    Excellent service from JCB Ebbsfleet, I found all the staff very helpful and my Service went very smooth they also went above and beyond to help on and small issue i had with my car very happy with the whole process highly recommended.

    Spoke to Carly, she was very helpful, great sense of humour and very understanding. On a different scale to other Ssangyong main dealers I have dealt with! They should pay her more or I'll steal her to work for me!

    I was really impressed with the customer service attitude of every one of the staff members that I met. They were very helpful and John who helped me with my interior light problem was pleasant and extremely helpful. It was a joy to meet them.

    My car was booked in for repair at 8am on Friday, with a suggested time of 5pm for it to be finished. Friday afternoon I received a message telling me that they couldn't get the part until Monday. Monday I had another message saying they couldn't get the part until the next day. Neither time did I receive an apology. Just after 9am the next day I received a message that it was ready for collection. When I took it in, the tailgate lock wasn't working, which was confirmed by the mechanic but I wasn't told that one of the rear door locks was also faulty, which I hadn't been told about so was surprised when I saw the receipt showing it had been replaced.
