending the originals by post. And the car? Again, no problems at all. We have twice bought new from Mazda Orbital and always had great service from them. Our cars have their services etc here and it's always efficient with a loan car available when needed. Great waiting area too when taking the car in for its complimentary car wash. Highly recommend - a lovely team of staff too - always welcoming and very helpful.

My Mazda CX-30 would not start this morning. I phoned Ashford Orbital and spoke with a charming gentleman called Justin Buckman who is the after-sales manager. He drove 13 miles to my home to see if he could solve the problem and arrived within half an hour of my initial call. I am very impressed by this level of service and with the care he took. I shall be using this business for all my future service and repair needs because of this pleasant experience.

I have been using ashford orbital since I moved to folkestone three years ago, and have found them to be extremely efficient in every thing they do, whether it be a service MOT, OR general maintenance. They always do an excellent job of work, and are caring, they are very competitive price wise, and have a very comfortable waiting area, where one can get a variety of hot and cold drinks. They also have a TV screen where the progress of the works to ones vehicle can be monitored. All in all a very efficient operation, absolutely first class in every department. Ashford Orbital garage is main agent For Mazda, Kia, Suzuki, but will also help you with other makes of vehicle even if its just to redirect you to your correct agency. We've had dealings with Ashford Orbital garage since 2006, and they continue to surprise us with their specified engineers to maintain our vehicles safely, and correctly without fictitious repairs. Add to this their willingness to do their best, within the limits of ability, it's a credit to their staff from reception to the familiar faces of the long term staff, this adds reassurance to returning customers and a mega credit to the garage. Access is good for disabled with limited parking.

I couldn’t thank the team enough at Mazda Ashford. Simon was fantastic, he helped us so much, and even found me a lead for my iPhone (via Adam at Mitsubishi) when I needed to charge my phone and ring the insurance company. The sale went very smoothly and we didn’t feel pressurised in any way. Thank you guys
